Abegi, the word 'relatives' needs to be defined properly because as I dey see am so, 'relatives' go begin fight each other over who will take control of the 16 million. Drama just begin Again, it's not like the airline is saying 'here is $100k to replace your loved ones'. We all know no amount of money can replace them. But it will ease financial pressure of funeral costs etc, some families lost their breadwinner so the money can go to kid's school fees etc |
Why not? In my family, my dad is a doctor and his first 3 are all doctors. You know most african parents in the 70s, they already pre-determine who will study what as soon you come out from the womb. I studied medicine, but absolutely hate it with a passion. Studied it just enough to pass and graduate, chucked the degree at the bottom of a box, and started learning computers by myself, then went to Uni to study it, computers and programming is my true passion. My dad still hates me till today |

Naija, we hail thee! Runway headlights not working Plane crashing Aviation minister cannot be contacted Dana aircraft flight data recorder sent to the United States for analysis to determine the cause of the crash because not a single soul in 168 million people knows how to analyse a data recoder Some of the relatives of the victims (who bodies were burnt beyond recognition) will have to wait up to 50 days to get the bodies of their loved ones because DNA samples have been sent abroad to identy the remains, cos not a single soul in 168 million people can do DNA analysis. YET..... most of us know what goes on in heaven, and even speak one-on-one to jesus christ everyday, some speak in heavely languages, know what the mind of God is on any matter, know what the will of God, what God permits & what he does not permit Yet ordinary toothpick, we don't produce Shiooor!!! |
Creflo is a pulpit love-vendor prosperity preacher, no doubt everyone knows that(unless of the mugus and sheep who follow blindly), I dont listen to him and I'm not a christian. But, I have to give the dude kudos for putting his foot down to tell is 15 year old she is not going to a party at 1am. As a parent NO means NO, but he over-stepped the boundaries. I have 2 daughtes (16 & 13) and I understand they can drive you to the brink. But Creflo should have exercised the 'fruits of the spirit' he has been preaching about, but the prosperity gospel has taken front seat and 'fruits of the spirit' teachings are hard to come by in his teachings. Again, it is clear here that his home is broken. For a child to stand up his dad in that way, and the older daughter supporting the story, it means he has not been a daddy and develpoed good bonds with his kids from when they were young. He might have been busy flying around the world in his private jet spreading the prosperity gospel instead of spending quality time with his kids and developing a bond I don't mean to generalise, cos I also know parents who spends lots of time with their kids and still they turn out like creflo's daughter who wants to party and go clubbing at 1am. With children, it takes wisdom, and creflo has not shown wisdom in this scenario. |
Need some advice dear Parents: I have a 7 year old son. For the past year or so, me and my wife have been giving him money when he helps clean or does something in the house and he really enjoys it and has a piggy bank where he saves it. If he helps his mum clean dishes - £1, if he cleans his room we give him £2 or so. He saved up about £25 and bought the FIFA12 game for his PS3 himself. He is saving now for LEGO Batman2 which will be out later this month, will cost £34, and he has about £15 at the moment, and he is excited about it, calculating how much more he needs. I come from work and he goes 'dad, just cleaned my room, come have a look, everything is in place'. I just thought its a good way to make him appreciate money. Now.... My good friend from secondary school days who happens to be an assistant pastor in one of the Redeemed churches came to see me last week, and I was just telling him about this. His response kind of suprised me. His line of thought was -It is wrong to do that. -You are teaching him to depend on the system of this world to be his source and not God -You are teaching him to love money, and the love of money is the root of all evil Told my wife later and she got pissed off, told me not to listen to that rubbish! What do my fellow parents think. Is this wrong? Could it have an effect on his outlook on money in the future? |
phhheeeeewww!!! Na wa ooo. Look, even if Keshi narrowly win this match, it is still not good enough. We should just have left Siasia to continue the brilliant work he was doing. Is this how they will be giving us high blood pressure every game we play? |

