Theflint1: Oga nobody has such high expectations from JAMB. You can't be using your experience in a proper company in the private sector to compare with JAMB. If you fvck up, you lose your job. In Nigeria if you fvck up, and are kind enough to admit to your errors, praises would be heaped on you.
Standards are generally relaxed in the civil sector globally, not to mention in a Nigerian parastatal like JAMB...that they fvck up is normal and expected. All they had to do was be honest on what happened, ask the kids affected to resit, and it'd be just another Sunday.
That they saw the situation with the kids result, knew we expected little of them and were fine with them fvcking up yet went ahead to cover up the situation is criminally negligent, and borders on malice.
Quit comparing Apples and Oranges, despite the extent of their failure and malice now made public, if heads don't roll nothing would happen, this is who we are. Some principles are abiding Once you spot a fvck up which is potentially embarrassing to the organisation or Government, you can be forgiven if you try to rectify and apologise. But if you make the decision to sell it to the public anyway and are caught red handed, it's inevitable you fall on your sword. From the timeline you have given, it's clear that JAMB tried to sell the fvck up. These are abiding principles in any organisation. The JAMB registrar is not an elected position, he's an appointee, so he must fall. |

Theflint1: The collation was done with the errors and they were already releasing data off what they chose to collate, that was why the minister of education defended the failure rate by saying it was measures to curb cheating that was working.
JAMB at no point moved like a body that was trying to remedy the situation in secret, they were ready to move on despite the effect of the glitch on results. It was people that called them out on social media and insisted on an external audit that made them do the right thing. That means they thought they could get away with STEP 1 below, and having failed to get away with it is classified as an EXTERNAL FAILURE for which heads must roll Ibeme: Crisis Management 101 at Exec level:
1st step - Can we get away with it
NO - move to 2nd step

User09: In all honesty, all of these should have been discovered before releasing the results.
Especially at the (IT/Data) quality review stage. I would expect a standardized exam like this to have a lot of thorough post-exam analysis which should have taken place prior to releasing the results.
At the very least, every one failing on a particular day from a particular region should have raised some skepticism internally. You know as e be na Just Anambra result not being in line with trend should have already raised red flags But I think the collation is done at the end. Data is very easy to aggregate once all the work is done. Don't be surprised if the timeframe between collation of insightable data and announcement of final results is few days to a week. After all election turnaround time is 24 hours within which all data sets by region etc are aggregated Even at that you may have various levels of the food chain managing their communication levels eg IT manager not fronting up to Director until he has reviewed and trouble-shooted etc which causes delays along the whole chain. And even Oyedele himself may be too lazy to review the data for insights along the way in the process until the final data landed on his head like a sledgehammer. |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 12:07pm On May 15, 2025 |
I think there may be another data issue Prof Oyedele is still hiding, which is the unusual number of high scores over 250 which may also be the result of the shuffling error
Just as the shuffling system shuffled most people down in scores, for a lucky percentage the shuffling may have worked in their favour which is why we have an abnormal distribution of high scores. Too many high scores, way too many low scores and not enough people in the average range |

When you are a PDP man and you only get your Sowore news from PDP and Obi X accounts, you won't see that Sowore is a lapdog of nobody but his own conscience
The same Sowore that exposed Yaraduas health and led campaign for Jonathan to be made substantive President when Turais kitchen cabinet was running the country for months. Exposed Akeredolus health and led campaign for his wife to handover to Lucky, constantly exposed Buharis health and was imprisoned multiple times for it, constantly exposing Tinubus health today. Sowore is Mr Consistent but some can't take it when their principal is the one in the firing line.
Does a mole call into question the physical and mental capacity of his principal?

Its only when Obidients have to face what others have been facing since in the hand of Sowore that they started conspiracy theories Like I said, they are butthurt about Jonathan, Sowore remains consistent. Everybody go collect |

He does not pick on any at any time, but drags Obi that obviously has not replied him since 2023.
And you are blaming people for thinking he's a mole?
I don't know if he his, but he obviously displays the traits of one who could be. And who told you he doesn't criticise those as much, even though they are Northern politicians who are not competing in the same constituency as opposed to Obi who is winning the affection of Sowores typical Southern revolutionary demographic What is the value of Sowore as a mole, someone that can't win 5000 votes in election. Obi is the mole, splitting out millions of Atiku votes |

izzou: I won't blame anyone who thinks Sowore is a mole in the opposition.
Opposition only tackle themselves during elections. After elections, they focus on incumbency
Sowore drags Obi more than any other candidate; Let me not talk of Tinubu.
You hardly see Atiku or Kwankwaso throwing shades on any opposition. Only Sowore does that. Sowore does not drag Obi 1/10th of Tinubu. That's just what comes to your attention. Everyday he tears Tinubu Govt with scathing attacks but no one pays attention. It is once a month when he write about Obi that it will be published. That's because he sees Obi as a typical politician trying to renovate his image, and he may be a bit jealous that Obi gained traction with the revolution crowd more than he could ever hope to |

swiz123: I mean, these things are not hard to spot. You hardly see opposition countering themselves except for Sowore who criticizes opposition. So Sowore is now supposed to be praise singer for Atiku and Obi who he used to criticise wotowoto when they were in Government, all in the name of United opposition He is well within his right to criticise them. Not everybody has the moral inclination to choose between two evils |

BlueRayDick: See as u off cloth and jump into conclusion.
Where in my post did u see any mention of Obi or Jonathan? I hope those two guys are not giving u PTSD Sha? 🤷♂️
Just so u know, No be everybody dey like u wey dey see everything as APC vs PDP.
There are enough circumstantial evidences that points Sowore as controlled opposition; only someone whose head is buried in the sand of hypocrisy won't see things for what they are.
Sowore pre-empts planned peaceful protests and hijacks it with a handful of his orange beret elwearing miscreants shouting "Revolution Now" up and down. He does this to give the police room to label such protests as recipe for threat to public peace. The police will shoot tear gas here and there for a day or two and the protesters will be dispersed..
After a day or two, everybody will back to their business without the "protest" achieving anything.
It's not like anybody expects u to agree this has been happening over and over again Sha. lol. You are just suffering from Sowore fatigue. So his crime is turning up to protest with his group, something he has been doing since a student. Who dey organise the protest and what is their organisational capacity. Protest that is not even supported by opposition as Obi and co refuse to turn up and you expect it to have momentum. If it didn't dey, it didn't dey |
