This is serious, the person I gave money to supply mine also supply some bad woods but my carpenter raises alarm and she changed it, despite lieng to get money from me that she will supply the best, till today have not paid him the 10000 naira she claim I will add for changing the bad wood.

My point is this, if you are undergoing a building project always make sure you are involve in everything or else you will get the bad sidenof the bargain. I bought my roofing sheet myself, and I bought the imported doors myself, house issue if not handled by a contractor with experience(as in build and pack in contractor) will give one hypertension.

My point is, don't buy building material in proxy if it is your personal house,

I think you need to use the bank rate(secondary market) it is below 50m, I place a bid today that's what they told me.

The mentality of I want to build my own house, I want to own my business etc is putting so many young people under unnecessary pressure and doesn't make them to enjoy life. Some have even lost of their life by building in a far remote places or spending longer time on the road to and from work. This is part of what is breeding corruption today. Stop all this your 2.2 buhahaha so many people graduated with 2.2 and they are successful. When we went for masters exam at UI a lady that graduated with strong 2.1 failed honourably and was not admitted while a guy that graduated with least 2.2 was admitted and became overall best, he is now a lecturer at one of the top uni.