How in God's name is this a prophecy? Prophecy is what is writtemn in the bible when the book of revelations says things that will happen 2000 years in advance. That is prophecy. This is just kalo-kalo, 50% chance, it will either go one way or another. mmtttchewwww!!! |
although we lost 3-2, but these home based dey make my belle sweet. They fight for every ball, they attack, they look hungry to win the game and play as a team. The only sad thing is when our next nations cup qualifier comes around, the lazy Yakubus, Etuhus, Mikels and co will come and pick up their automatic shirt; just like we saw in Rwanda |
Which kin jazz this Pero dey use for 2baba I went to secondary school with Pero, she was a year my junior at Chrisland. The girl wowo no be small. |
Hope the information below will be of use to you Diagnosis: Delusions of grandeur Delusions of grandeur are the manifestation of a psychopathological condition in which a person has fantasies of power, wealth, and omnipotence. These people often also have an inflated sense of self-esteem, and may hold an obsession with grandiose or extravagant things or actions. Even when presented with evidence contradicting their delusions, they will still cling to their erroneous beliefs. The term is sometimes used by people to refer to someone who exaggerates the amount of power and importance that he or she has, but this downplays the seriousness of an actual medical diagnosis. When a person has delusions of grandeur, he may believe that he has extraordinary powers or is famous. Some people with this condition think they are famous historical figures; or they believe they saw historial figures which may be rooted in religious believes; for example they believe they have seen God, or some figure in their religious lietrature. The mentally ill person who thinks he is Napoleon may be one of the most common media references to this delusion. Patients who firmly possess such unrealistic beliefs may eventually harm themselves physically, mentally, or emotionally. A person who thinks he has special powers, for example, might jump off a building because he genuinely believes he can fly. Treatment Delusions of grandeur cannot be treated directly as they are typically a symptom of a larger illness rather than a condition in and of themselves. In order to treat delusions caused by a mental illness, a professional must diagnose the underlying condition and treat that, and the delusions may fade over time. Talk therapy is used in many cases, although people with this condition often feel they do not need the help. When caused by drug use, delusions and other psychological effects usually disappear over time after the drug wears off. |
Jenwitemi: It is not only religion, my dear. Check out AfricansInteresting post. Thanks everyone for your contributions, I have enjoyed reading everyone's comments, just wait till the religious people come and erode this post with their stupidity and abusing people who are writing intelligent ideas. Jenwitemi, I have to agree with you. I think we have been trained to hate ourselves and everything black.African, at the same time brainwashed to accepts wht is from our slave masters as the right thing for us. Just mention 'Ifa' or traditional African religion to any christian, and they will immediately go ' that is evil, it is from the devil, it is pagan and should be eradicated, people who practise that will burn in hell'. They have been trained to hate that which we had before christianity was invented and have embraced a new idea that is foreign to us. |
Na wa ooo. this man has come with his 'Generalised prophecies'. So God does not know the name of the president and what date he will die ![]() If God is speaking to this man, then the all knowing God will tell him the name of the president and when exactly he will die. Cant believe people fall for this crap. Like earlier posters have written, there are several African leaders sick on the brink of death including Mandela and that Zambian ex president and its likely to happen before the year ends. Reminds me of his fake prophecy ' a global star will die, and the whole world will mourn', why did he not say the name of the global star? then sudenly Michael Jackson dies, and all of a sudden the news is 'TB Joshua prophecises Michael Jackson's death' Ok, I also will prophecy if this is what prophecy is: 'I prophecy that an accident will happen involving a plane or train this year and more than 100 people will die' 'I prophecy that a world star in the sports/entertainment industry will die this year' 'I prophecy that a natural disaster will happen in the world this year, many buildings will be destroyed, lives lost' ' |

diluminati:Good research and good points diluminati But if you think you can get these points across to a brain-locked christian who is incapable of critical & analytical thinking, then you are standing on a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG TIN !!! FI LE !! ![]() |
Leemak:Totally agree, press TV has been banned on UK cable TV, cos they wont broadcast propanga and telling people the truth. Al-Jazeera was good at giving facts as well, until the zionist bought it, and immediately theeir news changed Russia Today is another good channel to listen to real news - they covered the occupy movement in the US, while CNN and BBC kind of swept it under the carprt Also, China's CCTV is good, but they are too anti-US in their news IMHO. |
where will all this madness end abeg, until we reach ipad2000? happy with my ipad2, if they like, they should release new one everyday, na only mugu will be double dipping just for some few extra features, and a faster processor that you cant even notice that it is faster. ![]() |

The borrower is a slave to the lender. No be so bible talk? And you people think say slavery has ended, it just changed from Labour slavery to economic slavery Your children's children will be the ones struggling to pay off the interest |
Dyamante:It is the same Oyinbo man that is providing Joseph Kony with weapons and funds. Do you think it is easy to be fighting a guerilla war in hiding for 25 years and not run out of money and weapons. There are quarters in the west that are funding Kony, the same that funded Charles Taylor's rebels, that funded Mobutu's rebels to take over DRC. but it's all part of the game - divide and conquer your enemies |
