There's nothing special about Russia. The west is just afraid of their nukes.

Without those nukes, there's nothing special about the Russia military. Hitler and his tiny Germany invaded them in WW2 when they were still solvet union and about 10 times the size of Germany; and almost succeeded if not for the Russian winter and logistics problems.

NATO can take on Russia in an invasion warfare but if Russia decides to deploy their nukes on American and British cities, the tide of the battle would change, cos no one is ready to gamble millions of lives of her citizens over a war that could have been avoided.

This is what America and her allies are afraid of.

They need not be afraid, nukes are insignificant achievement, Russia is ordinary not special.

Point well noted, however, such a law runs into problems

1. Such laws usually lead to things like forced contraception and sterilisation...which always does not end well (India is a good example.)

2.Have you ever heard of eugenics? You are essentially advocating, somewhat imperfectly, that the poor should have less kids while the rich have more kids.

3.Define poverty. It is going to be difficult defining a rule about what constitutes poverty. Is it someone with an income below N100000 or below N300000 per month?

4. No discuassion about improving welfare or job creation.

5.If you want to control how many children the poor should have...pretty soon, you would extend it to the rich.

He is even liable to commit mass murder. Like judging people who deserve to live or Die.

Let say he was able to constitute that law in naija, how do you intend to enforce it
