Red cap like isi-agwu is a recent introduction in Igbo culture. Your fore fathers had no civilization talkless of an empire... ..they ran around, hunted and fvcked around half naked in the forest.....your dressing was similar to that of the Zulu's of south africa....not that it's a bad thing. Have you seen Zulu women in their traditional wears....the problem with you Igbos is that you're always trying so hard to westernize your culture.
You have written like a dumbass dingbat. I guess silence is the best way to hide ignorance. The is nothing such as "Red cap like isi-agwu". In addition, empires are not the source of civilization. Your village empire knew nothing about democracy which Ndigbo practiced to the bewilderment of Europeans. Is it funny to you that the silly and village empires you tout are now relic of history?

I wonder when Igbos copied this red cap from Egypt/Sudan and Kanuris. It looks weird on them
Ndigbo do not copy from any body. The Egypt/Sudan cap is completely different in format. Everything Igbo is very original without any foreign intervention.

Obatala7Kronos:
There was a civil war, your bearded-leader-cum-woman-dresser-as-means-to-ben-johnson-to-abidjan-in-Côte d'Ivoire and my erudite leader had an agreement.

You allowed your emotions take the best of you, you knew you lack what it takes to combat the Fulani Army (Just like what Lamidi Cownu is currently doing), but you decided to forge ahead knowing fully well that you only had Cutlasses & Catapults in your arsenal, and matched your troops towards Lagos instead of Abuja, Kaduna, Kano and Sokoto. grin

You then enlisted the help of some French Mercenaries and started dropping bombs on Lagos, because Dodan Barracks was located in Lagos, expecting us (the indigenous inhabitants) to fold our arms and be shouting BIAFLA in solidarity. grin

My brother, you no know say Ojukwu Coconut head, including that of his upcoming generation no correct at all? grin

The Nigerian Army routed your ragtag militia and conquered your ancestors - turning your yam-legged women into sex slaves.

And you dare call us betrayers & backstabbers because we stood up to protect our lands?

This is the exact same pattern Lamidi Cownu is following - abusing & cursing my ancestors while expecting us to be shouting BIAFLA in solidarity ?

Your ancestor Zik had his akpu-filled coconut head in the clouds, choosing to ally with the North against my people.

In order to form a Government, the Parliamentary election was held on December 12, 1959.

Zik’s party (NCNC) came first with 2,594,577 and got 81 seats.

Awolowo’s party (AG) came second with 1,992,364 votes and got 73 seats.

Ahmadu Bello’s party (NPC) came third with 1,922,179 votes and got 134 seats of the 312 seats despite getting less votes!

And rather than Zik forming an alliance with my ancestor Awolowo despite the agreement that Awolowo would be the Deputy Prime Minister or Finance Minister with Zik as the Prime Minister.

The bastard went ahead & formed a coalition with Ahmadu Bello’s (NPC) wherein Tafawa Balewa would be Prime Minister while Zik would occupy the powerless, toothless bulldog Governor-General position - just to spite Awolowo my erudite ancestor.

No! It wasn’t Lord Luggard or the British that handed Nigeria to the Fulanis; it was your stupid & over-ambitious ancestor - Zik.

And now, decades later, rather than coming cap-in-hand to seeking our forgiveness & mutually beneficial cooperation, you hurl insults & derogatory slurs at us.

You call my ancestor (Oduduwa) a fallen demon because we have refused to extricate you (cannibalistic barbarians) from the treacherous snares laid by your stupid ancestor “Zik” in which his entire generation is now entangled in - out of greed, selfishness & foolishness, forgetting that “the sea does not reward those who are too anxious, too greedy, or too impatient”.

Now you go about claiming Jewish Ancestry - when it is documented on Clay Tablets how your "Cannibalistic Ancestors" were covering their P-enises & V-aginas with Mango & Banana leaves while jumping from Guava Trees to Paw-Paw Trees in search of food - at a time when my own Ancestors were already running the Oyo Empire that stretched from Ibadan all the way to Dahomey?

