If not, why do you accept it as a United fan?

If Ole has any common sense, he should be negotiating a deal to bring Ndidi to Old Trafford.

Ndidi is so vital to the way United want to play. Especially with the Pogba/Bruno conundrum. The only way we can have those two creative midfielders is by using a high quality single pivot in the midfield and Ndidi is the best man for that job.

The injuries forced him to prioritize Europa. United had too many injuries around April and it was almost impossible to give it all in the league and in Europa at the same time.

If United weren’t in Europa that year, Mourinho would have made top 4 but the injuries were becoming ridiculous.

De Gea dived to prevent a cross from getting across.

Henderson couldn’t catch a shot that was directly in front of him.

If De Gea’s replacement can’t even do the basics or do the things De Gea gets criticized for, why is he a replacement?

Replacement should be better than the original. Mendy is better than Kepa. Ederson is better than Bravo/Hart put together.

One thing De Gea has improved on massively is his handling of shots. His instincts and reflexes are also on point. I think De Gea would have kicked the ball away with his foot for the first goal.

De Gea would have certainly saved the second/third goals.

Only the 4th goal would have ruined De Gea and that would be because of the desperation to get the equalizer.

It doesn't matter whether we sell Henderson. If Ole was a top coach that wants succes instead of top 4 and being a yes man, he will ask for a new goalkeeper. But we all know it won't happen.

I'm not a fan of Mourinho but one thing about him is that he knows how to detect a problem. I remember 2017/2018 season when De Gea won Golden glove because of the highest number of cleansheet we had and we came second in the league. Mourinho knew that it wasn't because we had a good defense but for the super human performance of degea that season. He still asked for a defender then. I remember him requesting for Maguire then. What did that foolish Ed did, the werey went to buy 50million Fred that the coach did not ask for and we didn't need that season. We all know what happened that season.
