benalvino3:You want to chastise and judge people who don't claim to be Christians on the tenants that you supposedly hold. Yet, you, who say you are, who supposedly follow those tenants and should know what they mean come on this thread and act the foolish troll while repudiating those tenants. Which situation is worse? And by the way, you should go and look up what a minstrel show is. What you do on this forum more closely resembles one. You seem to use a lot of words incorrectly. Maybe actually reading a dictionary instead of mocking those who do would help. |
benalvino3:Truthfully I don't think you understand Christianity enough to critique as to how the Democratic party aligns with it. You seem to be taking the Christ and everything he preached out of Christianity. And seem to have reduced the faith into a few versus(misinterpreted) from the Old Testament as most Republicans seem to do. Look at your trollish presence on this forum and the filth that you align yourself with and allow to influence the faith you claim you have instead of the other way around. You seem like you're lost in the wilderness. |
benalvino3:The tenets of faith and whether we follow them shouldn't be influenced by what other people's intents are. Jesus/Christ was literally betrayed by his disciple, knew he was going to die because of it and still forgave him. That this made sense in your head is the curious thing here. No wonder why you can't even begin to understand the Democratic party's positions and policies which I believe are closely aligned to what Jesus preached. |
benalvino3:So, can you be something if you choose not to follow the tenets of the thing you say you are? I'm not going to give you a sermon on what it is or isn't to be a Christian. But you and I both know that what you wrote above is antithetical to that. But keep fooling yourself and those who you think you can fool. John 13:34-35 New International Version 34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” |
benalvino3:It's Sunday. At least pretend to be this Christian you talk so much about today. You were prescient years back when you thought this forum was a destructive force for you. But instead of leaving the forum as you said you would, you seem to have left your faith. |
benalvino3:It it me or is Benalvino3 sounding more and more incoherent? This post is barely readable let alone logical. It sounds like he is devolving intellectually and that he is having a hard time connecting basic concepts. Someone who knows him and who cares about him should do a wellness check. |
And this thread. Look at all these posts by benavino3 and cohorts. Mental illness seems to be rampant in Nigeria. Holy shit. |
Where are all the Putin is smart, better leader, fan people. This is going down in History as the poorest strategic decision ever made by any World Leader. Putin brought his Country to the precipice of civil war all by himself in 1 year. We are watching history. Who would have thunk that bravado and propaganda isn't a way to run a country. |
feedthenation:You and Obrigado were prescient. |
Bahahahahahahah. Where are all the Russian trolls now? What happened to "the Western Media was lying about the reasons Russia really went to war". Or the US was lying the Russian war wasn't going well.. Bwahahahhahaha |
But I came here to laugh at all the people talking about "Western Media lying about Russia". How is that working out for you today? |
BraniacX:It's peculiar. Education is a big deal in my family and my circles. I would read the dictionary as a kid to even study for the SAT. And I couldn't imagine anyone in my circle making a joke about someone using a dictionary. It's this anti-intellectualism of the Republican Party, where someone like DeSantis won't even say he went to Harvard and Yale. He'll say he schooled in the Northeast. It's also this lack of shame Benalvino3 and his cohorts on this forum have. I'd be embarrassed to admit I didn't understand the words you used. Or even getting caught lying they way he does. But shamelessness seems to be a value to them. Lastly we live in the age of Google. There should be no reason anybody should be peddling misinformation or be this uninformed. If anyone wants to know why Hunter Biden and Wesley Snipes cases are different. Google the shit. Wesley Snipes wouldn't pay his taxes (23 million) and made up some BS reasons why he didn't have to, Hunter Biden paid ALL his back taxes(200,000). Apples and Oranges. What is similar is that the same empty heads on this forum fall for the same Right Wing divisive race BS. Black man got time, white man didn't. Blah Blah Blah. Expecting all black people to be as stupid and intellectually uncurious as Benalvino3. |
BraniacX:Lol. My fault. Lol. It was draining. To my credit I was waiting for a delayed plane then on a plane. But the time would have better spent taking a nap. |
basilico:I can respect that fact that you aren't too crazy that you accepted the facts and moved on to your equally nutty catch-all position that the during the TRUMP administration the IG's office covered up the Clinton investigation. Let's see how long Benvalino3 takes to accept the facts. Well, I guess not much changes, you're still a nut. |