And now, you have the temerity to refer to us as the “green algae soup eaters” because we refuse to align with your useless ideology?

Sango will obliterate all of you if you believe you can intimidate & blackmail us into supporting your utopian dream.

Foolish, Loud-Mouthed, Despicable, Vacuous, Cannibalistic, Hypocritical, Incestuous & Criminally-Minded Lots!
Number of ballots does not determine which party won a election in a parliamentary system of government. The number of seats determines the party that won the election. A party had to win, at least, two-thirds number of seats in the parliament to assume a winner.

(NCNC) won 81 seats.

(AG) won 73 seats.

(NPC) won 134 seats

The above postulation will remove the benefit of Awo's free education or lack thereof. There was nothing such as a party came first or second or third. Each party needed to win 208 seats or more to remotely claim of wining the election in order to form a government. In the above statistics, none of parties even came within a striking distance to ensure a government. The coalition of NCNC and AG cannot produce a coalition government same as NPC and AG. The only possible scenario was a coalition of NCNC and NPC which could produce at least two-thirds majority required to form a government.

Politics › Re: Biafra Group Leader Ejects Tenant For Refusing To Date Him - Sahara Reporters by Idiko1: 7:52pm On Sep 03, 2021
GENESISNEMESI:
A female tenant, Loveth Okpala has accused the leader of the Movement of the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Ralph Uwazuruike of ejecting her from his house after declining to meet him at an unusual place for an unknown reason.

Okpala also claimed the MASSOB leader seized her belongings and kept them in one of his stores after he had instructed his caretaker, identified as Mr Okey to lock her room.

Uwazuruike’s tenant explained that trouble started when she went out during the weekend and left her air conditioner on.

She said her landlord got to know about it, locked her room, and demanded a fine before he would open it. She said her landlord had agreed to open her room after she begged him but he later requested to see her for no reason again.

Ms Okpala, residing at Uwazuruike Close, Works Layout, Bala Suya, Owerri, Imo State, revealed this to SaharaReporters on Wednesday adding that the MASSOB leader also lied that she had not paid her rent.

“My name is Loveth Okpala. I’m a tenant in Mr Ralph Uwazuruike’s house. There was a clash between my landlord and me because I left my air conditioner on when I was not around. Nobody was around. He found out and I pleaded with him that it wasn’t intentional. I told him that I left my key with one of my friends. It was my friend that left my room without switching off the AC. She said when there was a blackout, she forgot to switch off the AC before she went out. So, I begged him.

“This whole issue happened on Sunday, so when I came back, I realised the AC cable had been cut and my room locked. So, I went to see the caretaker and begged him. The caretaker said I should go and beg my landlord, Mr Uwazuruike, not him. The caretaker, Mr Okey advised me to get my landlord’s number, call and beg him.

“Immediately, I called him and introduced myself that I was the girl whose AC was left on while away and that my room had been locked. He just hung up on me. The caretaker advised me again to send a message to him on WhatsApp, that he might be busy. I did and he replied that I was going to pay a fine.

“I begged him that I didn’t have money and that he should just forgive me. He blocked me for a while on WhatsApp. I had to go and sleep at my friend's place around Port Harcourt Road that Sunday night. When I discovered he had unblocked me, I pleaded with him again. He replied that I should tell Mr Okey to open my room for me,” Ms Okpala said.

She thought the storm was over.

But Uwazuruike on Monday asked that they should meet but she ignored it. She disclosed that the pro-Biafra leader wanted to pick her up but she told him about the sit-at-home order of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in the state (which has already been reviewed by IPOB)."

She continued, “He chatted me up again on Monday asking if he could invite me. I said but there was no movement because of the sit-at-home order. He said there was movement, that he could come and pick me up with his car. He said I should meet him at the Bala Suya area to pick me up. I said I couldn’t come there and asked if we could make it Tuesday.

