Career / Re: Male Boss Vs Female Boss: Who Is Easier To Work With? by iHustle(m): 11:47pm On Mar 10, 2021
Climbing the career ladder demands the embodiment and utilization of more masculine traits than feminine traits. Only very few women can do this without sacrificing their feminity.

For the majority of women who cannot maintain a balance, as they rise in their careers, they become more masculine and lose their precious feminity in the process. And because they weren't wired to be men, they become bad versions of men and poor versions of women at the same time. It is this kind of women that turn out to be bad bosses.

Since they outnumber the exceptional female bosses (the ones who can balance masculinity and feminity), it is not surprising that so many people have had bitter experiences with female bosses.

On the other hand, owing to their biology, men find it easier to be effective leaders.

I've observed these phenomena with an open mind, and I've seen it play out over and over again.

Hello I recently got the Aussy, 189 PR visa. I stay and work in Lagos earning 550k a month. Is this a good time to leave all and move to Aussy. I am a software developer in Lagos.

Also, I have a wife and infant son.

Thanks for your advice..

Forget that salary that you think is big. Leave Nigeria while you can. This move will favour you and your family.

Irresponsible statement.
You are not a doctor and should stay away from medical advice.
That is how Trump killed some Americans with his stupid chloroquine advice.

BTW, vitamin C can induce diarrhea, so get yourself some pampers before

What is irresponsible about the Makinde's statement?

It's because the currency of women in the marriage/sex market is beauty and youth; whereas the currency of men in the same market is money and power.

Congratulations. This is great news! PNP nomination in this era of high crs scores is gold! Wish you speedy processing and PPR.

Dear LadyMarshall,

Hope this meets you well.

Alberta sent me a Notification of Interest for their Provincial Nominee Program and I am currently filling the forms. I am not sure what answer to provide in some of the IRCC forms. Kindly help me answer the following questions.

1) In the 'APPLICATION DETAILS' section of the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008), what should I state as the category under which I am applying, Skilled Worker or Provincial Nominee? Please note that I have not yet been nominated by any province.

2) In the 'PERSONAL DETAILS' section of the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008), the 'UCI' field can only take 10 characters, but my UCI (CANxxxxxxxxxxxx) has 15 characters. Which characters should I include in the form?

3) I am required to fill form IMM 0008 Schedule 4: Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees, and one of the questions is "which provincial government has nominated you?" Given that I have no nomination yet, what should be my response?

Thank you in anticipation of your response.

Best regards.

I wonder why we Nigerians act dumb & silly most times, we will see solutions to our problem yet we will prevaricate, waste precious time & hope to wake up & see everything working perfectly, even without making effort! Avengers have tabled their demand & also their threat, we thought we could subdue them, now its obvious that we are fighting a lost battle, is it not best we implement true fiscal federalism now & have the oil states pay royalties to the centre rather than loose all? A STITCH IN TIME SAVES NINE!!!

Buhari has ear problem. He wouldn't listen.

FG self dey Bleep up self. You claim cease fire, but they ain't ceasing any fire along, why not treat them as terrorist they RE.
No group should be capable of holding a nation at ransom.

Forget the noise coming from the west they never meant well for this country

Some will us 45 min to read all the questions and solve them in his mind before writing and eventually finish
Buhari has four years, judge him after that

It is very hard to make 2:1 or 1st class if you have a CGPA of 0.5 in your first year.

Go and read about Equatorial Guinea.

BTW, Nigeria's total oil reserves (heavy and light oil) is put at about 76 billion barrels; Ondo state alone owns roughly 40 billion barrels of those.

You will argue still, because getting facts across to 'sincerely ignorant' people is like baptizing a cat.

Light oil is cheaper to produce and more valuable than heavy oil. You go and read about Venezuela.

See painment.

You want to fund Kano - Lagos railway but the one to benefit Niger Delta disappeared from the budget.

You created a North East development commission but intend to underfund NDDC.

You're buying hybrid grass for cattle, creating Grazing ways and ranches but what to under fund the amnesty programs.

Every day you keep harassing their leaders with DSS and EFCC as though it is only in the South Jonathan campaigned.

You divisible called them 5% without no apology thinking it was in the 60s you killed and maim them because of oyel control.

Your fellow herdsmen kill and maim their people and instead of taking action you stupidly tell them it's forces from Libya. So you've intels but refuse to act?

With all of this, the Niger Delta man do not need any pity party from you or your lot.

For once let the IGR from Kano and Lagos plus agricultural inputs fund Nigeria budget.

May your days be long.

The North and SW are only interested in the free oil money. Have you asked yourself why oil and gas facilities are more important than victims of Fulani massacres? You think there will be "One Nigeria" if it's the North that has the oil?

The North is strongly united because they are 97% Moslems. But it is very difficult for the south to unite because South is 60% Christians and 40 % Moslems. So the Yoruba Moslems will always unite with their brothers in the North and frustrate any attempt the South is making towards unity. Yoruba Moslems are the stumbling block of the South's unity and their masters in the North will always exploit this to their advantage

That's your opinion. And it's not backed with authentic data.
