Thank goodness! Cuz I'd rather vote my shoelace.
my apologies to one naira. Ejine, she's on the poll.vote for her or rapu ya. Maka udo. Lol@ one naira. Those are exactly the same qualities I saw in odumchi and voted him. To succinctly put, he's a quiet lion. Anyway, I've closed my campaign office tupu ha kagbuo my vote. Lolx Dalu nu, election body. |
One naira I think its best we leave that can of worms tightly shut. . . Atleast for now.everyone one of us have at one point, said things that sounded "unpatriotic/wrong" to the next igbo man on this board. We are trying to come together now and have a place where all our individual opinions would be tabled, debated with love, throw away misleading beliefs, half truths and come out with a strong force built on a solid foundation of igbo histroy and cause. Its time to build bro. Time to build up ourselves. Just because I think you don't know, let me quickly inform you that ogugua did not formally or even informally accept or reject her nomination so let's cut her some slacks. Na igbo people like you and I nominate her. And voted for her. |
Nice to see such an occasion hosted @ Asaba. Igbo bu ofu. |
dayokanu: This election is a charade, how can people who registered just 2 days ago be allowed to vote?dayo, please point out the new Ids, jor. We might have to compile a list of such voters.I've seen strange user Ids myself. Thanks! |
All the cowards using new Ids to attack or criticise some of the candidates, shame on y'all. A true igbo man don't need no new id to attack anyone. Ndi ara na enweghi aha nna. |
Mgbadike80: @the electoral team, i have noticed that many outsiders are trying to influence d vote to favour odumchi and ogugua cos because they believe that odumchi is more level headed and easier to intimidate while ogugua have never been to nigeria and therefore have no knowledge of d intense rivalry and bad blood involved between d tribes.she can easily be misled 2 misyarn.what sort of talk is this? Where were you during nominations? |
I hope there won't be a tie but if there is, the idea of the electoral committee taking the deciding vote sounds ok. And looks like the only option so far. |
Btw, what are you peoples plans in the eventuality of a "tie" ?its good to be proactive. |
Antivirus92: Only truth and odumchi were the contenders in the last election, now 2 of them again! Are they the only igbos on nairaland. Or are they wiser, smarter, more intelligent/knowledgeable than others? Everybody disqualified only 2 of them are qualified.Sorry about the fact that you didn't see the nomination thread on time. Nevertheless, omego bu na omego. Cast your vote biko. I thought last year was only truth V okija juju? |
175: Can a delta ibo participate in dis election? PointB na u i dey ask.why not? Non Igbos can so why not you? Go ahead and cast your vote please. |
solomon111: Flogging dosen't kill jor.same mentality with the teacher. Where are the childs guardian, parents that sent her to school?whose duty is it to ensure that the child does the homework? What if there was no power @ home for the child to do the homework? What if she was sent on endless errands, such that she didn't have time to do the homework? Parents need to sit up and tight to their duties. You can even assign an older kid(if any)to help the young ones then go through all their works, commend and correct when necessary. Its not enough to send a child to school, you have to go all the way with the child. Teachers too, they need to understand that certain offences are not entirely the kids fault hence no point flogging or punishing the child. Invite the parents!!! When a child comes to school unkempt, late, does not do her homework, late in payment of fees, has no school books etc, DON'T punish the child, invite the parents! |
A child didn't do her homework and the best thing they could do was flog her? Some teachers need re-orientation. Same way they flog students for non payment of school fees, late coming and other offences that are caused by "negligence on the part of the parents" Such an unfortunate news. |
And ogugua as eze nwanyi. Lol even though none of them came forward to accept their nominations. |
Odumchi gets my vote. |
Odunnu: I've always respected your line of arguement but in this very instance, nwanyi oma, believe me, e meteru ya.Nne keduzi ka i siri Mara na akporo m meeting, m ju iga? Your deduction from ife m dere? Imela. Anugo m ife I kwuru. |
Ha ha ha . . .PDP cabals arm-twisting the truth? Trying to impose their puppet aka ODUMACHI on us? Mba nu! It won't work. Else, I mobilise touts from Ariyaria market in aba to set ablaze the Igwe's palace. Maka chineke!
