I am not seeing any profit at 7%, even my 5.9% are just barely breaking even without considering repairs and maintenance but I have some 3-4% which are keeping me afloat. Plus some airbnb which is yielding beyond the normal rentals

The 7% I am running them at a loss the goal was always to get them at a low sales price high interest and then refi later to a lower interest rate