“I got to my lodge on Tuesday and the caretaker said Mr. Uwazuruike had not ordered him to open my room. He called him in my presence and he said he should open the door for me. He chatted with me again to remind me of the meeting but because I was tired and not interested, I ignored him.

“I went downstairs after that and stayed with another friend and before I went upstairs again to my room, it had been locked with another key. I went straight to the caretaker and he said the landlord asked him to lock my room again because I had not paid my rent.

“I was shocked and told him that how would I be staying in their apartment without paying and they would not talk all this while. The rent had been paid eight months earlier. I even reminded him of how I paid and gave the receipt to him. When he started an argument. I told him I would go to the bank the next day to see what happened when he was saying he didn’t get my payment. I paid on the 22nd February, 2021.

“He didn’t allow me to sleep in my room that night again so I went to sleep downstairs with a friend. The next morning when I was preparing to go to the bank, Mr Okey came with another man and he asked me to follow him to my room upstairs. Getting there, he opened with their key and told me that Mr Uwazuruike said I should leave. He said he didn’t want to see me again and anybody that harboured me would be sent out, too.”

Ms Okpala who could not control her tears when speaking to SaharaReporters said she had not had access to her rented room and her belongings since then. She lamented that Uwazuruike threatened that she should accept whatever happened to her if she stepped into his compound again.

“I was asking questions. How? Where is it done? You are sending me out for what? You said I hadn’t paid, and I told you I would go to the bank, and next thing you’re asking me to move out. Is it all because he wanted me to go out with him and I refused? He collected my key from me, opened the door, and started moving my things out.

“Mr Okey said that Mr Uwazuruike ordered that even if I had paid my rent, he didn’t want to see me again in his house and that he would give me the balance of my rent. Everybody in the compound advised me to quickly get to the bank and get the statement which was proof of my payment and I quickly dashed out to do so.

“To make the matter worse, I received a call on the way from Mr Okey that Mr Uwazuruike said I should never step my foot in that house again. He said I will have myself to blame for anything that happens to me if I come into that house. My belongings are kept in a store in his house,” she said while sobbing.

Governor Samuel Ortom on Monday bemoaned the perennial displacement of residents across Benue, saying the plight of people living in camps for the internally displaced has been giving him erectile dysfunction.

At a public function near the capital Makurdi, Mr Ortom said President Muhammadu Buhari and special duties minister George Akume have failed to support him in his fight against killer herdsmen, working against the interest of Benue people instead.

Mr Ortom said there was “no way as a leader” would he feel comfortable knowing that thousands of his people have been displaced from their villages by killer herdsmen who were on a conquest to take lands from indigenous Benue settlers.

“Even when I am on top of my wife and I remember the people who are in IDP camps…” Mr Ortom said with a pause for camera effect. A male voice in the audience then helped him to conclude his sentence, saying “It goes flat,” to which the governor then responded with a smile.

Mr Ortom has been locked in fierce political confrontation with Mr Buhari and his appointees following his decision to implement a ban on open grazing of cattle by herders of Mr Buhari’s ethnic Fulani stock.

The president has insisted that he would not support a ban on open grazing and tried to force states to bow to the federal government on the appropriation solution to the crisis, which has left thousands killed and untold damage caused to assets and livelihoods since Mr Buhari assumed office in 2015.

The president has faced criticism for pushing the interest of herdsmen while showing little sympathy to victims of their brutality, including from members of his ruling APC. He has vigorously denied the claims and said his administration has implemented a series of security, administrative and financial solutions to mitigate the crisis.

You should have asked yourself how many ministers of Igbo ethnicity are in Buhari's government.

Nnamdi Azikiwe even though I am not his fan also echoed the saddest truth Ojukwu and others like Adebanjo, Olu Falae, etc have been saying which boils down to restructuring Nigeria to enable each region/tribe have total control of their region's resources, security and development while we operate under the umbrella of one united nation to give us a larger playing ground for business, external security and much more.

