My SE best XI for the last decade (2010 to 2019)....................Enyeama Ambrose.....Yobo....Ekong.....Echiejile ...................Ndidi ............................Mikel Musa............Iwobi..............V. Moses ....................Ighalo Ighalo because in the last 10yrs we have not had a consistently performing CF since after Yakubu (2010 WC): Ike Uche, Martins, Emenike, Ighalo. Ighalo just edged them. Osimhen has not had enough games yet to be rated in that league of CFs. Make una share una own |

Kog45: Chief even in Laganes Omeruo is rated than Awaziem.
Truly Omeruo had a woeful match yesterday and to be candid Awaziem had a better game but you know what some are waiting for this but i will never used a match to rate a player.
Honestly it would be joyful if Awaziem is performing better than Omeruo meaning SE future is bright. No doubt it is expected that with time age will start counting against Omeruo's performances. But I don't think as of now Awaziem's rating is higher than that of Omeruo. Cc:Tbaba1234 |

tbaba1234: Awaziem is a better defender than Omeruo. I watched Leganes today and it was so obvious to me. Omeruo could have done better for the goals conceded. Maybe Awaziem is starting to surpass Omeruo. You came to this conclusion based on a match Omeruo had a bad day in the office at Laganes. Can you comfortable say Awaziem is a better CB in the SE jersies than Omeruo? |

charlesemeka85: Victor Osimhen update
Liverpool transfer target Victor Osimhen has emerged as a potential for signing for Real Madrid and Barcelona with the January window now open.
The Nigeria forward has shone since swapping Charleroi for Lille over the summer, putting in impressive performances in Ligue 1 and the Champions League.
Express Sport understands Jurgen Klopp would love to land the hotshot this month to boost his options in attack for the second half of the season.
However, Spanish outlet Marca are reporting Real and Barcelona pose a threat to Liverpool’s chances of getting Osimhen on board. I don't know if it is just me. But I feel Osimhen may not fit well into Real Madrid or Barcelona. |

Kbs468: Very competitive to some extent because it is ranked 19th ahead of countries like Poland, Sweden Serbia etc You just picked a 2012/13 season rating. A Belarusian Female club may have done well in the UEFA women league that season. What is the level of Female Football Development in Belarus? I don't follow their female teams but I don't think I have ever seen them in any FIFA or UEFA organized competition. |

Kbs468: Let's just give him the benefit of doubt for being his first season and start rating him from next season as most players do not usually click at once like that.
Besides, it could be the same thing with his time at Lille during his first season as well too It's like u don't understand the essence of the amount paid on him. If it was just 20-30 million pounds, no wahala. We can even give him two seasons to click. For a 72 million pounds transfer you've got no excuse bro. U need to start churning out the bread from the bakery immediately. |

Kbs468: Who are the scouts of Nigeria's Super Falcons team that a 29 years old Emuidzhi Oghiabekhva is still waiting for her first call up?
Imagine that and some people wants Rohr that is bringing her counterparts from everywhere out of Nigeria and the super eagles
For a player that has played 80 club games with a staggering 106 goals, 72 starts and 8 substitute appearance erring 4 times on yellow card to her credit since 2009 is more than decent enough for the super Falcons indeed How competitive is the Belarusian Female league? |

Blueelf: Pepe just lacks confidence.
I'm not a gunners fan but I think you people should be patient with him. With Arteta in charge, I feel his fortunes will turn around He came with confidence on the back of his performances at Lille. But lost it due to his poor performances in the EPL. A 72 million pounds player should be hitting the ground running. The French league is obviously very overrated! |

Blueelf: Just heard that Pellegrini was fired by West Ham after yesterday's loss to Leicester. Very sad
However, I was in a viewing centre today and a fierce argument erupted about who was the better DM overall; Fabinho or Ndidi?
No side capitulated and the summary of it all was this; Fabinho is a better DM at initiating the attack after winning the ball but Ndidi was better at breaking up play/winning the ball than Fabinho.
What do you guys think?
CX theaupernerd, chriskels, charlesemeka, andrewbaba44, icon4s, tbaba1234, Chrisoblog, komekn, forgiveness, Mujtahida, thegoodjoe, bascovanveli, eartquake1 et al Different coaches have different playing philosophies. Just also like different teams have different playing philosophies. And then also different coaches adopt different tactics based on the strength of their opponents. So any of the two can fit in well depending on a mixture of different things that come to play. I would love to have both players in my team. Ndidi is better than Fabinho defensively but Fabinho might edge Ndidi in terms of creativity. But overall I will pick an Ndidi kind of DM. |

komekn: Apologies because l haven't returned to the committee page having presented my nominations and concluded the matter has ended.
It seems l erroneously took the view that after submitting my nominations it would be a double vote to then vote on the same nominations. Which is the general practice when on a committe that presents nominations at least in my experience.
That it seems is not the practice here.
So it is not particularly cumbersome to do but I guess my experience of participation on committees as a member and chair and the inherent general conventions are different from yours. Thus my experiential assumptions.
Nonetheless, l concede a wrong doing that emanates from a different appreciation and as such I am sorry. Apologies accepted but I must iron this out to avoid any future re-occurrence. Your moniker was given the mention on countless occasions at the committee. Are you saying you didn't see those mentions? Meanwhile you were very active here responding to your mentions while you ignored the ones that were calling you to come and complete your tasks. The Post containing the voting procedure was posted and reposted almost on daily basis for ten good days. If you were not clear on whether to be part of the voting or not why not ask? Besides, I am sure you saw other Committee members Voting. You were even part of the committee last year and you still voted, why will the procedure be different this year when it was not stated? The house gave us that mandate and not Icon4s. Please let's try and be more committed in our future engagements. Thanks. |
