Politics › 8 Things To Expect Under Tinubu's Administration: by ify2016(op): 10:18am On May 28, 2023

As we are set to embark on a new regime, the following would be imminent under Tinubu's Administration.

1:Job Creation:

Tinubu is a type of person that have the expertise of job creations. Job creations is one of the easiest and fastest project Tinubu will focus on. Expect job creations where Nigerians will just be earning monthly salary.

2: Occupation of landed property:

As funny as it may sound, Tinubu will buy people's landed property and convert it to government industry which will in turn generate more revenue and job opportunities to Nigerians.

3 : Heavy Foreign industrial presence:
Tinubu government will welcome investors all round the globe which will in turn position Nigeria as a industrial nation. Innovation of different kinds will be recognized.

4: Education:

Tinubu Administration has 90% chances of declaring free education for all unity schools across Nigeria ( Nursery, Primary and Secondary).

5 : Corruption:

Tinubu government will fight corruption but he may not win it because he believes in the legacy of work and chop. He will confiscate illegal businesses that will jeopardize his government.

6: Fear of God:

Tinubu is a God fearing man. He is a type of person who is touched when masses are complaining. He has strong human feelings and easily forgive.

7. Appointment:

Tinubu Administration will accommodate different tribes in terms of position. Unlike recurrent aberration in appointment, Tinubu government would likely work with people he trust irrespective of region.

8 : Infrastructural development:

There will be massive road and housing projects by Tinubu administration across the nation.

God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria 🙏🙏 🙏

Time for South to pay back. I'm only scared of new splinter group that could rise.

Tinubu is a direct opposite to Buhari. He has human feeling and 99% addicted to job creations.

APC, what's actually wrong ?

You crowned yourself as a winner
You requested for aggrieved parties to seek redress
Aggrieved accepted the offer
You became a complainant and defendant
You continue creating division among aggrieved parties through backdoor
You initiate different kinds of tricks and allegations for the purpose of diverting attention from status quo.

Una well done.

My concern is that, no matter the outcome of the court proceedings, we're one family and nothing on earth can stop Nigeria unity.

Let's adopt politics of love and discard any form of bitterness.

God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria,🙏🙏

I'm more scared of little team like this at this stage of premiership. Small team tend to be too stubborn against bigger clubs. For big team, I give it to City to win but for small team at this stage, anything can happen. I pray City escape small team for the rest of the games.

Happy Sunday guys.

My wife is currently out of town.
This morning, I decided to prepare quick food for myself as bachelor in the house.

I priced tomatoe gelsha and sardine. I was told gelsha is 400 while sardine goes for 700.

There's a woman who whispered to my ear and advice me to make it fresh by buying fresh tomatoes and fish.

As a novice in the industry, I bought her idea.

I bought tomatoes for 200 naira, pepper for 50 naira and 500 naira fresh.

Total: 750.

Highly delicious spaghetti.

Celebrities › Drake Wins $2.7million (N1.2B) After Placing Two Huge Bets On Israel Adesanya To by ify2016(op): 4:10pm On Apr 09, 2023

Rapper Drake has won a whopping $2.7million (₦1,255,500,000.00 ) after Israel Adesanya knocked out Alex Pereira at UFC 287 to reclaim the middleweight title this morning.

The Nigerian-born New Zealander won back the 185lb title just five months after he lost it to his bitter rival Pereira, who has previously beaten him twice in kickboxing
Drake lost $1.6million after backing Adesanya to win in that fight but he made amends for the rapper in his rematch with Pereira.

According to Mirror UK, the Canadian placed a $500,000 bet on Adesanya to win which returned $885,000, and a $400,000 bet for him to win by knockout, which returned a massive $1.8million.

‘Stylebender’ was asked about Drake’s bet after his fight, to which he said: “Shoutout to everyone that bet on me but you have to realise that when I step into the octagon I put my life on the line. That’s the biggest parlay you can ever do. I’m a betting man too so shoutout to stake, we are about to make another deal and get more money.”

The win over Pereira is Adesanya’s 24th in his career in mixed martial arts (MMA) and he had suffered just two losses.

Crime › Police Nab Man For Hijacking Truck On Lagos-Ibadan Expressway by ify2016(op): 10:00pm On Apr 06, 2023

The Ogun State Police Command has arrested a suspected robber, Akeem Adeleke, for allegedly hijacking a truck loaded with industrial raw materials along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway at gunpoint.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday.

Oyeyemi said the suspect was arrested following a distress call made by the truck driver to men of the federal highway patrol team, stationed along the expressway.

He added that the driver ran to the policemen and informed them that while driving his truck towards Ibadan, two gunmen suddenly jumped into the vehicle and pushed him out.

Oyeyemi said, “The driver explained further that the gunmen took over the vehicle from him and drove it towards Lagos.

“Upon the complaint, the patrol team started tracing the truck towards Lagos and they luckily sighted it somewhere along the road.

“Having noticed that policemen were trailing them, one of the robbers, who was driving the truck, jumped out, but fell and hit his head against the tarred road. He died on the spot.

“His accomplice, Akeem Adeleke, was subsequently arrested and taken to Ewu-Oliwo divisional headquarters.

“The Divisional Police Officer, Ewu-Oliwo Division, CSP Toyosi Bello, accompanied the patrol team to the scene where the corpse of the robber was recovered to the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital morgue. ”

He further noted that one locally made pistol, three live cartridges, two itel phones and some charms, were recovered from the suspect.

The PPRO, however, said the Commissioner of Police, Frank Mba, has directed that the suspect be transferred to State Criminal Investigation Department for discreet investigation.

He said the CP therefore warned criminals to avoid the state as they would always meet their waterloo in any part of the state.

The Lagos government has discontinued the 50 percent reduction in the fares of the buses owned by the state.

The directive was announced in a statement released on Tuesday by the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA).

Sanwo-Olu also announced the provision of food banks in vulnerable places in the state.

The Lagos governor said the measures were initiated owing to the hardship faced by residents over petrol and cash scarcity.