Restructure Nigeria now using the existing 6-geopolitical zone template to form:

South-Eastern Nigeria
South-Western Nigeria
Niger-Delta
Middle-Belt
North-Eastern Nigeria
North-Western Nigeria

And let each region have their Regional Prime Minister to act as their President.....then we have a council of Prime Ministers comprising of the 6 Regional Prime Ministers.

Each Regional Prime Minister will serve a 6-year term.....and then we can elect a ceremonial President to control the central government which will have less power since much power will now rest on the regional governments.
Restructure of Nigeria is pure figment of imagination. Why going through pain of restructure with Nigeria in tow instead of unconditional disintegration? I do not want anything to do with Nigeria hence a country which will serve as homeland is necessary. Certain jackasses can still stick with Nigeria and practice their silly quota system and federal character, Ndigbo are set for Republic of Igboland. Vintagepipes:
THE FAIR HISTORY ABOUT ORIGIN OF KALABARI PEOPLE (AWOME) ................
WHO ARE THE KALABARI'S...
WHY SHOULD KALABARI PEOPLE BE ADDRESSED AND IDENTIFIED AS KALABARI'S AND SHOULDN'T BE SUBJECTED TO ANY OTHER ETHNICITY/TRIBE BUT AS KALABARI TRIBES AND KALABARI ETHNIC GROUPS ALONE?
Kalabari World -
From left direction across the present day Bayelsa State and right direction to the present day Calabar City was null and void until arrival of the allochthonous and autochthonous" “(about Seven (7) beings descended to the ancient Ke Land (present Ke Community in Kalabari Nation, located at the present day Degema Local Government Area, Rivers State, South South, Eastern Niger Delta, Nigeria).........................
Beings Exist in Ke BC (uncommon era)) and they did not ascend from the old Agadagba-Bou, as some historians frames up their stories. And purported stories that says Ke began at 500-800 AD are all lies, because no kind of archaeological samples can prove the case of Ke begining on earth, because her origins were not just migrants as others .......
The truth is that no living human can tell where the descendants of Ke came from because no one recorded such as a fact from the likes of Keni-Ala(Keni Opu Ala), Keni-Opusuo, Opu-Ogbu, Ombiyi, Opu-Jaja, Ogbokiya, and Opupiri (Opusiri), that was assumed seven founding ancestors descendants from sky.
Centuries ago, it was from Ke that the Adumu Spiritual Initiation Society/Cult/Lodge commonly referred to as the water people or the mask spirit people (Owu-ame/Owu amapu) derived from. Inwhich all other neighboring lands or tribes in Niger Delta adopted as culture (tradition).........................
Around 1932 about sixty one (61) successors had ruled Ke Lands as Amayanabo starting from Omonie (Omoniye), narrated by Ke Historian Madam Kala-Dokku and published by Talbot 1932.....
To cut short story, Ke can not be people that came from Ijo, or Ejo which are variations of Ujo or Ojo (i.e Ancestors of Kala-Okun, Ujo-Gbaran(Gbaran) - Gbaramatu, Arogbo, Tuomo, Kabo, etc), and Ke can not be addressed as people that came from the Niger-Congo Tribes, Kumoni-Oru, Otu-Ife (Ile-Ife)/Benin/Ijaw(Ejo or Ijo or Ujo alias Idekoseroake, etc,) even though some migrants came to join the Ke People from other parts of Ancient Africa e.i the Seven(7) ancient wards of Kalabari, Ilelema, Angulama, Kula, Bille, Tombia, Oproama, Ogoloma, Bonny, etc, BC-AD..
The fair fact is that Ke should instead be seen as a landlord to all Kalabari's, Ibani, Obgolo's(Andoni), Okirikan's, Nkoro & Opopo, including the Rivers State Igbo's, Nembe, Ogbia, Epie, Etc.....................
If anyone sincerely wants to narrate or tell the myth of the origin or root of Kalabari People Ke should be considered as one of the geneuin origin of Kalabari's that is still locatable ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Because even when the first Seven(7) wards that formed Kalabari migrated to the Elem-Kalabari Ke has been in existence for more than ten(10) centuries and most of the Kalabari Clans were made up of Ke Offsprings just as it is to other Kingdoms like Kalaibiama in present day Bonny, Ekeni in Bayelsa State, Abame in Okirika, Okpoma in Nembe, etc, so therefore it is too wrong, bad and baseless to frame the entire Kalabari People as people that rooted (came from) Ijaw/Ijo/Ujo/Ejo or Ojo for any reason, because that is a fatal lie by some desperate or egotistical persons whom tries to paint all the Riverine Tribes or Fishermen tribes to a root..
Also, most persons confuses the term Oru (Horu or Oru's) as Ethnic Group, while some complicates Oru(Horu) as the source of Kumoni-Oru which some baseless historians stated as who settled the Niger Delta with the most ancient inhabitants known as the Oru (TOBU OTU) who gave birth to the Ijos; meanwhile the curious name “ORU” was applied by the early British explorers to Brass from the Nun enteranc to Taylor Creek, Dr Baikie said of them 1854.
