He is free to pick any portion of the write up and use it as his own topic head on here unless the rule says otherwise but how can it be so when we create thread out of a purported interview on radio that doesn't have a substantiatable source . BTW, the source's choice of topic head is an individual opinion and shouldn't be enforced on another.
