money is a must have IN LIFE(although it doesnt necessarily bring happiness) so in order to have a rewarding relationship, you need money to make that relationship blossom. if that poor girl walks for hours and become dehydrated because of you then i dont think she will be calling you again.
the basic activity will require money. if you go and have a walk in the park together, you might need to buy some ice cream or drinks along the way.
if you invite her at your place, if you aint got a TV to watch them dvds talk less of a "home" then it might be difficult to "relate".
so yes, money is a must.
