on a serious note,i think the cereals,grains,fruits,oats and milk,bread with a little spreading(butter,mayonnaise,jam, etc) wont be a bad idea for breakfast.the type of work you do too goes a long way to determine what you eat.whatever,dont ever skip breakfast !
