I really don't get why the hotel would be sealed and the property permanently confiscated by the govt?well, unless its proved that kidnapped victims were kept in the hotel premises. Even at that, does that make the hotel and its management criminals?what does the law say, anyonehuh
Its pretty much like sealing a cyber cafe Cos 'yahoo boys' were caught there.
Anyway, where are the names, pictures of the arrested 4 na? Are they dead or alive?
Obi went with SSS to arrest and seal the hotel ? We shall hear the "main gist and full details" later. LOL

There's always something fascinating about women warriors especially of old. How did their husbands react, relate with and treat them?or they were young unmarried maidens?

For sanity and especially for couples in naija, there should be a firm law for visiting relatives.
@OP, the man should calmly talk with his wife first. Make the wife see why its best her mama leaves.
If all doesn't work, the man can invite his own mother over too.(extreme?yes! But it would work)
NB:I find some of the mans reason for wanting the mil gone silly. Who worries over granny's grammar?

Family › Re: Sponsoring Relatives To Study Abroad by ifyalways(f): 8:15pm On Aug 05, 2012
@topic, I see it as a responsibility, one that must be done as long as the money is available and the relative/student is the serious type.
I grew up in a culture, environment where family ties bind tight. Each child is a collective responsibility and every adult contributes to support, be it in academics or any other pursuit.
I had aunts, uncles and even long distant cousins who at various times gave me textbooks, school pocket monies even paid lesson fees etal for me so now I can only but extend same measure to other relatives, no 2 ways about that !

Islam › Re: The Challenges Of Igbo Muslims by ifyalways(f): 7:49pm On Aug 05, 2012
@Abubello, Alhaji abdulazzez Ude is late. However, he erected a huge mosque @ unity estate egbeda and that's where you'll see the igbo Muslims in lagos.
@topic, the ignorance, fooolishess and lies coming from some of the posters here is mind boggling. And worrying.

If you can type "buh" what really stops you from typing the right word seeing it's same 3 letter words huh
I'm not trying to correct your grammar(who born me) but rather your sentence structure and writing style.

So,have you done your ex already? How did it go? Any videos?

If it's a new marriage with no pregnancy or child in the picture I'm so dumping his foooolish a.rse. angry but if it's a tested and trusted marriage with children etal, it's family first,I'm going to bail him, stand by him but when he gets home, the fvck up would be treated.