Just as some small minded historians classifies Ijaw as Ethnicity in Nigeria due to very few adopted, anglisized or corrupted similarities in some tribes even when the said similarities does not match or conclude beyond common imaginations.............
Now,
Same goes to individual clans/towns/communities that formed the previous and the present Kalabari World.....................................
The overall and first capital(headquarter) of the Ancient Kalabari Nation was a virgin island which originally began the popularly known Kalabari race on planet earth.
The name Torusirama-piri or Kalabari-kiri was given to the island after the first founders had settled there for centuries........
Along the way others joined to make up the first Seven (7) - first fourteen (14) Ward's at this very island that latter became the Torusrama-piri (Kalabari Polo, Kalabari Kiri or Kalabari-Ama)..........
The first Seven(7) Wards were.. (1). Amabin-Ame, (2). Kuro-Ame, (3). Ende-Ame, (4). Igodo-Ame, (5). Akiala-Ame, (6). Ituru-Ame, (7) Buko-Ame. -Lila-Ame.....
These names given to the Seven (7) founding wards are classification to identify each group.
The reality is that, these groups all migrated from different parts of the Ancient Africa World, such as Binin Areas, Ile-fe, Ke, Akwa Akpa(Calabar), Igbo, Cameron, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Niger-Congo, Serialeon, Tribes that speaks the Niger-Congo Language such as Ijoid(Atlantic), and Defaka(Afakani) an endangered language. And Kalabari Lands is not just about the First Seven (7) Wards that settled at the New Calabar River because the likes of Ke, Ilelema, Angulama, Kula, Bille, Abise, Soku, Tombia, Obonoma, Idama, Oguruawo-Bakana, Krakrama, Ifoko, Bukuma, Udekeama(Dekema), Oproama, Sangama, Abalama, Ido, Tema, Sema, Obu-Ama(Harry's Town) and others joined to makeup the independent Kalabari Nation counting from the King Amakiri(Amachree) era as the Great King of All Kings.
The language of the present Ibani, Okirika and some parts of Nembe was adopted from the Kalabari Language just as the Kalabari Language became the basics of the Berbice, a Dutch Creole Spoken in Eastern Guyana.
Kalabari Language words have been proposed for some modern technical terms. And so what is now being paraded as the linguistics of the said Ijaw Ethnic Group is a Kalabari Language and never an Ijaw language.
The Kalabari Language is a tongue of many forms from the ancient days, which undergone unidentifiable mix-ups, due to the need of establishing a unique world known a Kalabari Nation...
The Kalabari Traditional attires, Songs, and dance steps, etc, has been adopted by too many tribes of Nigeria especially the Niger Deltans, and as of today it is very hard to claim Kalabari Tradition as a cultural practice which is originally native to the Kalabari Tribes, but only God and man knows that it was very few tribes in Nigeria that had traditional attire( exampling tradition) before Nigeria was amalgamated, and almost all the tribes in Nigeria did not interact directly with the whiteman (Portuguese especially) to get reach of beautiful dress codes such as original beads(Corals-Kilali,Ikuta,Illa,Stords), Cloths(Dawn, Wokor, Daminimbana, Frokor, Etibor, India-Bite, Lokor, Amasiri, Epe, Injiri, etc, ), walking sticks(Royal Staffs), Swords, etc.
Most of the credits forged as or transfered to the said Ijaw were originally Kalabari's affairs.
The present areas known as Kalabari is not Ijaw Land but Kalabari Lands, and only liars frames up Our world as Ijaw Lands or Ijaw Sub Groups in Eastern Niger Delta, meanwhile Kalabari is Independent Nation for Centuries now.
Finally, none should mislead anyone by saying the term Kalabari was a name of a ancestor so therefore Kalabari's came from one place called Ijaw/Ijo/Ejo/Ujo/Ojo when there is no place on Earth agreed as the genuine Ijaw Kingdom or origin on earth, apart from some myth to some villages or ancestors who they now classified as persons or villages that originated from another ancestor named Ijo/Ejo or Ujo/Ojo who was a child to Adumu some says Oduduwa is the Adumu.
This is brief but genuine history of who Kalabari's are.
To stretching and analyze this history it can go as far as fifteen (15) times longer than this, but this is a brief yet better guidance to who we truly are.
By Kalabari Indigenous Movement, Kalabari Agitators
You simply cannot claim anything when the name, Kalabari, is the coinage of Europeans. You must first determine who and where the people who claimed Kalabari originated. In additon, the name they where known before Portugues came with Callabar, Calabari and Calbarii hence today's Calabar and Kalabari. You simply cannot claim originality of anything when the name is a foriegn import. Ama Onye Anabo and Amaikiri (Amakiri) have been long distorted to Amachree and Amanyanabo.

