I think we have not attained the level for using such, both in terms of technology, affordability, etc. I believe such a train will cost us more in buying, maintenance and what have you, and you cannot charge high fares needed for operating this. We love good things but believe me, they don't come cheap. The standard of living in countries you see these is well higher than a poverty stricken country like ours.
