In 22 years under Wenger, he got only 4 Chelsea players in Gallas, Bennayoun, Cech and L. Diarra.

Under Arteta, we has nearly doubled that with 7 players in only 6 years. This man is averaging 1 Chelsea player per season.

Vitinha's greatest attribute is his press-resistance. That's why he splits the defense to receive the pass first from Donnarumma when PSG are about to progress the ball. Truth is, Jorginho was also press-resistant but unlike Vitinha who is doing everything you've said above, Jorginho could only evade the press by passing rightly. In other words, he depended on the movement of the players around him. If nobody made the right outlet, Jorginho will lose the ball.

In Vitinha's case, even without the right movements around him, he'd simply manipulate the ball out of the press. Harry Kane tried severally to press him against Bayern but it was futile. Enzo is alot like Jorginho in needing movements around him to evade the press. But he's showing that Gundogan tendency to arrive into the box at the right times to score, and if he sees an outlet in the attacking third, he doesn't hesitate to make that pass. He's more like Fabregas but with less of Cesc's imagination.

PSG press aggressively and most importantly as a unit. Opposition are forced to go long which makes them turnover possession. One thing about losing the ball while trying to go long is that you can’t press in sync to win the ball. This allows PSG so much time with the ball. Vitinha benefits from this and also complements this by always being available to receive a pass.

And the most important stat for CM work, which is no of passes per game is missing, nor do any of those stats show you the number of times Vitinha makes his press in time while Enzo is nowhere to be seen on his presses, that's why we call him a ghost worker. Those who watch football for spaces closed and rejected are the ones who will call him a ghost worker while Playstation watchers like yourself never see any problem in a midfielder who never closes or gets close to his man on his half of the midfield press

Thing about signing for Spurs at his age is he will finish his best days there. At 25 turning 26, he should have been making his big move that will fill his trophy cabinet. Looks like his will be a career unfulfilled. I think City were sniffing round him earlier before the Cherki deal so he is a candidate for the top clubs, just that his timing is off.