You simply cannot be more correct. Africans in general and Nigerians in particular are bunch of inconsiderate and selfish bastards that have ever walked the surface of the earth. This is one reason I never paid mind to their cries of "racism". By the way, the term "racism" is a misnomer.

How Nigerian Army Tortured, Sentenced Me To Death For Demanding Better Weapons To Fight Boko Haram—Ex-Soldier

An ex-soldier, Amoo Bukola, recently released with others from the Maximum Security Prisons, Kirikiri in Lagos has narrated how he and others were tortured, jailed and sentenced to death by the army authorities for demanding better weapons to fight Boko Haram terrorists.

Bukola disclosed this in a recent interview with PM News, expressing hope that he will be reinstated in the army.

Bukola narrated how he began his military career, saying, "I joined the Nigerian Army fully on the 6th of August 2012 after completing six months' training and eventually passing out of the training on the 21st of December 2012.

"After passing out from the Depot, I was posted to NATRAC Kotangora in Niger State for training as a (member of the) Counter-Terrorist Special Force and Quick Response Group (QRG).

"There I was trained for four months, commencing from the 3rd January through to 19th April 2013.

"Thereafter, I was then posted to 101 Special Force battalion at Kainji, Niger State. After the posting, I was then nominated to go for training in Pakistan, there, I was trained for two months between 13th July and 13th of September 2013.

"I also had the Anti-Terrorist Training (ATT) commando course 43. Two days after my arrival from Pakistan, I was appointed to go for Operation Zama Lafiya in Maiduguri, Borno State.

"We took off from 101 battalion special force camp to Abuja on the 15th of September 2013, for operation. We were about one hundred and eighteen soldiers (118) that went for the operation and we went at a company level named 'Army Headquarters Special Force Company.'