benalvino3:Comey was wrong. Comey admitted he was wrong. The IG investigation into the investigation found he was wrong. Here is the timeline: A- Comey makes comments above saying Clinton had 3 classified documents B- Comey corrects his statement saying though the emails had "c" in them they didn't have classified headers. So no-one would have known they were classified. C- The IG investigation further said that "c" meant confidential not classified. And further went on to say Clinton had no classified documents. The IG investigation is the definitive account of what happened. Just like the alphabet what happened in C came after what happened in B and C. But for some reason you and your ilk keep repeating and reposting A as if time stood still after that. |
benalvino3:Warning : Reading Benvalino3's post above may cause, sudden confusion, headaches, dizziness, loss of brain cells, and a drop in IQ. The information in this post is just as informative as asking a crack head when he is high what he thinks about astrophysics. If you are interested in what happened in the Hilary Case and Comey's involvement read the DOJ IG's (the independent Inspector General) office report of their investigation into the Hilary investigation and Comey's actions (press conferences and Congressional testimony). It was started and finished during the Trump Presidency. The investigation found Clinton had no classified documents in her emails (Comey's comments and testimony were wrong), Comey's conduct (commenting on Hilary Clinton) was inappropriate but his conclusion on not charging Clinton was correct as she not only didn't have classified documents but had no intent to take them. The Executive Summary of the report is a good read and should be sufficient. https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/4515893/Justice-Dept-IG-report-on-handling-of-Clinton.pdf |

benalvino3:Holy shit. You might as well just wrote GOOBLYGOOK over and over and over. It would have made more sense than what you wrote. I really wonder what someone like you with such a low ability to process information could possible do for a living. I'm going to place this warning label on any post you post about Hilary Clinton from now. Warning: Reading Benvalino3's post above may cause, sudden confusion, headaches, dizziness, loss of brain cells, and a drop in IQ. benalvino3:Holy Shit. Did you just write that? This is 18 U.S.C. §§ 793(d) which she was investigated for Whoever, lawfully having possession of, access to, control over, or being entrusted with any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it on demand to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it; orYou see that bolded willfully in that statute. That is intent. Not accidentally, but willfully or with intent. Mens Rea. Holy Shit. How do you tell someone you have 0 idea about US law with out saying it? The statement you wrote above. Do you even understand what an element of a crime is? Holy Shit. You spend your life on this forum talking about Hilary Clinton yet have 0 clue what she was investigated for. No wonder why you don't understand why there is no double standard (beyond not understanding the meaning of the word) between Hillary and Trump. Besides the fact that Hilary didn't have classified documents, there was no intent (there was no willfulness). That is the reason Pence and Biden(most likely) won't be prosecuted for having top secret documents. It's because once trump knew he had them and then didn't return them, he had an "intent" to keep them. His actions became willful. And intent is what this crime hinges on, in fact what a lot of US law hinges on. But back to the elements of a crime and your example you seem not to understand. A crime can have multiple elements(I'll use 2 for an example). Such that { "Element 1" AND "Element 2" = "The Crime"} (That AND is a logical AND for your feeble mind). So if "Element 1 = Have top secret documents" and "Element 2 = Willfulness (Intent)". If either of those conditions aren't met there is no crime. So when someone says, "She had no intent to steal classified items", it's legal speak, which means Element 2 is false and so there is no Crime. In this case we also know she didn't have classified documents either. So Element 1 would be false as well and there would be no crime even if she did have an "intent to retain classified items" which she didn't. That is how US law works. Why prosecutors are so careful what they bring to trial because in trial they have to prove each element which the Judge will instruct the jury on. Holy shit though. I assume people are as capable of processing information as I am. You're not. For whatever reason you seem to have an inability to process these basic concepts. And on top of that you're intellectual uncurious and intellectual dishonest. But, you keep posting shit in this forum you have 0 idea about. Anybody reading what you post will come out dumber for it. You are literally the Fox News of this thread. What makes it worse is that someone liked this LITERAL nonsense you posted. |
benalvino3:Yes, you can call me that Rich Ass Harvard Educated Nigga. This is what I wrote "Clinton had no intent to keep/hide classified documents" If I wrote, if I had no intent to kill you, does that mean I killed you? This shit isn't even college level inferences. Maybe if you studied more, you too could be a Harvard Nigga instead of some dumbass who consistently gets owned and has to lie about being in the US to make yourself feel more important than you are. |
