Only from Dubai immigration, you can process it from other emirates.

If you get your visa from other emirates you can still use dubai as your point of entry and find job there right?

Yes.. a friend of mine exited couple of days to Oman and he's now on another 3 months visa. I dont think he spends up to 2k AED. I'm not sure though but might ask him for your knowledge.

Uae isn't a bed of banga and starch... But it's better than Nigeria sha when it comes to work and earning... No where is easy...
