yeah i know but nevertheless there are some inconsistencies in her story, maybe she left out the vital part in order to use it to nail him in the court
But you see how they made out that she was in the COZA choir while Timi was the choirmaster in COZA to throw doubt on the situation.

God bless you .

i think her brother wanted to confront the pastor not her sister.
now you said the sibling faced the pastor but the last time i check the whole family was still attending the church until two weeks ago. you said her social life is in the church please what social life is left for someone who was raped by the owner of the church which she built her social life around. she didn't even step down from being a choir, the brothers and sister were still attending the church that is the part i will never wrap around my head.

please understand that i don't support rape in any form and i have known this pastor for quite some time as yahoo pastor even caused argument between me and my friends as why would i be calling a man of God yahoo just because of his dress sense ( i'm not calling him yahoo because of his dress sense )
As far as I am aware, Timi and his family have attended House on the Rock for years, almost since he moved to Lagos. Fatoyinbo is based in Abuja.

i think the analogy you are trying to use is a bit different.

1. this is between you and the company director ( not the CEO of the said company )

2. you didn't confront the director and the director did not in anyway admitted to being a fraud or begged you not to report that it's devils work, meaning this is your first time of letting him know face to face that he is fraud.

3. now before confronting him you have already decided if the matter go sour, you are leaving the company. she confronted the pastor the first time why didnt she leave the church the first time, even joined the choir ?
What's the analogy for girls that are forced to sleep with their lecturers for grades. A simple minded look at such scenario will say all you have to do is report the lecturer, he'll be sacked, simple as ABC.

Busola did not confront the pastor, her sister did after she confided in her. That mean say her mind no strong like that then. You don't know if her whole social life is in that church and what she has to lose by entering a standoff with the pastor. Now factor in her age of 16 at the time. I have seen many young girls who get violated and let it go, feeling powerless to do anything. Some will be in the same compound with the men and greeting them every morning.

I know of one housegirl who was coerced into sex by her ogas son. She was even given out to other men by her ogas son but she could live with it. Yet the day the oga son touched her young daughters toto, all hell broke loose, she caused enough commotion, reported everything , told everyone and then left her ogas employment. So she has got to a stage where she can deal with her own rape due to financial cost of fighting back. . . . but she drew the line at the rape of her child. Imagine that housegirl becomes a billionaire next year, you will see the amount of MOPOL she will bring to arrest and kill the ogas son just for raping her, never mind touching the daughter

It all comes down to power or lack of it. Maybe by next year, someone will say the housegirls story is false because she did not act when the ogas son raped her.

if the man had apologized and she forgave him and continued attending his church and papa-ing him and knacking him more, why come now to social media to tell us?

Believe me, she has a sinister motive
Stockholm syndrome. Same way Harvey Weinstein victims continued working with him, and same way some oyinbo girls come out to accuse their uncle of sexual misdemeanors 20 years later. Sometimes, one must be mature in mind and confident in life before dealing with a matter that could affect one's social and financial situation, and be prepared to follow through and feel strong enough to stand up to societal or legal scrutiny.

Last year I reported a company director for a 3 year old fraud, knowing that company policy is to report fraud as soon as it is spotted, and I could also lose my job for holding on to the information this long. The reason I waited 3 years is because I did not feel mentally ready to go to war with a director 3 years ago, as political situation was in her favour, but as of last year I felt ready, both mentally and financially to face whatever outcome. My FD in London even begged me not to report that I could get the sack, and he could get the sack also for such a fraud happening under his watch, but I pressed on regardless, key to my preparedness being that I had saved rainy day funds, and had a mountain of further evidence against the director to where my company would be liable to Crown Prosecution service if they backed the Director and came after me.

Never think coming out to report anything is as easy as A or B. There are many factors for someone to consider before deciding to report something. Believe you me, you wouldn't want to be in her shoes when her whole history is dragged out in public domain.

Why did it take this long for Mrs Dakolo, to come out and expose the promiscuous pastor?

Why did she remain in the church for years as a chorister, singing with joy and listening to the sermons of the rapist, almost every Sunday?

Was she not traumatised after being raped?

I support death sentence for rapists but I can't wrap my head around the salient questions that must be answered in this saga, before nailing the randy pastor, as a rapist.
All these were reported to her sister at the time who flew up from Lagos and held family meeting with the Pastor and 2 elders where he apologized blaming the devil. Her brother even wanted to stab him then.

So this has been reported then. There was no social media then.

These eediots just put themselves in line to face Ghana next round and Egypt in the QFs.

I don't even know why I keep seeing same old players like Moses Simon, Mikel and Musa living off old loyalties.

Play Onyekuru left and Chukwueze right with Iwobi in the hole. It's not rocket science that these are our best AMs

Thank God I didn't follow AFCON this weekend as planned. Three 0-0 draws yesterday, now SE are getting hammered by Madagascar.

I hear some Eagles fans are telling Mikel not to come back to the team.

Just finished watching "When they see us" on Netflix. Brilliant series, especially the 3rd and 4th episodes.

Meanwhile, they should just postpone AFCON. What kind of results are these FFS?

Spot on. I didn't want to reply to the post on the FP because one fool who's emotional might find his/her way to my mention. The lady has no case, you mean a man pushed you and landed on the chair, he unzipped, got on top you, pulled your pants, covered your mouth with his palms and penetrated you after which he reached for his car parked outside for Krest and you didn't raise alarm? Like seriously? Even if it happened, she most likely gave him the green light.
It definitely did happen. Rape from a position of power is often coercive rather than physical. The man himself facing little resistance may feel it's not rape. All depends on the difference in power between them.

If Dangote decide to force himself on his housegirl today, she will not even raise alarm. Power difference will kowtow her into shock and silence.

I grew up with Timi. I was even chatting with him tonight. Coming out with such allegation is not something anyone will do lightheartedly cos there will be pressure from all sides. I do however agree that it will be almost impossible to prove in court. All one can do is call witnesses to say they know the man to be randy and sexually aggressive, but the actual event(s) have no witness.

If PSG were in Chelsea's shoe, they'd find a way around it just like they did with the Mbappe deal. One year loan with compulsory option to buy afterwards. We all know PSG had that deal sorted behind the scenes. Chelsea should do same. I want all the top teams ready for next season, City and Liverpool need competition.
No they wouldn't. The ban is on player registrations. Loan players need to be registered

selling Alonso is a bad idea for now, who will back up Emerson grin
.
VargasVee:
Not worried about Da Silva. One French winger was literally drilling him every sec in that Euro match.

I'm more concerned about Juan Castillo. If that kid would agree to a new deal, get a season long loan at a championship side.

Then we can offload Alonso the following year.
We can manage Kenedy and Azpi as back up for one season.

We may never get another chance to collect good money for Alonso again. He is already 28 and one year on bench will reduce his value

I was half expecting Madrid to play tough on Kovacic as we did to them with Hazard. . . . so €50m for Kovacic is not a surprise.

I want to know if lawmakers in nigeria have immunity as president and governors?
No they don't. Only the executive do.

Joshua Dariye was sentenced to 14 years last year as a serving senator.

There is an unwritten rule not to go after them too much though as they can also make trouble for the execs.

These people knew transfer ban was coming. Why didn't they buy players in January to arrive in July. Now they are begging Willian.

No matter, I would still sell Willian and let Kenedy or Kasey Palmer take his spot. Kenedy contract expires next year so probably Kasey Palmer.
