There's also about 8,800 ballots mailed out to servicemen and Georgians overseas which may or may not come in by Monday. Servicemen ballots tend to swing Republican, while professional Americans working overseas may sway democrat. So Georgia might not be called definitively for a few days.

Nobody can win that state by more than 0.2%. In a state of 5 million voters, 1% equates to 50k. This will finish within 5k (0.1%)

Litigation or recount will only be waived away if another candidate wins by 2 states. You litigate or recount if the margin is 1 state. Biden looks good for Pennsylvania so adding Georgia will just blow Trump away that he won't bother raising multiple challenges.

Fulton county is almost done. Savannah Georgia has the most outstanding - 17k of those votes where Biden tracks at 57%. If Biden makes, it it would be by a nose, which will end in recount or litigation.

Unless Pennsylvania comes in decisively, Georgia will be a litigation playground by both sides. There could be less than 5,000 vote difference by the end of counting in Georgia if Trump wins. And if Biden wins, he will win by hundreds, not even thousands.
