You are still too young and na small small stressors like these dey chop mental and physical health. You shared with us your popsy's battles with BP and what looks like a stroke, that means you are at a high risk because of family history.

For the sake of your health, delegate to that your aunt as you plan, set expectations as you establish processes and make she be the one to dey follow up with you.

I lived through something similar with that my guy and we are always grateful he survived but his recovery was very very rough, post stroke.
