because of the economy, many businesses run on slim profit margin. They can't help but to underpay. The economy and business environment is partly why most companies underpay.

There should be one guy that delivers to another guy that is also very lost who in turn delivers to the client,and different people keep meeting the guys that deliver to clients daily,so there is no one to tell you where the product is coming from,because yes,you are all confused.If you don't confuse them and use same people always,it is very easy for them to connive and steal or maybe redirect your client(s) to other sources,so yes,leave them confused.That's one thing you should be very good at,confusing people and leaving them lost!!
3) Don't relax!!All big clients(fear people with money,they have a lot of options.All they need is to know what you know and then Bleep you over) should be served by you and you only,small clients can be served by others because they wouldn't fight through all that confusion just to win those small people whose survival is at your mercy because they don't have money,
So if at all they succeed to bypass your firewall,where them want see money to use run deal with your conniving ass employee huh?
When you are chasing them like a hawk to make sure they pay old debt very fast and collect more credit so as to remove purchasing power they will use to patronise your competition from their hands.

all these middlemen thing can only work for small deals, deals you can carry on your hands and it doesn't worth the stress. Imagine when you have to lift goods in tonnes to supply, will come on the road and swap trucks? For me, what I do with one of my client is to offload on Sunday when the boss and workers are not around, only the security. He doesn't get to meet the driver. I hand in my receipt and not that of my supplier.

Cheating is inevitable bcoz the employers also contribute. You will see someone raking money in tune of millions per month but paying his or her office assistant 40k. Is that not wickedness?

It also depends on how many other staff the employer is paying and what he is paying them too.

Unfortunately, my thoughts about this staff thing differs a bit. Many times, I feel people cheat because they are not paid their worth. An employee who is paid at least his/her worth wouldn't jeopardize their job.

That said, you know how best to handle your situation and should you hire more middleman going by SeaTrade's position, you are going to increase your overhead cost and might not impact your profit as much as you desire.

Lastly, it is not fair how you talked about the single lady. There is no need shaming her for not being married. You have issues with her and you think that is her challenge however, while you could be right, you might not be as well.

What employee worth is relative to what the business makes. This is the part employees don't understand. The will see you spending millions to buy materials for business or receiving millions in payment. They don't understand that the very greater part of millions they see is your capital. They think every money you have at hand is money you made out of the business, hence they get greedy and demand for large pay.

When i read comments, I avoid making suggestions else you will be tagged an accomplice or even the scammer. ..but at this point I want to say something. If the person in the second picture is sure he is innocent and knows nothing about Kabiru's scam activities, he should consult a lawyer and pursue a defamation case. why will someone earn that or less for a full time job in a month? Labourers in my area earn #2000 per day. On the average they can work for three days in a week. An amateur welder in my village makes more than 5k every week. He should drop his certificate and go learn a skill or trade!