"We finally left Abuja on the 18th of September, 2013. We transited at Damaturu where we slept in Yobe State till the following morning. We then moved to Maiduguri. We arrived at 7 division Garrison in Maiduguri, Borno State.

"We were deployed to several places like Bulaburi Damboa, Bulaburi garna, Mafindi, Balle, Chinese, Ngwoshe, Gwosa, Cashew Plantation at the back of How’s barracks, Asigashia Cameroon, and Mulai primary school along Damboa Road, adjacent AIT, Maiduguri, Borno State.

"On the 9th of July, 2014 our mission on this day was to go and recapture Damboa from the terrorists. On our way to the point, along the road the terrorists had laid ambush unknown to us. At that point, we lost nine men and twenty-three (soldiers) were seriously injured.

"To further commence the journey, we requested sufficient weapons from our commander so as to be able to fight more sufficiently with the terrorists but our request was refused by the commander.

"On the 4th of August 2014, we were asked to return to Damboa. At this point again we were ambushed, yet again we requested weapons from our commander and he still refused.

"All of a sudden on the same day, the GOC of 7 division in Maiduguri, Borno State, Major General M.Y Ibrahim ordered that we should be brought to him for an address.

"His plan then was to hand us over to the military police guardroom. Two weeks later we were moved to the airport, flown to Abuja, and driven to Abacha barracks in Abuja.

"At the barracks, we were divided into different groups and taken to different guardrooms at different barracks, some Mambila barracks, Lungi barracks, Mogadishu barracks, and Keffi barracks, Nasarawa State.

"We were in the guardroom for four months after which we were sent to the general court-martial.

"The court-martial process started on the 2nd of October 2014. A case was established against us in the court and adjourned several times before we were finally sentenced.

"But one of us did not face the trials for health reasons, five were discharged and acquitted while 54 of us were sentenced to death by firing squad on the following charges: mutiny and criminal conspiracy to commit mutiny against 7 division Maiduguri.

"The presiding chief justice who sentenced us is Brigadier General M.S. Yusuf, while the advocate judge was Lieutenant Col Ukpe Ukpe, the prosecutor Captain J. A. Nwosu, our defence counsel was led by Mr. Femi Falana (SAN), Major Femi Oyebanji (Rtd), Barr. Samuel, Barr. Eze, and Barr. Olakitan.

"After the sentence was announced on the 17th December 2014, we were taken to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja and flown to Lagos on 21st December 2014 with handcuffs and leg chains.

"On arrival in Lagos, we were shared into different guardrooms e.g. CIC intelligence underground guardroom and SIB military detention, all these with handcuffs and leg chains for a whole month all together in detention we spent 1 year, 2 days, 7 hours and 40 minutes and 29 seconds in Lagos State.

"Thereafter, on the 18th of December 2015, our sentence was reverted to 10 years imprisonment and after some days we were moved to the maximum security prisons, Kirikiri, Apapa, Lagos State.”

Bukola also revealed that the incident affected his marriage, saying his wife abandoned him after he was sentenced to death.

The company was set off to undertake a commando type operation since the company was not camped in Borno State. Was there any RECON before or on the 9th of July, 2014? How many people knew about this operation? If more three people knew about this operation, it must be aborted. I really do not buy the idea of poor weaponry as stated by the soldiers. However there is magnified poor strategy on the leadership.

Yoruba nation must happen to enjoy electricity like Benin Republic – Igboho speaks from prison

Embattled freedom fighter, Sunday Igboho has insisted on actualizing Yoruba nation.

Igboho explained that Benin Republic enjoys more stable electricity than Nigeria, hence the need to actualize Yoruba nation.

The self-acclaimed freedom fighter disclosed this in a message made public by his spokesman, Olayomi Koiki.

Koiki said Igboho believes soon Nigeria would no longer exist as Yoruba nation would be actualized.

