It is a tough one. With the kids at home all day every day but luckily i get to go to work during the week and escape the mayhem at home.

Imagine with 10-20 new cases every day people were restricted to 5km radius from home. Could go out only 1 time for exercise and for food.
Now it is only 1 new case in the last 24hrs and people are still restricted to 25km radius although you can go out any number of times now.

If there is no vaccine in sight then these draconian restrictions don't make sense IMO.

Vaccine no dey insight jare. Some doctors reinfected themselves multiple times and found that their antibodies disappeared after 3 months. They should just make treatments widely available like what they gave Trump (Remdesevir, Dexamethasone and Regeneron) and allow people to live. My kids have been in school for a total of only 3 weeks since March and that was a very busy time at work, if not man for just rest that period. Work has been hectic this year, my wife and I go in alternate days. On the days you work from home, na so so screaming, changing nappies, preparing food, entertaining kids inbetween and dealing with madness. Man is exhausted.

Your government still tried in terms of restrictions. We were in virtual lockdown with 10 new cases daily. If your government should be as strict as ours you guys would be in everlasting lockdown.

They should calm down and let us live small abeg. Even with the restrictions, my daughter's school has been closed the last 4 weeks due to someone in every class having Covid. Instead of sending the infected person home, they send the whole class home till every class in the school was sent home. No playgroup activities open for the children, no football lessons, no swimming lessons etc make dem burn energy. This Covid done turn man into full time babysitter, man just want rest. I still have 3 weeks annual leave to take before December, I'm just waiting till both kids are at school before I take one week and just rest without having to chase after kids, now dem dey talk about another lockdown. At this stage, e go better make man catch virus than continue the lockdown lifestyle.

The nature of your protest is according to your level of hunger, education and protest organisation. The rest of the country cannot protest with the sophistication of Lekki people. All na protest, but their protest was more against hunger than Lekki people own.

Don't be surprised to find out most of the thugs that disrupted ENDSARS protests are also anti-SARS and may have protested prior to being paid to disrupt the protests. Hunger and money dey change man orientation.

These same thugs have politicians backing took advantage of it by settling scores with police then when the main aim (stop the protest) was achieved. They felt no source of free money again they took advantage of the shooting at lekki to start destroying properties and looting

The thugs who disrupted the protest numbered in the hundreds while the looters across the country number in the thousands or tens of thousands. No doubt such hungry thugs will naturally join the looting but will only make up a small percentage of looters. This fails logic test.

There would be a mix of both as evidenced by the injuries on the protesters. Those in your picture are blanks due to the crimps on the neck, but protesters with bullet wounds cannot have got those wounds from blanks.
