Ibunkun1:Yes, he is key to the German project, that's it. Nobody really has political interest in Rudiger (he was an Emenalo pick) except to provide a conducive environment to get the best out of the £130m they splashed on Havertz and Werner. |
NextD18:You and IamJ are just radical extremists. Opposite sides of the same coin ![]() |
When a manager gets sacked and you hear there were problems with Drogba, Ballack, Terry, Lampard, Cole, you know it's a serious matter. When a manager gets sacked and you hear there were problems with Rudiger and Kepa, you know they are just finding excuse. The main reason is Lampard gave up on many millions of pounds invested in Kepa, Havertz and Werner. From a business standpoint, he will definitely pay for that. |
When you know Jumia is a worthless company but because Oyinbo think it's the "Amazon of Africa" and keep buying the stock, you decide to make some money off their ignorance.
|
iamJ:I said he had problem with AVB same with Cole, Drogba and all the old guard. There are no reports of him conspiring anything. All the players had problem with AVB except Ramires and Mata. AVB that sacked Alex and Anelka in the changing room |
. |
Smellymouth:Lampard never conspired against Mourinho, Terry did. Who Lampard had problem with was AVB |
BikeMan:The source is the same Athletic who broke the news last night that Lampard will be sacked today, and told us in the summer that as soon as he loses 4 games he will be sacked. Now they are giving us the inside gist. |
So Calamity Kepa is the one now deciding the club's views on the manager. Same Kepa that still fücked up yesterday. Well we all know Kepa is the manager of Chelsea since the day he refused to come off the pitch when substituted by Sarri and the club did not censor him. Marina keeps chasing redemption for her last minute panicked £72m signing of Kepa having failed to plan properly for Courtois departure that summer. The day fans return to Stamford Bridge, Kepas name should be booed anytime it's announced. That nigga and Marina really believe Mendy should be second choice to him just based on the amount of money wasted. No wonder they said Mendy is only being signed to "provide competition for Kepa". All hail manager Kepa.

airmark:You can see that the board rated Rudiger and were pressuring Lampard to play him even while Lampard was trying to get rid of him. Maybe that was him saying oya make una enjoy Una Rudiger |
Roland17:Wetin be Obi Nkume? Well I said it here that Havertz wasn't a Lampard signing having read a detailed report into his transfer. As usual the board sign players that don't fit into the need of the team and ask the manager to gel them no matter how haphazard the collection is. You want to play a lazy AM but have no solid defensive midfield to carry him. This once again is the board chasing after their bad transfer decisions, same way they did with Torres. As per transfers, I only blame Lampard for being blind to Hojberg since Declan Rice was out of reach. That was first name on my mind all summer.

SyIvalord:So he may say. There is nothing to gain in admitting |
Creatrixity:I closed my trade in BTC when it rallied today and got me back to break even. At one point last week I was down $1k on that position so just happy to escape. They are struggling to break that $34.5k resistance. I hope I won't regret it. It looks like Mara pumped a $10m purchase to get to $34k but there is little momentum to take them past $35k. E go pain me die if they go to my profit target of $37.2k but I don't want to take the downside risk after seeing bulls beaten back for an hour. Luckily my Etoro copies still put me ahead for the week by few hundred dollars. |
User09:Every flop with an opinion will add mouth when the manager is under pressure. From Kepa to Rudiger, they will all put forward their disgruntlement. Even Danny Drinkwater posted this after the sacking.
|
sod09:It doesn't matter if Pepe was signed under Emery or Arteta. Chelsea board would have pressured Arteta to make good their investment in Pepe. Like I said, Chelsea board believe in getting value from their flops no matter how useless and will put pressure on managers to get value out of wasted money. That's how they kept Torres for 4 years and put pressure on managers to get value out of him despite him being a failed project. That was the sole reason they hired Benitez. Kepa plus Havertz plus Werner is £200m worth of investment going to waste. As soon as he suffered a slump in form, they were going to make sure they brought someone that they hope could recover their failed investments.
