If the executive and national assembly is controlled by one person; (Maman Daura or Jegaban Bullion-Van) this individual will become a supreme power.

If they succeed (most likely will) in putting their slaves as leaders in the National Assembly, they will make all sort of laws that will make it difficult for the opposition to function.
