It's a tough case. I think in this case the plaintiff went out their way to say they were going to discriminate against LGBTQ. In most cases people find other ways. In fact as I was reading it seems the plaintiff didn't even have a LGBTQ client at that time. Normally the cars come in, drive around the water fountain about 200 yards to the house, lets people out, then they head to the back to get washed and cleaned and put away. If a car is needed relatively soon, it sits out in that corner so that the police detail can roll their truck out first, then the car rolls around the fountain up to the house and picks people up and so it is then behind the police truck (whatever they call it) and then another police truck falls in behind it. And off we go. Something like the pic below. I promise you, you want to let this go.

Big Deal rulings. This last opinion I think was the biggest deal of them all. I want to give them credit but I think the rulings show how bat-shit crazy the Right has become. The argument that somehow the US constitution would allow a state legislature to decide how elections are run without Constitutional review by the State Court is asinine. The point of the State Court is to review whether State laws are Constitutional. Important ruling in as far as some crazy people(judges) allowed a nutty fringe theory to reach the Supreme Court.

You didn't read the DOJ OIG report and still haven't read it. Because what I posted was from Horowitz's office who was quoting the DOJ OIG report. Also, if you read the letter from the Intelligence IG's letter, you would have known they referred the matter to the Justice Department/FBI (most likely the counter intelligence unit). And the first investigative step the Justice Department/FBI would do would be to verify if the emails had actual classified material in them to determine if anything/anyone was compromised. Because that's their job. So Comey's team would have a better say as to what was or wasn't actually classified in the emails. And the OIG went through everything Comey did.

Exactly. Laws are specifically written by lawyers where every ("Or", "And" and "comma" is important). The elements are like puzzle pieces, if they match, it means your guilty. This is one of the charges Trump has been charged with for counts 1-31 (I Believe). He basically admitted all of the elements already on his recent Fox News interview. No need to be nebulous on the charges when you can just look to the language. The key here has been his willfulness/intent. Which sets Trump apart from Biden and Pence. This post. You should have left the forum years back, instead you seem to have lost your way. Your argument seems to be "this road I'm supposed to walk is hard so I'm going to create my own easier road." Again that's the antithesis of the faith you supposedly subscribe and wield to beat others down with.

And the only reason I bring up faith, well besides the fact you seem to talk about it a lot, is that it's what animates my views on social justice, views on loving my neighbors.. my politics. I grew up in the Church. And people like you denigrate it.
