Phones / Re: Is Battery Life The Only Spec That Matters? by Iceman296: 10:24am On Mar 10, 2017
Power is already erratic and the constant use of power bank doesn't always solve the problem because the light is not even there to charge the power bank. Getting a good battery phone still remains the best option. And its particularly good when the battery phone has a great camera.

There is currently no smartphone that you can use to chat, browse, watch movies, play music and games, make/recieve calls and the battery will last for 72hrs so it's obvious on standby.

They said this one could o, Patiently waiting!!
Phones / Re: TECNO L9 Plus, Non-stop 72 Hours Fun With The 5000mah Big Battery [how True?] by Iceman296: 12:03pm On Mar 08, 2017
Kondomatic:
They should explain what they mean by 72hrs fun because there's nothing fun about having a smartphone on standby.

Maybe it means you can use the phone for 72 hours without charge.

The margin is actually far wider than you can imagine tongue. Even the best available MTK socs is no match for the snapdragon 820, you should be comparing this to the snapdragon 625 not even the 650.

But the MTK is also evolving as well. Their recent works has been top notch

Politics / Ijaw/ Urhobo Crisis, Need Caution And Dialogue- Ekiyor by Iceman296: 5:32pm On Nov 22, 2016
As the crises rocking the Ijaws communities of Ogbe-Ijoh and Isaba, and the Urhobos of Aladja assumes an unhealthy dimension with the recent 14-day quit notice given by Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), Youth Wing, Udu in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, on Ijaws in Udu Kingdom, President Emeritus Ijaw youth council and Convener Integration Summit Group-Nigeria, Dr Chris Ekiyor has called for dialogue and caution by all parties involved, to sheath their swords in the interest of peace and harmonious co-existence between the Ijaws and Urhobos which according to him, has existed for decades.

Speaking on the recent development, Dr Ekiyor lamented that this might create unnecessary tension among Ijaws and Urhobos who have been living peacefully in different parts of the country and called on them to remain calm and law abiding as plans are in top gear to resolve the impasse.

“While I commend the Government of Delta State and the leadership of both Ethnic nationalities for their efforts in resolving the crises, I call on our Ijaw and Urhobo brothers to give peace a chance and pursue actions that will create way for the return of calm in the Kingdom as there is no known ethnic rivalry between the Ijaws and the Urhobos at the moment ”, he said.

“Wars have never produced the desired solutions to issues but rather, disintegration and anarchy have trailed such moves. Let us live together as one and build a better society for our children and the nation at large. This is a clarion call for all Nigerians to integrate with one another irrespective our our tribe, religion or political inclinations’’

The ultimatum given by the Udu youths is sequel to alleged kidnap of some Urhobo indigenes, allegedly by Ijaw at Aladja which is an Urhobo community in the kingdom, though sources say that the affected persons held at Isaba community have since been handed over to the relevant authority.
Politics / NATIONAL INTEGRATION ROUND-TABLE 2016 Port Harcourt, Rivers State. by Iceman296: 2:40pm On Oct 26, 2016
As patriotic citizens of a great Nation irrespective of our tongues and tribes, religious and party affiliation, we seek to support the Nigeria project through unparalleled patriotic zeal and togetherness as one family.

This re-orientation recognizes the building of Nationalistic structures where what matters at all times is the nation first, before others. It entails the creation of values and ideologies that breeds unity; a driving force to greatness.

The Integration Summit Group-Nigeria (ISG-N), a coalition of youths with germane commitment for Nigeria's unity, convened by Dr Chris Ekiyor, in keeping the Nigerian dream alive, is set for the 4th National Integration Summit on November 12th 2016 at the Autograph, 30/33 Sani Abacha Road, GRA, Phase 3, Portharcourt, Rivers State.

The summit seeks to promote broad nationalistic ideals and unity with the theme; Broad Nationalism, A Tool for National Integration
Let's join hands to build the nation of our dream and chart a way forward for national rebirth.

Do not be left out in this national call to discuss Nigeria, think Nigeria, believe Nigeria and make Nigeria a better place for all.
