I still don't get this Morata issue at Juve o. If He was bought at Conte's insistence how come he left Juve complaining about Transfer policy. I mean Juve board would have had meetings with him and knew about his mindset and surely wouldn't have wasted money on a player wanted by a Manager on his way out except He was their signing.
The manager getting one signing does not mean he should be satisfied. There may be 3 or 4 other positions where they asked him to make do with scraps, besides Morata was a young boy you might want for squad position knowing you have Mandzukic to carry the main load.

Conte did not get a single first choice signing at Chelsea except Kante.

City fans like to bark on about Pep spending was to replace Sagna, Clichy, Zabaleta as if Chelsea did not need to replace Terry, Ivanovic, Cahill and even Baba Rahman in the last 3 years.

You ask for Alex Sandro, VVD and Walker to replace them, ask you to manage Alonso, Luiz, Zappacosta. Despite this you still won the league yet they keep giving you scraps.

Take City net spend of £380m and Chelsea net spend of £210 and tell me whether the difference is not money talking that would get you VVD, Walker, Alex Sandro.

Now imagine that £60m of Chelseas £210m net spend is for Pulisic who will only play next season, and that money will be offset by selling your top talent Hazard bringing your net spend down to around £130m vs City £380m.

Who said the difference is not money, when that difference will allow you to point and kill everywhere with VVD, Sandro, Walker and co.

Temporary alliance cos Emenalo was playing power politics with Marina and looking for allies. More a case of the enemy of my enemy is my friend - which also made Emenalos position untenable.

Don't u think letting him go so soon, despite the fact dat he met d board's expectation (make top 4, and have a good run in Europa) is another very wrong move by the board...
I would say the man has delivered on expectations and should be kept, but apparently the board say he is powerless in the dressing room since that Kepa incident hence they want a change, and the opportunity to earn some money from other clubs for him. Overall though, I'm not convinced he is capable of blending in the youth given his track record of only coaching and using the same 11 players so he might not be the man needed for transfer ban season.

As much as I've been one of the flag bearers #SarriOut campaign, sacking him at this point would be totally wrong to be honest.
They won't sack him. They'll tell him he can leave if another club are willing to buy out his contract. I heard talk of $15m which is about what we paid Napoli for him. He did not come to us on free transfer, so we can't let him go on free transfer

On the argument of Chelsea managers input into signings, lets make no mistake, Chelsea removed the position of manager after Mourinho left.

Chelsea only appoint first team coach not manager. Conte was the first time we appointed a first team coach.

The first team coach is expected to have limited role in signings - although the board will grant him some signings.

The reason they gave for downgrading the position is because they want the manager to be less involved in transfers.

All Chelsea fans know Chelsea board approach. They want to make the signings and throw the manager a few crumbs.

Even as of yesterday we were linked with Javi Gracia for the reason "he is a manager who gets on with his job without asking for signings".

That is even the same reason they gave for appointing Sarri.

Chelsea fans know all of these and try to follow the news on who signed who - whether its a manager signing or club signing eg Sarri says he knew nothing about Pulisic signing but we know Sarri definitely signed Jorginho. This is why Conte came out in press conference and said he knows nothing about signings.

We're acting like Lampard is going to die tomorrow. The man is still learning the job at Derby where he had up and down season. In 3 to 4 years he'll be ready for Chelsea. Give Sarri those years and let Lamps takeover. Nobody can convince me that he'll do better than Sarri now.
Teams actually want Sarri like Roma, Inter, Juve possibly. Our next season manager should be someone that is ready to blend the youth due to transfer ban. Sarris historical record is using just 12 or 13 senior players to prosecute his season. I don't see Sarri being the best fit for a season in the wilderness, rather what you will see is contract extensions for deadwood like Luiz, Willian etc that we will find hard to shift later. That is happening already.

The Ban does not mean we cant still extend Higuain Loan.

Apparently we can loan players but cannot sign them permanently
No we can't loan new players. The ban says we cannot register new players. Higuain and Kovacic are already registered to us and don't need new registration. So we can sign them both, but why would we want to sign Higuain?

Kovacic will definitely join permanently as long as Madrid don't Jack up the price knowing our desperate situation.

No we spent pages saying Pep cannot do it with equal teams or lesser. It's only when he has better teams that he becomes "a genius."

That was proven at Bayern in UCL, and proven in first season, and now proven subsequently when he was allowed to spend his way to a better team.

It's easy to rebuild when an entire club structure is bulit around a manager. The only reason United is struggling now is because the entire club was built around Ferguson. I would have love to see Ferguson leave United and start fresh in a new club where he has won nothing and the club is not built around him in this modern era.
So the entire City was not built around Keke na Pep. To where his friends Bergiristan and Soriano were poached 2 years before him to run the club in anticipation of his joining

First Season Mourinho did it, pellegrino did it, conte did it. Pep was gang rap.ed even with the expensive and quality players at his disposal.

He needed an overhauling of a team that reached UCL semi to win a local league.

Pep is a spoilt child. That's why he ran away from barca when mourinho shifted the power. Then went to the best team in the world to dominate a local league. But always disgraced in Europe by the big boys.

Then came to England, rejected Chelsea due to poor quality of players and ran to a money bag.

I have no praises for him.
