FamilyRe: How To Maintain Two Homes With 80k by Igwe9(m): 8:23pm On Jun 03, 2010
Hmm, you can start by searching for jobs openings in Lagos or its environs, or better still, apply for redeployment if your office has a branch in Lagos.
FamilyRe: My Wedding Date Is Fixed, But I Have Just N100,000. by Igwe9(m): 7:53pm On Jun 02, 2010
@ Poster,
Go ahead with your wedding, nothing do you,
The basic thing in wedding is the exchange of marital vows, entertainments and others should not torment you, rather you'd be the one to cut your dress according to your cloth.

the whole wedding thing is over hyped winkso tell me smiley ''like what you'll till to get what you like?'' undecided

Should A Guy Propose Before We Introduce Him To Mum & Dad?
It depends on what or who you'd tell your parents he is to you.

FamilyRe: Would You Marry Your Best Friend's Widow? by Igwe9(m): 12:11pm On May 26, 2010
it's not an abomination, but its a decision one would live to regret, people around you would see your happiness as a planned deal while if twas your trial times, it would be seen as a curse by the late husband. undecided
FamilyRe: What Makes People To Steal? by Igwe9(m): 11:57am On May 26, 2010
People steal for lack of ''moral value, conscience and fear of God''.
When moral value is for the youths, conscience for the born criminals, then fear of God goes for the opportunist politicians, businesspersons and some of the public servants through one way or the other.
sad

RomanceRe: Respect Your Marriage by Igwe9(m): 8:32pm On May 25, 2010
xxcarolxx:
Im not saying all married men are cheats. But i have been hit on by two married men within a month. Today this same guy came into the shop asking me out, asking for my phone no saying he wants to date me. Meanwhile he is wearing a wedding ring. I do not know if his wife is here in this country or in 9ja. But told him there is no way i will ever date him. I just feel sorry for his wife as this guy will have an affair, with some girl who wont care about the ring on his finger. So please have respect for the vows you took at the altar. Its not just you wife you cheat on but your kids as well.
You're lucky that the man had his ring on, how would you have known if he ''the man'' had had it removed. Methinks there's still hope for the wife to the man that approached you with his ring on smiley wink

FamilyRe: I Love Her But Should I Break Up With Her? by Igwe9(m): 4:49pm On May 23, 2010
Not too sure you are telling us the truth about the figure, but to me; that really does not matter.
I'd advise you give the relationship a rethink or extra time to know each other better.
Had you guys been living in a fool's paradise all these while that you failed to notice each other's inadequates and excesses? huh
FamilyRe: Why Do Poor People Have So Many Kids by Igwe9(m): 10:14pm On May 22, 2010
They believe that their relatives would help to train them, or at worst condition would do apprentice or serve oga( as in business wise), or better still the daughters would grow up one day to get married to the rich men.

like someone else had pointed out, could be for the search for the male child and another being idle brain with greediness.
another reason could be family background, some people, 'cos they are the only child in their families, they felt they could make up for their loneliness by producing so many kids. cool

@Aqva
in as much as value your kindness towards this fellow, I beg to differ, this thread was created by menek, not for job seekers, and no other should take advantage of his lapses,you know?

i'm sure your so called intelligent Engr is one of those criticising and tongue lashing this guy on this thread to limit his chances . . . . . but hey, whatever one gets at the detriment of the another will never live to see the light of tomorrow.
what goes around comes around;
and @ odereghi, you have his number here, call him and find out, if the number is not available, you call again. stop being a nuisance sad.
I see, some people are beginning to take advantage of his ordeal.
cool

oh, you guys want his phone number on here cheesy if i were him i wouldn't post it either, all these are enough to scare the hell out of him. imagine receiving phone calls and emails  from these interrogator wannabes shocked  grin
In as much i do not know who the poster is or  his story being real. I'm still of the opinion that people in situation, like he narrated here deserve our sympathy

Gaggi:
You sound childish missy. You don't need to slander nobody here.
Expect that people will be skeptical and want to be sure of what they are getting into.

Someone wants to get him a good job another wants to send 5k weekly and the recipient is nonchalant. Na wa o.
Mr poster send your cv as was suggested. Telling Seun to verify is BS. Sending an NYSC number is greater BS. Which NYSC starts like that sef?
if you don't know what to say, pls say nothing. seun was asked to verify the IP address not the NYSC number. even if you want to catch a thief , you'd do it intelligently.
people willing to help are no fools, so read and make your observations fairly, i.e without being biased.
@Scooby1
i don't support putting phone no up here . you can ask him via his e-mail address.

FamilyRe: My Greatest Challenge As An Orphan by Igwe9(m): 8:27pm On May 21, 2010
@odereghi
The only reason you won't do that is because we are on the internet, else how could you call us fraudsters just because we showed sympathy to a fellow whose story is touching. i wouldn't call you names either as I have nothing to gain by so doing.

it is now clear to me that all those who are sympathizing with the poster over his incredible cork and bull story collaborated with him and fabricated this calculated ideology just to receive cash and other relieve materials from nairalanders and thereafter; share it among themselves.

but let me sound a note of warning here; the consequences of this planned story will be devastating when the trumpet finally sounds- all those involve must be ready to dance to the tone of the music.

the poster made mentioned that he is from Rivers state. I am also from Rivers state, currently living and working there. Let the poster tell us which part of the State he comes from, where all these things took place in Rivers state, where he lives in Rivers state. Thereafter, i will find out and report back to nairalanders.

But he has refused to do this.
hey, if i were you i would take back that bolded portion of that post sad

alright guys, we can't simply because we had experienced this kinda situation before without anybody coming to our aids ignore the facts that it takes a lot of courage to beg for arms

For those giving tight conditions, let us not complicate his situation the more.

The bottom line is that he needs a job and he will surely get it pretty soon. I wish i could help him with one now, and for those of you saying all sort of rubbish, if you don't have anything to say, say nothing.

God bless y'all
