Actually medical related students need police report for DBS check

I am studying social work, for them to give CAS you must show police clearance from Nigeria, when you come you will show them again before you apply for DBS, I don’t know for other school but for mine it was important even when I started working they asked for Nigeria police clearance.

Hello, It’s possible to do that.

Alternatively, you can ask her to send the application link and make the payment for them.

I’ve read some people say their Payment was declined, possibly due to IP issues.

Thanks for your reply, ok was concerned about the IP address, ok will do the payment from here. Thank you.

With Form A, you don’t need to ask anyone to do it for you. Just fill the form and ensure you have the necessary funds in your account.

Access Bank (WUSE 2 Branch) is the fastest so far. You get approval for ADB Disbursement within few hours so far you have the funds in your account and upload all necessary documents. I’m speaking from experience.

Thanks so much for your reply. That means I can fill everything online without going to the bank? Am in U.K. and have an access bank account, thanks again for replying

Good day,

I am already in U.K. and school resumes for another session in October, I will like to pay my tuition from Nigeria cos it’s cheaper, I want to ask if it’s possible for someone to pay for me from home or I need to do it through my Nigeria account, I don’t mind waiting for the form A since I still have some time.
Thank you.

Hello,

I applied for my NIN in November didn't get it after sending photocopies of the documents through post as requested, waited for 16 weeks it didn't come, so I applied again, nothing like post again.
I was even planning to send the documents though didn't see a mail like the first which requested for the documents.
Anyways, I reapplied again and got it under 5 working days

I have not obtain the number neither will i get the card.

Its really bothering me. I have tried calling DWP but they keep saying they are not the one incharge of issuance if NI

Its getting so stressful daily.

Part of the visa requirements is that you are not allowed to do business, check I may be wrong, these are some of the things UKVI check before they give you post visa, so check well please. I know you can do cash at at hand but you cant trust everyone to keep you safe or not throw you under the bus or report you to the authorities.
Do your research sha

With your 20 hr / week work, (£9 to £12/ hr min wage) if you are lucky you can get higher than £12 but rare. Do the math for a month.
Can it pay your tuition balance?
Can it even feed and maintain you adequately?

Now to your side hustle, you need something to survive on till you are well known with it

Who would your customers be - the British people or fellow students? If British people, you already contravening the 20 hr rule and You need tools to work with and also set up shop

The key to surviving with your side hustles is having someone on ground in the UK who would stand n cover up for you.

I have someone, who works dispatch 10 -12 hours a day (rush hour usually @ night). He got loaned fund to buy the dispatch vehicle (he already paid back) . Because he works directly under this person (who has been in d hustle a long time) 0 hr counted for him yet he does more than 3 x

I am a social work student, we did a course on child law and we were taught that children from age 12 can be left briefly with the younger siblings, I don't know how long the time is I think for few hours, you can check young carer under the children act 1989 ( that's the act social workers currently use)

We were told that you can enroll the young child under the younger carer program. Do your research, I think your 13 year old is legible and can take care if the younger ones, I didn't ask where but I know it's the local authority that will help you sign up for the younger carer program.
This may put you under the Local Authority radar because your child they will carry out a needs assessment on your child. This program covers parents with some disability but we did a case study on a child who was 12 and she was allowed to be a young carer so the mother can do some work, so it depends on your Local Authority discretion

Good topic.

Let me book my space now. Can't wait to explore this topic. My first question is , can a 13 year old boy stay with the younger ones at home after school while the parents go on to hustle? Is it an offence?

Awaiting answers to this as I do no not want the Social workers remembering me

Igbamatigbi Thanks for the reply, it's not the SIM that's the issue but the phone that I need, is it advisable to buy phone and spread payment or save and buy the phone. Thanks.

Good evening, please I need advice.

I want to buy a new phone cos mine does not have space for more apps. Am in UK. I approached EE and was given an offer of credit and spread payment in 24 months with a increase in interest rate at a point.

Or do I save up and just buy or phone or go for it to build credit score?

Are they places I can buy phone and spread payment without subscribing to a mobile network because I have Vodafone and Giffgaff already.

Thanks

Sorry about the refusal. Your wife's application was 10th September and your application was in October that's about one month plus in between application. From what date to what date did they ask for her statement again?

Apply for administrative review God will help you. It is well.

From my understanding, they will pay for 2 years if the number of months from the month you apply for them till when your visa expire is above 18 months.

Sorry about that.

Did you get a mail before receiving your passport?

quote author=ybahrbz91 post=106311864]Good Afternoon Everyone.

Thanks for all you do on this page.
I just received a mail on my Visa Refusal.

The reason for refusal was because company's statement of account does not carry my sponsorship name.

I submitted my Dad's company statement of account and a supporting letter from the bank indicating he his the sole signatory to the account.

I would like to apply for an administrative review. What are the likely supporting evidence i should submit along with it.

Thank you for your response.
And if one is refused visa do you get the mail before the passport?

This wait is not easy at all.

Did the bank notify you that UKVI had reached out to them?

quote author=cedar3 post=106189648]
I'm sorry but that's not totally true. Presently, NEVER YOU TOUCH YOUR FUNDS TILL YOU'VE GOTTEN YOUR VISA, or YOU'RE SURE UKVI HAS VERIFIED YOUR ACCT, whichever one is earlier. That is if you love yourself and value all the time and money spent. It happened to me personally, I think it's just chance that made me see it. I got a NSFM 3days after my application, reason was that the bank statement I uploaded wasn't clear and I was asked to reupload another one which I did. Next day, I got the email attached below, obviously in error cos it was intended for the bank, not me. When I replied the email, they apologized and promptly sent it to the bank. Read my story below.
