Namaster: Regardless of where I'm based, my words are TRUE.
A brilliant, hardworking and ambitious man who is certified as a CHARTERED Accountant would have ZERO problem securing a DECENT job in Nigeria.
The BIG 4 internship route is the EASIEST.
Accounting is a PROFESSIONAL course with a clearly defined path.
These Big 4s are ALWAYS recruiting in THIRD-WORLD countries like Nigeria and India because they are eager to exploit cheap labour.
They outsource jobs from expensive first-world countries to their branch companies in places like Nigeria.
If Emmanuel is smart and ambitious and a CHARTERED accountant but he tends a bar; Emmanuel does NOT exist.
That is the TRUTH. I was also looking for where Emmanuel did his ICAN or ACCA We all know a degree in Accounting without a Chartership is useless in the Accounting field Emmanuel does not exist because if he did, he will know that a degree in Accounting must be followed up with a Chartership |

Vic2023: ⚡️Haaretz
Residents of the Syrian villages that the Israeli army entered describe the control of large and strategic areas as an “occupation,” wondering whether this step is temporary or a long-term occupation.
Residents of Druze villages in the area confirmed to Haaretz that the idea of joining "Israel" is not on the table after the statement of the spiritual leadership in the village of Hader, which confirmed that the village is part of Syria like the rest of the villages in the Golan.
The residents said that the people who put forward these ideas acted out of personal motives and private interests, and some of them had criminal records.
A resident of Majdal Shams said: “Israel knows very well how to exploit this situation and we should not fall into its trap.”
[G&T] Fake news. Is there any Druze in Syria who have religious affinity with Israel but trapped in Syria where the average wage is $22 per month that would not want to become Israeli? Druze that are persecuted in every Islamic nation they live while the Druze in Israel are living large and living free |

Roland17: There are developmental milestones every child achieves as they age. Those milestones are typically physiological, biological, intellectual/ cognitive. When there is a deficit in any of the aspects listed, then we need to ask why?
Flogging doesn’t correct a deficit in emotional regulation. When you flog, you are not beating a child’s inability to properly regulate their emotions, rather, you are beating the child’s response to their inability to properly regulate their emotions. In this instance the response is anger or other maladaptive behaviors. Beating may suppress anger which is the response but it will not resolve the deficit in emotional regulation. Remember I said suppress anger, not resolve anger.
The process of developing proper emotional regulation, is a lifetime but usually starts at 2 when kids start to explore the different emotions they are feeling. That is the best time to help children learn proper emotional regulation. Helping them understand emotions like crying, smiling, anger, confused etc makes the foundation strong. Redirect inappropriate responses immediately and consistently at this age. Encourage them to use their words. Also, their environment remains the biggest factor of influence. What surrounds the child? What is the child seeing? What they see informs how they interpret certain emotions.
Every disciplinary approach has the ability to have the same effect. The most important thing is the intention behind discipline and ensuring the approach/ choice of discipline matches the situation. Also, what are your own emotions when you are disciplining your child? Do adults mix their own frustrations with life when they discipline their children? For me, it has to be a combination and knowing what is effective and how to use it. Also, being flexible with approach.
If my child breaks TV as response to anger, e go collect before we dive into “why”? I am quite traditional but I also know my growing up is different from today. Know what your child responds to and that is effective and be flexible enough to explore options. Also, ensure discipline is age appropriate before your tempt a teenage son to handle you.. I have always said, my children will earn my friendship when they grow but until then I will parent. Nice one Baba. Be like you be professional for these matters. |

Mbappe is faster than Henry BTW
R9 was not that fast to put him in Mbappe speed levels
But R9 and Henry are made to look faster than they are because they were the best at running with the ball at speed. Many people have speed but few can do it with the ball at feet
Dennis Bergkamp was faster in Arsenal preseason sprint tests than Henry and was the fastest Arsenal player, he won it every year till about 2002. Check the record books. However Bergkamp style was never to run with the ball at speed, he played more conventional CAM style football than wingplay |

Roland17: Irrespective of the context, breaking TVs as a reaction to a trigger that causes anger is concerning because it is an extreme/ excessive response. That reaction is over the baseline and abnormal. I am speaking from a human behavior (clinical) standpoint.
This isn’t about beating a child or being rich enough to afford replacements. His kids are communicating serious deficits in emotional regulation and I hope Bovi has addressed it. Is beating a good way of correcting lack of emotional regulation? If not, what would you suggest? I'm a big believer in flogging when it has effect. But flogging does not regulate some children. I was one of those. I can take cane all day so it was never a corrective action for me. I rather my pale flog me than shout at me in those days. |

BlueRayDick: Ok o, if u say so. You must know which country you dey You can't live in jungle, forming civilised and be surprised when jungle jungles She has Oyinbo husband who was happy living in Nigeria and his wife doing Buka work while the son who was shielded from Nigeria and homeschooled his whole life suddenly turns delivery driver for Buka. And based on the son being arrested, the Oyinbo man eye finally opened to take his family out of Naija? I won't say that's the trigger, the Oyinbo man must have had something worthwhile doing in Nigeria in the first place that makes him overlook all the danger of Naija. Simple arrest of his wife's son won't be the main cause of him relocating. The lady is acting surprised at Naija Police as if her leg never strong for ground all these years. These are all part and parcel of being a Nigerian. About 7 years ago one of my relative was falsely accused of rape of a minor. We know the people who made the accusation and know they wanted to shake us down for money. The father of the minor is even one of Atekes boys. After the family have approached us for "settlement" running into the low millions, all I did was release N200k to the Police chief in the station where my relative was held and get a lawyer on his case. First thing the lawyer asked the Police to do was to send the "victim" to Medicins Sans Frontier for examination where it was determined that she had not been defiled and her hymen was intact. Still they wanted to prosecute through this FIDA group who were working with the extortionists. Long story short we were faced with settling the extortionists plus FIDA for some low millions, or settling the Police plus lawyer fees for N500k and going to trial with a favourable report from the DPO for an innocent man. We took court option, make dem no say these guys done settle for neighborhood, and the innocent man was exonerated. Around N700k total.was spent on the matter and that was the cost of justice even though the man was innocent. |
