Peter Obi's Legal Team need to State:

1) The declared votes (which they are contesting)

2) The actual votes (which they are claiming to be the correct votes) .


So, if there are discrepancies in Rivers State,the appropriate thing to do is to list the affected polling units , state the declared votes and what they feel should be the actual votes. In this ways, all figures can be easily reconciled to the satisfaction of all concerned.

All that's expected by LP is to show the court their copies of the polling unit results and prove that they are different from the ones INEC counted. The votes can then be re computed by the court to see if Obi actually won.

1. Inec told the whole world that all results will be posted to IReV in real time, this will help to stop rigging. (Inec failed reasons best known to them

2. During the presidencial election, the server went off in the middle of the election, and people started snapping and posting their results on their social media handles. Since the server was down. The voters even madated inec staffs to upload it offline like that. Which they did.
When the server was ON later the next day's those results started uploading themselves, and it talied with the once posted by people's on their social media. Which shows Peter obi on the lead.

Look at what happened in Lagos,rivers, even in the north.

3. After the election inec stubbornly formatted their bvas and denied LP some sensitive informations.
