Wike made a lot available to him, and with that fanfare Obi was received by Wike, there's a Nigerian way of greeting your visitors (donations). Wike went further to make vehicles available for Obi and was inviting Obi for commissioning projects. Wike was also donating to anyone and everyone at that time, looking for allies. Wike even donated N200m to "Foundation for Wives of Ondo State Officials and Female Political Appointees" (FOWOSO) at that time. Wetin concern Wike with Ondo State wives? AI can take in all variables, calculate and implement answers at light speed. the power of AI supercomputers or quantum systems pass any human coach ability to outsmart. lastly AI systems are self learning and improving continuously like humans as long as data is fed in. 90% of coaching is based on human qualities. A coaches ability to motivate, inspire and command fear and respect, exert power, and extract labour from players is more important than any artificial intelligence. |

https://www.nairaland.com/8002849/army-arrests-dangote-trucks-3CFA is flogging Naira wotowoto. All goods heading to Francophone countries for that sweet and stable French-backed CFA and Govt knows it. Inflation has not yet caught up to Naira-CFA deterioration CFA is up 3x on Naira in the last 12 months, and until price of goods triple in Nigeria to match, it will be more profitable to sell to Francophone neighbours. Same 1 CFA you got last year for selling to the Francophones is the same 1 CFA you will get now, but it's 3 times more valuable in Naira, meanwhile Nigerians are not ready to pay 3 times what they paid last year. . . . yet. The unspoken message in Govt narrative of "hoarding" is recognition that wholesalers will rather sell to Cameroun, Chad, Niger or Benin Allez Les Blues . . . . |

I am not an economist and don't know what theory this follows but it sounded like when Emefiele blamed Naira depreciation on abokifx. I believe in free market. If you hoard goods to speculate and prices tank you will end up eating your grains by yourself
Those who know what war against hoarding will achieve in the long term can shed more light
It's similar to Buhari flogging hoarders in 1984 There is no such thing as hoarding Storing food in warehouse for later distribution done turn "hoarding". Na witch-hunt |

He should've asked for a chance to speak after the cleric and just clarify on some issues . My uncle has a 2-bed inside Rumuigbo New Layout, on the East - West Road axis before you get to Obirikwerre flyover. It's 1.5m in a secure neighborhood with light water and furnishing.
For my other uncle side for Rumuokwurusi, better selfcon no pass 300.
Even inside GRA, 2bed na from 2.5-3m. Guy housing really dey give me hope for Port Harcourt. And the recent road repairs and constructions have helped to ease movement to the extent that I can stay in Oyigbo and work in Borikiri and still get to work on time. Borokiri to Oyinbo is actually only a 20 mile journey. I expect to make that in 1 hour in a town with good road network. In my secondary school days in mid 90s, I did Borokiri to Rumuibekwe daily by bus and that was a 1 hr 45 min to 2 hr journey. Today that journey should be like 1 hr. |

That the NSA will sit down all through a lecture where the man is suggesting northerners should not be probed or investigated?

Olowunl01: In essence we would have fared way better had Jonathan continued instead of Buhari... At least he had the smart to allow those better at economic management the reins, had better approach wrt Niger Delta issue & Oil Production.
Whilst Nigeria hasn't been great in a long while the genesis on today's problem started with SNG & Buhari.
Hopefully Tinubu can get our oil production up, that's our only get out of jail card, cutting wasteful spending is not Tinubu's strength especially with an Akpabio as Senate president I think you are right on the oil security part, Jonathan would have been able to settle the boys, however I have a good suspicion that disaffected PDP people in Niger Delta started the oil theft as soon as they left Government. This suspicion occasioned by the immediate arrival of soot in Rivers State as soon as power changed hands and Wike entered. There was no soot in Amaechi time. The change of power changed the fabric of how oil was stolen and who by Buhari major sin is continuation of his misguided capital projects even after the shale oil crash and the COVID oil crash. Those finished Nigeria. Ontop the fact they were not bringing in Forex due to the price and volume crash, CBN was using what little reserves we had as collateral for Buhari borrowing for capital projects. That's why our foreign reserves is non existent and incapable of defending the Naira. Buhari was a major disaster. |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 11:08pm On Feb 15, 2024 |
As concerns our current hardship, Tinubu go inevitably suffer the anger of the people. I'm 100% certain he knew what he was walking into and the sapa that will be unleashed and I believe he is ready to take the flack. I don't share the same anger as people directly impacted by the current inflation, I'm sure I would in their situation. But I think Tinubu and Cardoso are taking steps I would expect, albeit too late for Nigeria and akin to putting a plaster over a gaping wound. Examples are clearing FX backlog, auditing FX liabilities and rejecting fraudulent submissions, CBN oversight over NNPC remittances, and increasing our bpd production with the return of security contracts to Tompolo. Nigeria has lost 30-40% of it's production in the last decade, and more importantly so, lost a good portion of its onshore production which produces more favourable income sharing than offshore where the oil companies take more % due to the complexity and cost of deep sea drilling. I would also now expect a restructuring of all of Nigerias loans to more favourable long term loans. None of these would balance the Naira sufficiently but at least someone is doing something unlike Buhari and Emefiele who buried their head in the sand and passed the problem on. I reckon Naira will only achieve long term stability with a return to $60bln to $80bln in FX reserves. This will also require immediate stoppage of all capital projects till we balance our books, retrenchment of some civil servants, as well as a return to excess of 2m bpd production. I am not surprised or angry because everything we are seeing is as expected after seeing the state our reserves were in. Some things are simply inevitable. The only question is whether the social fabric of Nigeria will survive the coming sapa. Hopefully some of us were able to protect ourselves. Ibime: The incoming administration is already dead. All Nigerians should open dollar account with whatever they are not using to protect themselves Ibime: I just looked at Nigeria's forex position and official figures says $38bln which is normal range and enough to defend the Naira at the very least from the last week of mayhem. But another unconfirmed report is saying the true picture is only $15bln which may go somewhere to explaining the inaction over the last week of freefall.
This still comes back to Nigeria's inability to prevent oil theft which has seen oil production halve since 2015, reducing our ability to earn forex. If that $15bln forex picture is correct, then this may just be the start of a monumental slide