benalvino3:This is the stupidity of yours I am speaking of. You keep posting videos and links you don't understand. Comey was wrong here. Don't ask me ask Comey and the IG investigation which I gave you. He later clarified he was wrong. I gave you a link to the Department of Justice's own IG investigation conducted after Comey gave this interview. It is the definitive rehashing of what occurred. You choose to not read it and when you are wrong you and your slowpoke lying friend do what you do well. Fall back to your racist trolling. Tell me what your Bible would say about this racist troll you are and consorting with the loser that you do? As I said better to not argue with people smarter than you. Your posts literally drop the IQ of this thread. Facts are not your friends. Bombast doesn't make you right nor smart. -None of the emails contained clear classification markings as required under Executive Order 13526 and its predecessor. Only three email chains contained any classification markings of any kind. These email chains had one or two paragraphs that were marked “(C)” for “Confidential” but contained none of the other required markings, such as classification headers https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/4515893/Justice-Dept-IG-report-on-handling-of-Clinton.pdf After all this time and misreporting in the media, once again we need a reminder that, in fact, the FBI found that not one of Hillary Clinton’s 33,000 emails they reviewed contained any recognizable classified information marking. https://thehill.com/opinion/3836347-davis-time-to-correct-the-record-again-hillary-clinton-did-not-have-a-single-email-marked-classified/ At a Congressional hearing Thursday morning, however, Comey admitted that the three emails to which he was referring were not, in fact, properly marked as classified, and that even a person with reasonable expertise in identifying classified material could make the “reasonable inference” that these emails were not classified: https://www.mediaite.com/online/fbi-director-admits-hillary-clinton-emails-were-not-properly-marked-classified/ |
benalvino3:This is an asinine post. (All the quotes below are form the IG's (DOJ Inspector General) Report on the Handling of the Clinton Case. If you haven't read it, read the executive summary. Probably a better use of your time than repeatedly posting racist nonsense here. https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/4515893/Justice-Dept-IG-report-on-handling-of-Clinton.pdf1.) The DOJ either indicts or declines to indict after an investigation. Declining to indict doesn't mean any criminality occurred. And when they do decline to indict they don't give reasons. In fact Comey broke policy and was criticized for giving that press conference and speaking about Clinton's uncharged conduct. We concluded that Comey’s unilateral announcement was inconsistent with Department policy and violated long-standing Department practice and protocol by, among other things, criticizing Clinton’s uncharged conduct. We also found that Comey usurped the authority of the Attorney General, and inadequately and incompletely described the legal position of Department prosecutors.2.)Again, you seem to use words you really don't understand. Google the definition of "double standard". A double standard needs two similar things with different reactions/outcomes. i.e Hunter Biden getting 2 misdemeanors for not paying 200k in taxes while Roger Stone getting nothing for not paying 2 million in back taxes. 3.) Again, you tend to post articles/clips that you either didn't watch/read or don't understand. Comey's clip should explain why Clinton was not charged and Trump was. Some of it has to do with a thing called mens rea(guilty mind) or intent. Clinton had no intent to keep/hide classified documents yet Trump did (as he admitted in his most recent interview). Here are the charges she could have been indicted for. Read them and explain to me which one she should have been charged with and then explain why you disagree with the Inspector Generals conclusions on it. We found that the prosecutors considered five federal statutes:https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/4515893/Justice-Dept-IG-report-on-handling-of-Clinton.pdf 4.) And again, you seem to pull out the same debunked claims no matter how many times you are fact checked. Hilary Clinton had no Classified documents on her server. This isn't me saying this, this is Comey and the Inspector General's report saying this. As summarized below, the Midyear prosecutors concluded that there was not a basis to prosecute former Secretary Clinton, her senior aides, or others under any of these statutes. The prosecutors cited the following factual conclusions from the investigation as critical to its recommendation not to prosecute:You really shouldn't argue with people smarter than you. |
IMAliyu2:I generally agree with what you wrote. The quote was supposed to be an "either/or". "Either you don't live in the US or you have little understanding of the US". And still I was generally being lazy when I wrote that. There are a myriad of qualifications to that statement that I leave out (that I have written in the past). This board is to discuss US politics and diversity of ideas is generally helpful. My issue as with the people on this forum who make Declarative statements and spend their time talking about US cultural issues they really don't understand as if they have a deeper understanding of the US than they do. Lecturing people who live in the US about those issues. (Like the poster who I replied to who seemingly didn't even know what the Department of Justise was). I have and aversion to lazy/intellectually uncurious people. But then there are those people in this forum who don't live in the US (you included) that generally seem to want to inform themselves, learn about the US and come at this conversation with the understanding that they aren't the authority of all things US. And so you are right, living in the US doesn't automatically make someone have a good understanding of politics.. etc. There are a lot of stupid Americans. And I'm sure there is a grad student in Nigeria studying the US constitution that has a much better understanding than I on it. But, I do believe until you live somewhere and are fully immersed in that culture, no matter how much you think you may understand that places culture, you really don't and can't. |
