Maybe Fab4 should play cf. and Arshavin should play his real role. Then his football will 'do the talking'. I think Fab is current top scorer this season and he's said to have improved his finishing. Pray tell how fab has played better football than arshavin in their last 3fixtures.
D bad blood fans are having with aa23 is more because he is man enough to talk, than match performance.
He's talking because things did not change as sane people thought it should during the transfers. Don't worry, others will talk when the leave

I can see Clichy and Walcott are good boys of Daddy Wenger. Yarning positive bolus of hypocrisy. I hope Arshavin doesn't join the train.

So much sentiments. Arshavin is not a young man like Fabregas. He wasn't brought up by wenga. All arsenal players complain about the club policies when they leave. The ones that dare talk are seen as enemies of the state. Wake up and face facts.
Even TH14 diplomatically asked for good players to be added to the squad while at arsenal. Your coach will rather save costs and have one man carrying the load like the Messiah. You only got away with it when Henry was there.
I hope Arshavin leaves before he's made totally spine.less like you did to Rosicky. I wonder what qualifies a player as 'bought to set the EPL ablaze'.

Some people of God are needlessly fixing their gaze on fellow believers, and pastors. This is what Pastor X said, that is what Pastor W does. By these, they imply that they are free to do same, and in good condition. Let your eyes look right on please. Looking on Jesus. Look up, look at the word of God, look unto Jesus, our perfect example, the Light and lamp to our feet and of the world.
If you're on the narrow way, let your eyes look right on. Be focused, be purpose driven. It is the fuel to Heaven in life's journey.

February 6 Proverbs 4v25

Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.

Have you ever seen someone walking on a rope, or on something narrow? They don't look down or sideways or backwards, they look right on. That's the way in which pilgrims walking to Heaven should look.
Jesus Christ said that the road to Heaven is narrow, well He's been there. You can't afford to look anywhere else. Let your eyes look right on, let your eyelids look straight before you.
On the narrow way, some people of God are dangerously looking backwards. How careless! They are comparing themselves with the people of the world! They're making sure that they do things the same way, trying not to be out of fashion, or out of tune.

Christ's omniscience know all we need. Today, Jesus says He is holy and true. Jesus is holy, God is holy, the Holy Spirit as the name suggests is holy, the Bible is holy Bible, the angels are holy. If you plan to live with this lot eternally, you've got to be holy and true. Be true, all liars shall have their part in hell fire. We must do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.
And Christ is king, King of all kings. He opens and no man shuts, He'll open that door for you. Don't be afraid of your landlord or boss, Jesus will open the door.
He'll shut the door against sickness in your life. He'll shut the door against all evil in your life, and no man will open it. It is well with you already.

February 3 Revelation 3:7

And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth.

Can we really know all about God in our present state, no we can't. We have to continue to know Him more. Apostle Paul says we know in part and we see darkly. As close as you may think your relationship is with God/Jesus, there is still more!
Jesus the Word has been introduced from the Genesis right down to the last book, Revelation. Still He continues to introduce Himself. There's more for you to learn.

1st, you mis.judged what I meant to say. I said what makes you feel that God has never healed an amputee? Cos, I guess it should be a feeling. A thought should have purpose. Thats why I asked, not concluded. So, produce reasons why you think God has never healed amputees please.
Then you go ahead to call me schmuck. You think that's an accolade, right?

So we're to agree that every miracle is some sort of scam or misdiagnosis, o very classic stuff! You ever being to a healing crusade, service or minister to see things for yourself?methinknot. Jesus did not die to give you a church career or a new religion. He gave himself to redeem us, buy us from all iniquity, all sin. Are you free from sin? You can't be confessing sins everytime and yet claim to be born of God. He that is born of God does not commit sin.
Jesus paid to free us from all sin/iniquity, and gather for himself a different, unusual, peculiar people, zealous of good works. What is your rating today on this purpose scale? Is God's purpose fulfilled in you?
Christianity Etc › Re: Today's Rhema (God's gifts to men). by Image123(op): 3:25pm On Feb 02, 2010
February 2 Titus 2:14

14. Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
A peculiar people are unusual, unconventional, odd, unnatural, or like the NIV puts it, God's very own. Yes! God is not like all other gods, and He gave himself/died for us to make us an unusual kind.
Are you unusual, different, seperate from sinners? Many people have compromised/blended and are blending. A peculiar person has the love of God dwelling in him. He is zealous of good works. Being peculiar is not bigotry or extremism or madness.

Good we're back to topic. So you're no amputee, good for you. Well amputees haven't done nothing to my knowledge to stop God healing them. You're not a reservoir of knowledge. Guess you could never find out your own ggrandpa's real date of birth to save your life, so what beats your chest to think God's neva healed an amputee?
To know more on God, Jesus, mary etc. God says turn at my reproof(Proverbs 1v23). There're somethings God does not want e.g sin, and somethings that He wants e.g faith. Our arguing how logical/reasonable His wants are, wouldn't get us anywhere. He's the Highest(most High God). It is when we turn that He will pour His spirit unto us.
It is then that He'll make His words known unto us as the Bible verse above says. Sometimes, you look at God's words and it makes 'no sense' to you. When you turn, He says "I WILL make known my words to you". You've got ability, freewill to turn mr.

It's another great month ahead. To have it great with the great God, you need to know what He will do and what He will not do. You must have heard that with great power comes great responsibility. That God can do anything does not mean that He will do any and everything.
God has a will. Like for example, God will not fail, or lie or die. You need to know what God will do so that you can walk in line/adjust with the great plan.
It's wise for those concerned to listen to what the government plans to do, then do business and live accordingly for maximal profit.

