The information on those labs has always been publically available on the US Agencies website but it is not in the home countries media interest to feed into propaganda

Russia has got hold of those labs so they should prove that production of biological weapons was what was going on in those labs and not just research

I did my own research and found that those labs existence was published by the US Agency responsible and jointly supervised by the EU and WHO as well as the US Agency and they also work with labs in 30 different countries including Russia.

So the onus is on Russia to prove the labs are for warfare and not medical research since it's in their possession