In a statement, Koiki said: “I received a message from Chief Sunday Adeyemo, aka Igboho via his lawyer from Benin Republic, Olusegun Falola that he stands on his belief, self-determination for the Yoruba Nation, because there’s nothing like Nigeria again for him.

“He believes as a Yoruba man and the indigenous person of the land that it’s time for Yorubas to stand on their own as a Nation. .

“He said we should take a look at Benin Republic enjoying steady electricity supply. That’s what we desire in the Yoruba Nation we have been agitating for and we will get there very soon. He also reiterated that the Yoruba Nation is now; there is no going back.”

Igboho is currently locked up in Benin Republic.

He was recently arrested in Cotonou while trying to travel to Germany.

The Yoruba nation agitator fled Nigeria after he was declared wanted by the Department of State Services, DSS, following the alleged discovery of weapons in his Ibadan residence.

He, however, denied owning the weapons found in his house, stressing that they were planted there.

Southern Christians stop acting like you love arewa Christians aka Northern Christians.
Stop pretending, the only reason you support northern Christians is because you want to pit Northern Christians against northern muslims forgetting that they are both from the same ancestry.

During all the destruction spree caused by ipob and odua nation AGITATORS in the south, did it come to your mind that some of the destroyed properties were owned by Northern Christians. You destroyed it all.

Don't come here and act like you love them when every northern that speaks Hausa is aboki in the south, is a terrorist and a fulani herdmen, don't think you can deceive Northern Christians with your false love, we know if you were given the right opportunity, you won't hesitate to massacre the north whether Christian or muslim because you won't know the difference, northern Christians know your trick, they might be United in religion with the south but they can never trust the Southern Christians. As they say blood is thicker than water, no matter our religious differences, we in the north are United.
If my memory does not fail me, I remembered when the so-called northern Christians could not restrain themselves from the killing spree of southern Christians in 1966 during the pogrom in northern region of Nigeria. Of course, the so-called northern Christians did not stop at the senseless massacre of southern Christians living in the northern region of Nigeria, they spearheaded the invading force of Nigeria whose was to kill Ndigbo and Biafrans. What is there to love from a goon who wanted to kill someone's grandparents?

This is laughable. It shows the military to cadre in Nigeria are goons. How would Nigeria use tanks to fight gorilla warfare? In addition, the targeted areas are jungle. A mere well placed RPG fire will dislodge these heavy tanks.

Ortom should quit talking and work.
Making videos and granting interviews on channels doesn't keep people alive, use the huge security votes you claim to put security in place, instead of using it to buy all Benue land and building factories everywhere for yourself.
Another thing that can keep people alive is paying salaries and pensions. Like in my local government, nobody has been killed by Fulani herdsmen, but hundreds have died as a result of the hardship encountered from non payment of pensions and gratuities.
Ortom is nothing but a propagandist.
He might be loved by those who hate Islam, Buhari and the north. But in Benue, he is worse than Fulani herdsmen. He is an evil monster!
Ortom is doing the talking and working too !!!! Talking is not easy. It takes energy to talk.

Mr Comprehension skills, what has Awolowo in 1966 got do with Olu who was disposed in 1963? Azikiwe was not the premier of midwestern region and could not have disposed Olu of Warri in 1963. Only in the mind of goons that a minister of finance can reinstate a disposed Olu of Warri.

Nothing was done without the Constitution during that Era that was why a referendum was given to the Midwesterners to vote themselves out of Western region, they themselves agitated for it, accusing yoruba's of marginalizing them, around the warri district during the referendum vote, 30 thousand voted Yes and only about 1 thousand voted no

I ask again what constitutional backing did Zik use to dethrone a traditional ruler? Which year was that ? which month?, which court,? who was the judge, we need all these information
Bro do not pay any mind to certain jackass on the forum. Awolowo was cooling off in jail by1962. How did a prisoner reinstate the so-called Olu of Itsekiri or Warri?