|
sod09:Chelsea board is not Arsenal board that will keep manager sliding to midtable and write off investment in the likes of Pepe. Havertz and Werner got Lampard sacked. Chelsea board will do anything to get return on those players. It is what it is. Good luck to Tuchel getting those two to shine. |
Timiofak:Haha. They should throw the stüpid coon under the jail. |
Creatrixity:Congratulations. You and Nihilist are back where you were on Tuesday. Looks like I'll have to sit on my BTC for some days or weeks unless someone pumps it cos it's coming to the end of a descending triangle which looks downward in the short term. |
BlackSaints:Ogu Bolo was a fishing village so they don't need to. Kirike town is a trading port and you cannot escape Igbo influence there. After the kidnap of Ibanichuka, my great-great-grandfather was regent of Okrika and his Wari contained more slaves than freemen. I even stumbled across an interview with one of his slaves from Umahia some years back. All those slaves and their descendants are now Kirike from George ama so you can assume that by blood, there is more Igbo blood in George than native. Same for every trading Ama in Okrika who comprise the bulk of our population. Only those who stuck to traditional fishing occupation can claim to be fully native in blood. Okrika population more than tripled over the palm oil trade period, so you can guess where that extra population came from - Igbo land. The same is true for Kalabari, Nembe, Brass and Ibani but in the case of Okrika and Kalabari, our language was never overwhelmed unlike Ibani who took more immigrants. Ibani population was only 3,000 before they started trading. By the time they finished trading, Igbo immigration had overwhelmed their native population. One of the arguments enemies of the King of Nembe used to make against him is he is descended from Igbos. That goes to show you the extent of Igbo migration to Ijaw City-States during Palm Oil trade. |
BlackSaints:Ogu Bolo is further from Kirike main town and is more pure in blood as they have always been in that Onne axis. I expect any Ama that split out from Kirike main town (a lot of Ama moved out from maintown between 1850 and 1880 to populate virgin islands around) to have stronger Igbo influence. Compounds that lived in Kirike main town were the ones involved in the palm oil trade and the ones with the most Igbo blood. |
WorWorBoy:Iyo, our elders all understand Igbo. I don't know about new generations. Maybe less so on Koniju side but we cannot deny that Okrika took in plenty Igbo migration over the slave trade and palm oil trade and our population tripled over this period with most new entrants from Igbo land and many intermarriages. Founder of Ogan Ama is one of such - Chief Ilalamoku Chukwukere Ogan, and many of the Ado clans compounds and Waris were headed by people with some Igbo root. This is conveniently overlooked and rightly so, because we are one people under the banner of Wakirike and once you are an Okrika man, you are an Okrika man regardless of your root or origin. However I notice that new generation dropped Igbo as second language, and focused more on Wakirike language which is a good thing, with English predominantly taking over as second language. However most Kirike men or women in early 20th century must speak Igbo as a condition of going to market in upland. And many married from there in that period also. We also had many slaves from there 50 years prior, all of whom blended into Okrika society. Maybe you can count all your ancestors as pure Okrika blood, or your history is not documented, but a lot of Kirike people who can trace their ancestry will trace some of their ancestors back to Igbo land. |
Skimpledawgg:Mrs Graham Douglas (Bolere Ketebu), former ambassador to Ireland died last weekend. She was in her 60s. Her brother also died from Covid. Also Sotonye Dublin Green. She was 30. Werner problem is not lack of confidence again, it's lack of self esteem |
lol. Werner problem is spiritual. He better not start next game till he finds his self esteem again. |
nihilistjnr:Una never see snow this year? We've been having snow on and off for two or three weeks now |
Creatrixity:Ok, just bare in mind that the launch of the BTC futures exchange is what crashed the bull run in 2017/18. I guess because futures allow put options etc |