please just don't start. No one, is imposing Odumchi on anyone and one more thing, the handle Odumchi is not, has not and won't be anyones puppet(hopefully) Check out all the people that nominated him!fortunately or unfortunately, the incumbent eze endorsed(?)him too but that does not make him anyones puppet. Let's get that part clear. |
Odunnu, kedu ka nmadu abuo ga-esi aru oru ma öburu na e nweghi "nkwekorita" ? Onye na-achoghi ige okwu ndi ozo? Ihe m ji juo ndi bu cabinet ya bu ka o lezie Onye ya anya. I bido cabinet with nmadu iri, tupu onwa ise ofor nmadu ano, gini ka o ga-agwa gi?nke ka njo bu oke ngaga na okomoko ya, na ntukwasi öbi na amamihe ya.Onye ndu na-ege nti. So Nne, o putara na ndi nile gbara öso oru with him bu ndi iberibe while him and his remaining crew bu ndi oke amamihe? Okwa I huru otu o Si kparia my person ugbu a?maka na ajuru m ya ajuju?nsogbu anoghi. Mgbe o tupuru okpu eze ya, I'll return the favour in multiples. |
Only truth, thank you for your usual lengthy, emotional speech that shies away from posed questions. I'll repost all my questions again and be man enough to answer. 1.) who are your cabinet members? 2.)what have you guys done in the past year in office. Dee na igbo if need be. 3.)okijas nomination was disqualified on the grounds that "his person brings discord and confusion" to umu igbo in general. Have this administration led by you not brought more division to umu Igbo on nld? I agree, I rejected whatever position you offered me in your position and that's because I cannot stand anyone shoving his or her opinions down my throat. I figured you operate a "one way thought process" of its either white or black which does not augur well with my personal view of life(keeping an open mind, accepting shades of Gray) and the option I had was to step aside. And by the way, I was not the only one that bolted from your cabinet. Some others left or lost interest. Why? A good leader would look inwards and ask himself questions. NB: what lies did I peddle against you or your govt?point it out please. "doingspain" or so was the first to ask on this thread about your "achievements" on this thread and I also signified an interest in knowing too. What was your response?we should go check page 1. Lol. Ochi eze. |
Dede1: PointBI thought so too but wanted to hear them out. |
OMO IBO: ***da hell is going on here***hehehe Onye kara aka! |
I ask again and for the last time, why should non Igbos vote? |
Numbers 3 and 4 on the electioneering guidelines sounds like something that we'll give us more headaches. Why should non Igbos vote?someone should please tell me why? How would you guys know for sure those that have multiple ids? I humbly await an explanation. |
Is this thread about Ikemba or eze ndi igbo nld? Can't we just quit making reference to the past?a wise man learns from the past but Moves on! A fool lives, dwell on the past so much that he's refused to move on. O gini sef?! When is the election oh?ike gwuru. |
pazienza: I disagree with you. With or without Odumchi, this election would still be a success. Odumchi is a nice choice, but we still have many able hands here. Chyz,Ejine,Ezeagu,One naira and Obiagu are still good choices.. . . And from the look of things they appear interested in this to you?nominating anyone is NOT same as them accepting it! Ka m rapu ikwu otutu okwu first but I tell ya, this present government brought "more division" than unity to nld online igbos.#fact# Its rather funny seeing okijas mandate disqualified for "confusion and disunity" amongst ndi igbos cos those 2 words are the identity of the current government.#fact# Our house was scattered before we elected the current govt. What's the situation now?worst!#fact# The current govt. Had 1 year to work, what have they(who are the cabinet members sef?) achieved?or is it secret?ha dee ya n'igbo. |
coogar: spot on!gotta laugh. You should be in Abuja. Hehe Btw, is this election going to be open or secret ballot system? |
Odunnu: I have read the bold part and I have two lewd translations.lol Odunnu ukwu nnu oburo "otu" nke ahu nmadu. Otu nke a bu obodo. Önicha precisely. Still on the matter sef, what are the achievements of the present government?no one should ask me to go read page 1 of this thread cos it does not answer the question. PointB, when is the election day?ka m di na mbu ke nkwucha. |
I wonder what would have happened had "odumchi" rejected his mandate ?rofl All the muscle flexing,I-am-who-I-am, shakara for don end. This thread would have died a "shameful death" . Lol Okija and all the Ikemba, Rochas, Öbi etc apologists/divisions, we all must not see things same way. No majority should force their views on any minority. Majority only wins an election and not win over anyones house/opinion. (proverbs) Okija, you are a FBI, if you feel your mandate is stolen, get it back. Mine is, we need a change. Odumchi is capable of bringing that change. Riggers beware!any wuruwuru, anyi a kukasia everywhere. All man eje zuru ike. Speaking as asa otu ma egwu eji. Lolx Vote for odumchi!!! |
avuekwe: [quote author=ifyalways)me too. Onye ogo anyi, mirima m, nnawo. Okwa aga ndi ogo anyi si ekele? @nedu, kee ife ilo?haha. |
Hehe. |