Instead of gunners to direct their anger elsewhere, they direct it at people like me.
Anyway, since wenger is chief rester, I guess he was resting Bendtner. Lazy trophyless players always resting when clubs who want trophies play their best. I'll give good advice though, wenger should just rest his boys against chelsea and play them against liverpool. 3points are more realistic that way. I mean,Why field your best and lose?
Just an advice sha. grin

How you de? Hope you're not an amputee? God can do all things. He who can give new hearts can give new bones. I told mazaje the other day and I tell you also. Cut off those hands of yours and come with faith. All things are possible to him that believes. If you have faith, you'll see the glory of God.
But come to think of it. Does healing an amputee prove to you that God is for real? If according to you, God can heal so many sicknesses, why do you wait to see an amputee before believing in the supernatural? To you seeing is believing, but in God's 'realm', believing is seeing. If you can believe you'll see. And so it has been for me and many others who dare to believe. That's the way up ilosiw.

Are you kidding me yet again. Who says I'm afraid of hell. Hell no. I live by faith and in faith. I DO NOT FEAR hell. There is judgement for unbelievers. Boldface cannot stop it. Ever heard of the term 'reflex action'? Somethings are just beyond you. You'd better adjust and adapt. Unbelief is old school mr. The knowledge of God is real. Is not some conditioning story as you may think. My God is real. He works in my life and in circumstances around me. Come up to the higher level. Christ Jesus is the higher level. Believe the good news.

g1, it's 'highly possible' that the matthew account was right, that an angel appeared to Joseph and convinced him that Mary was with child of God the Spirit. That makes you wrong and in danger of eternal doom for not believing the good news that Jesus came and died for you.
What do you think g1?

haha mazaje the comedian.

As usual, unbelievers are busy fumbling with their bellybuttons and telling the whole world how busy they are.
Learn to come out straight with your ignorance instead of using sty-sty to ask questions. BTW, the scripture doesn't say that Joseph believed Mary. It says an angel appeared to him to convince him.
It was needful that Jesus be born of a virgin because it was the seed of the woman that was to bruise Satan, not the seed of the man. That's what makes Him(Jesus) the second Adam, a first of His kind. The second Adam is needed because a spotless sinless lamb is needed for the sacrifice on calvary.
And maven, Jesus is also son of David literally. Luke 3 traces His maternal geneology. Matthew traced His geneology from Joseph. Joseph was 'technically' his father one way or the other, should we say step?
Lemme stop here before tudor and friends blow up in confusion.

God has put in store for you/laid up great goodness this year. The 1st month ends today. If you've not started to enjoy of this great/big goodness, maybe it's because you're not trusting God. God has worked/wrought great goodness for those that trust in Him before the sons of men .
There is greatness stored up for you to enjoy. Now you have the keys to the goodies room, great goodness. What are you waiting for?

January 31 Psalm 31v19

Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!

I was opportuned to be in a class recently where the speaker tried to explain the word 'property'. He was to use the term technically but wanted to explain as basically as he could manage. So he said property was what it was, property. Belongings, what belongs to someone/something. Greatness is one of God's property. It belongs to Him and He gives out of His belongings to us.
God gives us great goodness. It is laid up, packed for those who honour Him.
Christianity Etc › Re: Today's Rhema (God's gifts to men). by Image123(op): 9:39am On Jan 28, 2010
The beauty of grace in our Today's passage was the people's reliance on God to perform their duties. The verses after verse3, show specific details of how they were to carry out their work. These days, we see people who have one gift or the other and then they throw away God's Word.
He's filled with the gift of healing and then he and his congregation think they have rights to disregard God's Word. Some don't even have spiritual gifts. Some just have fine-tuned natural abilities and then they do the work without regard for God's Word. They know too much now.
As you read this, are you walking in the spirit or after the flesh? With all 'your gifts', does the Word of God still have relevance? Can you bow to its instructions or your eyes are open enough to explain/excuse it away? You surely have your reward.

January 28 Exodus28 v 3,5,10,11

3. And thou shalt speak unto all that are wise hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron's garments to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office.
5. And they shall take gold, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen.
10. Six of their names on one stone, and the other six names of the rest on the other stone, according to their birth.
11. With the work of an engraver in stone, like the engravings of a signet, shalt thou engrave the two stones with the names of the children of Israel: thou shalt make them to be set in ouches of gold.

Verse 3 of our Today's passage is obvious. The people addressed are filled with the spirit. God had personally filled them and added to their resume was the fact that they were wise hearted.

It's not exactly my 'desire' to post this here since it's already on the Today's Rhema thread but I'm led to, so, Psalm 27v14

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

World records are the envy of all. Everyone strives to set a new record. A world record, such prestige. Breaking records usually involve speed.
We live in a world of speed. There's constant pursuit for improvement, finishing well and finishing early. We're subject to time but God is not. God is a Spirit, and we must worship Him in spirit and truth. God is the eternal God. We need to wait on Him.
Anxiety and fear are built on time and speed. People are anxious/afraid because they're not yet rich, not yet married, no children, 3months and no job, he's not yet come back home etc. We all want it all to happen now now, fast fast. But to enjoy God this year and the rest of your life, wait, I say, on the Lord . Waiting takes courage. Be courageous, and He shall strengthen! Wow, think on that!
