FastShipping: Ah! This man deserves to be trounced. How can someone boast of creating 5,400 jobs when there are over 27 Million jobless graduates who have no job or underemployed? Obama has been creating between 230,000-380,000 jobs per month since 2011 summer and many people still think that is not enough and this man is proudly boasting about creating 5,400 jobs in six years. Nigerians never had it this bad before. This is act of cluelessness, wickedness and stupidity.

rusher14: Technically you are wrong.
Stating in his affidavit that his documents were with the military board and the military in their rush to ridicule one of theirs made the terrible mistake of admitting that they had a 'document' from his principal recommending him for military service.
This actually can no longer be perjury as indeed the military board do at least have a document of his school attendance. Remember school certificate or its equivalent is -
(a) a Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent, or Grade II Teacher’s Certificate, the City and Guilds Certificate; or
(b) education up to Secondary School Certificate level; or
(c) Primary Six School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent and -
(i) service in the public or private sector in the Federation in any capacity acceptable to the Independent National Electoral Commission for a minimum of ten years, and
(ii) attendance at courses and training in such institutions as may be acceptable to the Independent National Electoral Commission for periods totalling up to a minimum of one year, and
(iii) the ability to read, write, understand and communicate in the English language to the satisfaction of the Independent National Electoral Commission, and
(d) any other qualification acceptable by the Independent National Electoral Commission; You just too ridiculous with this your argument. What are you defending? That your supposed presidential candidate doesn't have a schl cert though, but have its equivalent? Here in the South, it is ridiculous enough to say you only have a schl cert where graduates are assembled. The most you cud get with that is to work as a cleaner, tea boy, office or assistant. Tell Buhari to go back to schl, it is not too late. |

Aribisala & co should just stop their campaign of calumny because ppl are more wiser & the only thing they are yelling for is CHANGE which is inevitable. Disqualify The Super-Clueless Buhari for perjury. Sack Jega for being politically fraudulent. Sanusi became insubordinate and he got served. Which of these do you find difficult to understand? |

The second who was Aliko Dangote said: "I'm the richest man in Africa and I'm too young to die". So he took the second parachute and left. The third was MUHAMMADU BUHARI and he said: " I'm an APC flag bearer so I can't die now, I need to win JONAH ". So he took one and left. Then it was left with JONATHAN and a little school girl. JONATHAN said to the little girl" take the last one, I'll sacrifice my life for you". The little girl replied no need for that "there are two parachutes left. JONATHAN asked her: "How come?" The little girl replied: Buhari took my school bag" thinking it was a parachute. Yeah, that is the man APC has to offer Nigeria for the topmost job. |

msmon: Former Minister of Information and Communications, Mr. Labaran Maku, on Tuesday in Abuja said he never accused President Goodluck Jonathan of being a sponsor of violent sect, Boko Haram.
He also stated that more than 60 villages in Nasarawa State had been destroyed because of social and political unrest.
Speaking with journalists, Maku, who is also the Nasarawa State governorship candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance, said reports in the social media linking him with accusing the President of being a mastermind of Boko Haram insurgency, were the handiwork of Jonathan’s enemies, who want to pull the President down.
He said the unnamed enemies had decided to use him (Maku) due to his profile and closeness to the President.
According to him, despite himself and his campaign organisation refuting such claims for over two weeks, “the enemies of President Jonathan have continued to tell lies with a view to putting me and the President in bad light.”
Maku said, “There are desperate plans to slander the President by his opponents. About two weeks ago, I saw on the social media an image quoting me to have accused Jonathan of sponsoring Boko Haram.
But my campaign organisation dismissed the report; yet they continued their mischievous fiction. “We continued to deny it. But I was also quoted as saying that Jonathan was behind the attacks in my state. They were looking for someone who is close to the President for people to believe. The opponents of the President are doing this to pit me against him. I find this report very reprehensible, very unprofessional and mischievous.
“It is absolute desperation by enemies of the President to pull him down using my name. My position on violence in this country has been very consistent. Terror attacks have been a mix of religion and politics. Terrorism has become an international phenomenon.
“Some people are using terrorism to turn the public against Jonathan and discredit him. Terrorism follows the theory of guerrilla warfare. Because terrorists do not carry uniform, they operate everywhere,”
The ex-minister said he was campaigning for Jonathan because he considered the President’s election higher than his own and also because Jonathan was the adopted candidate of APGA.
Maku said, “I come from Nasarawa State where terrorism is also serious through attacks in villages. More than 60 villages in Nasarawa State have been destroyed because of social and political reasons. I want to make it clear that at no point in my life have I linked the President with terrorism. I worked for my conscience and I cannot betray a government I served for six years. I believe in Jonathan, who has made the economy strong in the midst of war.
“Opponents have the right to attack the President but we must approach this campaign with all sense of decency as there is a limit to propaganda. We should know that there is still God in all we do. This insinuation that because I am in APGA and have turned against him is not true. He is still my candidate, despite my being in APGA. I am leading his campaign.
“Those who are doing this should remove the name of Labaran Maku. We must not take the President for granted because one day, we will remember him.”
www.punchng.com/news/maku-denies-calling-jonathan-a-boko-harams-sponsor/ When I read it the first time, I was not perturbed cos I know a counter thread will soon surface. Alas! I am vindicated. APC and propaganda are like Engine and fuel. But for how long will this continue? Anyway, let them go to hell. GEJ till 2019. |

Politics › Some Youth Arrested Buying Pvcs In Sokoto by igbeke(op): 7:34pm On Feb 06, 2015 |
Some young men were on Wednesday arrested over suspicion of buying Permanent Voters Cards, PVC, in Tambuwal Local Government Area of Sokoto State. A source in the town, who declined to be named for security reasons, informed PREMIUM TIMES that residents of Tambuwal town apprehended Abdu Dankuturu, Amo Masaurari, Dantonka Maikada, Kabiru Modibbo, Dantani Hulkwui and Danbala Gyarge after they were seen buying PVs from some housewives. “They were paying N2, 000 for each PVC and about 400 cards were found on them upon arrest,” he said. He also said the arrested youth were handed over to the Divisional Police headquarters in the town. He added that the Police had in turn transferred them to the State Criminal Investigation Department, CID, in Sokoto, the state capital for further action. The source said all those arrested were known members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state. Incidence of PVC buying has heightened in the build up to the general elections billed for February 14 and 28. The two major parties, PDP and APC have been accusing each other of buying and hoarding the cards in areas they don’t have adequate support in order to deny each other requisite votes. The ruling APC in Edo recently accused the PDP of buying PVCs at N5, 000 per copy from its supporters. The PDP on the other hand in Abia state accused the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA of buying and cloning PVCs in the state. The APC in Ekiti state had also last week accused Governor Ayo Fayose of the PDP of buying PVCs from students in his state. In Ogun state, the campaign office of Governor Ibikunle Amosun had also recently raised the alarm that opposition politicians are buying PVCs from his supporters. When contacted Thursday, the spokesperson of the police in Sokoto, El-Mustapha Sani said he was not aware of the arrest of the youth in Tambuwal. He promised to get in touch with relevant officials and get back to PREMIUM TIMES www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/nwest/176326-youth-arrested-buying-pvcs-sokoto.html |
