Did you guys just imply that we fought for nothing?... It is very clear from the tweets that nothing could be worse than the world record mediocrity of 2010-2015. Even if this government doesn't live up to expectation, we will gladly vote them out in 2019, but be ye reminded that no matter how bad this government turns out to be, the monumental achievement of booting the last mediocrity out can never be overemphasized.

At least now Nigerians know it is possible to boot out a non-performing incumbent, that is a great step forward.

the tribunal judges ought to take up on his allegation, and proceed to sue him, relent only if he apologises and withdraw the statement.

Some of you are missing the point. The judgement was not about Wike popularity or his current performance. It was about his election being fraudulent.
Whether he is more popular than garri and water is irrelevant.
The same reason Ngige was sacked as a governor years ago, when he was doing a great job in Anambra and was equally popular at the time among the people, but the election that brought him into office remains fraudulent irrespective.
If a Messi or a Ronaldo handled the ball inside the 18 yards box it will be a penalty, irrespective of whether they are the best player in the world or not. Or that they are very popular around the world among football fans.

You guys should reason like intelligent and educated people.

Why not have a rerun of even all elections in the country, from Presidential to Ambode's so-called victory, to Ikpeazu and Orji's in Abia, and those from Northern states that used and allowed school children to vote. The targeting of AKwa Ibom, RIvers, and Delta-Delta for that matter with this propaganda, is all for what?

Northern dominance of the country with Yoruba support and the usual Igbo vs minority divide and rule for the East/Midwest. I guess the coup plotters and their supporters aren't comfortable with 7 Igbo govenors and supporting Eastern governors and the renewed unity of the Eastern and Midwestern folks.

It's no longer news that the election of river state has been nullify, and rivers state tribunal which is sitting in abuja has order Inec to re_run a fresh election in the state. Before the reality/real election i would like to carry a E-election to try to ascertain the people who want wike to remain as governor or otherwise. If you support dakuku, click like. If you support wike, click share. Let the rerun polling vote begin.

as we all will have election av come and gone, at the end the election of rivers state is unacceptable. in as much the election of rivers state that brought in wike as the governor last april has been cancelled by the court of justice. wike should be probe on the killings of the innocent citizens of rivers state in the last governorship election. wike is the blood sucking governor av ever seen, write it down today wike will be disgraced in the forthcoming election in next year february. God is against corruption, God is against shedding innocent blood. thank God that defeat the demonic party in which wike holds his ground. forget here oooooo peter-side will win the next governorship election coming up in february 2016 cos' the good people of rivers state will rally round with him. wike is a fraudster and should be jailed.