benalvino3:Good. Now explain to me the advantage that you have that I want to possess. Here is the proper usage of the word: You are envious that I live in the US and so you had to lie about haven been to the US. |
benalvino3:Sorry, I'm not you. There is no one in this thread who truly doesn't believe I am who I claim to be. Cocky elitist sometimes assh*le that I am. As to you. It's not envy. There is 0 to be envious of. It's common sense. Your story doesn't add up. Just from your inability to say where you were to the sudden timing of your "trip". You should probably google the definition of the word envy, you seem not to understand the meaning. |
benalvino3:Shut up. You didn't go anywhere. You're a self hating black person who pretends to be Christian when it suits him who spends his life on a thread of a country he's never been to. Then lies about going there. This hasn't been the first time you've "claimed" you've been in the US. Me envious of you? You're really talking stupid. You've seen my passport. I'm smarter, better educated, better looking, more traveled, have WAY WAY more money and have a Badder girl than you. And I have a LIFE. And if you want to see black people breaking laws, maybe look at all the mayhem by the agberos and cultists in Nigeria. Why cross the ocean when there are plenty of black people in Nigeria(you know, where you live) committing crimes. |
benalvino3:Shut up and get back to posting your racist BS or pretending to be in the US. Whatever makes you feel better about yourself. |
zendi:Justice Ministry? Secret Police? Gotcha. You don't live in the US, have little understanding of the US and thus have 0 idea what you are talking about. Good to know. Continue on. |
zendi:You should probably google the "Special Counsel" statute. Biden has been clear about the independence of the DOJ and Merrick Garland even went further by appointing an independent Special Counsel. In the US we don't believe anyone is above the law. And you mean frivolities like stealing and showing people top secret documents that show the military/nuclear capabilities of the US, Iran and other allies? Actions that probably caused those sources to be lost or the source of some of that info to die. Yeah, clearly frivolous. And lastly think about the argument you are making. Trump said he was running in anticipation that he would be investigated. If someone shot and killed someone tomorrow, do you think filing to be a Presidential candidate should indemnify them from legal action? |
Republicans really do the "programming their voters" well. I'm sure some Republican operative came up with the talking point "sweetheart deal" for Hunter Biden. All the Republican politicians used it and propagated it so much so even people in Nigeria are repeating it. It's odd, Republicans will argue if a Dem investigated a Dem and even argue when a hand picked Trump prosecutor investigates a Dem. But if anything it seems the Prosecutor more aggressively charged Biden in comparison with anyone else. Basing this opinion by reading and listening to ex-DOJ and FBI investigators. The Tax Charges- Generally when unpaid taxes and their subsequent penalties are paid, the IRS does not usually criminally charge anyone. Hunter paid his unpaid taxes and penalties. Here they charged him criminally with 2 misdemeanors for ~200,000 in unpaid taxes for 2017 and 2018. For example we have Roger Stone (Trump's dirty trickster), who had around 2 million in unpaid taxes that were about a decade old. In that case the DOJ, didn't charge him criminally, in fact they went the civil route to collect the taxes. Why the difference in the 2 cases? https://news.bloombergtax.com/daily-tax-report/roger-stone-wife-agree-to-2-million-settlement-in-tax-case The Gun Charges- Generally the government doesn't charge people for lying during a gun purchase IF the gun wasn't used in the commission of a Felony esp. if alcohol or drugs were involved. Here they charged him and put him in a pretrial diversion program. Seems more aggressive than normal. Again, I don't know the full context of his situation, but both charges seem more aggressive than normal. It seems it's the Republicans actually weaponizing government. |

according to benalvino3, stringing more than three words together coherently is bad while kikikikikikiki is good! Apparently, when he is too dumb to comprehend a simple sentence immediately, the person who wrote it must have sought assistance from a dictionary because in benalvino3's world he is the standard of intelligence
since i realistically can't qualify oneupping a dunce thunder, i was going to take my sweet time about establishing the above since the dolt in question doesn't understand what factually constitutes a crime like i challenged him to do earlier
