@OP you do well to read Isaiah28:11 and 1Cor14. I strongly recommend you get the book "The Power of Tongues" by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome PhD, this will enlighten you and also rhapsody of Realities, this will inspire your daily and consistent study of the bible. Kindly note that not everybody (christian inclusive) will speak in tongues, but why should you be among them. If those tongues are from God, as I'm very sure they are, you ll give account of what you did with it.

for those asking why those in the old testament didn't speak in tongues even when the spirit of God was upon them, its because they were not born again and no one could have been born again before the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Judging I'm looking forward to a thread where there ll be no insults only objective arguments. I however want an answer from those who say lagos is over populated, what indices are you using to arive at such conclusion?

I think it will be unfair to say his excellency isn't working. But the question is, is the work he is doing commensurate with the IGR of lagos? For me he failed with the way he handled the toll gate issue, the doctors and the okada ban. The only reason why any literate person would rate a gov. high for infrastructural development (which is a constitutional obligation of gov. and right of the people) is because other govs. were not doing same. Now others like imo and akwa ibom are doing same bringing to the fore the need for a more definitive assessment of the claimed achievement. I pray God gives all our leaders health and courage to do their work without fear or favour (partisan or otherwise).

One question that begs an answer is which social cost is higher, banning or allowing okada? For me the adverse multiplier effect of banning okada far outweighs that of allowing okada!

All the signs Jesus gave to show His coming have all been fulfilled except one which is the "Signing of the Peace Treaty Between Isreal and Palestine" no one knows if it shall be before or after the rapture. But it remaineth that only to be fulfilled. So, Let us all take note that the day you will hear on any TV Stations saying "Breaking News the Peace treaty between Isreal and Palestine has been signed",GET READY!! because the Rapture can take place at that moment!! And these nations already have the draft of the treaty. Therefore, we all must be passionate about the gospel and reach the un- saved. May the Lord bless and strengthen you to do more for Him...
