Could it be because of the weather? I have this strong urge to inhale nicotine. I am not a smoker neither have I ever smoked, I don't even like the smell of cigarettes and I absolutely hate the way chronic smokers smell but recently I've had a very strong urge to go to the closest corner store and buy a pack of Marlboros.
I am hesitant to act on this urge partly because of my upbringing- I keep imagining how my parents would react if they find out their well brought up daughter smokes, plus my mum will definitely beat my ass- and I don't want to get lung cancer. I think I have an addictive personality, if I start smoking, I might love it and wont want to stop.

Please how can you explain this urge could this be attributed to quarter life crisis? I think I'm currently having identity issues because I intend on going crazy when I turn 25. maybe this is just a phase
