Hmmmmmmmmm,
The one asking can SEE Jesus FACE TO FACE and he himself could discern so many things from the appearance of the accused{Jesus}.
You aren't SEEING me and the only way to let you know I'M STILL HERE is to respond but NOT DIRECTLY to your questions. Telling you your questions are awaiting answers but i'm watchful of your MANNER OF APPROACH! Luke 12:13-14 wink
Luk 12:13  And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.
Luk 12:14  And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?

What has this text got to do with what we are saying?
You are jumping from pillar to post and changing the goal posts already just on my words and yours. i can only imagine and shiver at cheesy angry angry angry what you would do with the Word.

TATIME: WE KNOW HOW TO ANSWER EACH PERSON whether visible or faceless social media inquisitors like you! wink.
TATIME: meet my JW families in your neighbourhood if you care to know!
TATIME: you're not the type that i do chat with FACELESSLY going by your statement 'you don't care to know somethings'(i don't know when i made this statement in quote but no problem) we're in search for those who CARES TO KNOW ALL THINGS regarding sacred services!
TATIME: Your manner of approach determines(Then you quote where Jesus did not answer a word to back up your acts.)
TATIME: The one asking can SEE Jesus FACE TO FACE

So he was seeing Jesus face to face that is why Jesus did not answer him, but you quoted it so as not to answer me. WOW. Maybe if he was on phone, Jesus may have answered him or what? What manner of approach do you need to answer my question? Grovelling? If answers are ready, do i have to beg for it or what exactly?

Your manner of approach determines Sir! Matthew 27:13-14
Mat 27:12  And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.
Mat 27:13  Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?
Mat 27:14  And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.

But in your case, you are answering. You've being replying all day, just that you have avoided my pertinent question.
Christianity Etc › Re: Preaching And Teaching For Christ, Not On Social Media! by Image123(m): 4:33pm On May 29, 2019
TATIME:
There are so many groups religious and none religious using all forms of media to fetch for followers but for Christians our leader Jesus has set the standard for doing things. Hiding behind some forms of podium to say things and claiming you are doing so for Jesus is TOTALLY wrong! You must speak to the person face to face and teach by examples what you're trying to inculcate in the mind of you audience. Deuteronomy 6:6,7,John 15:20,2Thessalonian 3:7,1Peter 2:21 So those you are preaching to must know you in thoughts, words and actions otherwise you're not doing it for Jesus! Satan is the one who do hide his identity to push forward his thoughts so his audience won't know the true IDENTITY of their teacher.Genesis 3:1,John 8:44,Revelations 12:9 But Jesus leads His followers to people's homes, villages and cities so that when He later left for heaven observers could look at His followers and call them CHISTIANS as in those doing exactly like the one called CHRIST! Act 11:26 So while it is appropriate for groups like Atheists and others to remain faceless Christians have NO reason whatsoever to hide our faces because we are the light of the world a city built on the hilltop cannot be hidden! Matthew 5:14 If they are sure of what they are saying, let them also go to people's homes, villages and cities to talk about what they've got face to face with their audience!
Oh i see now. You have a belief of not talking to others on a faceless forum, but you have being on this faceless forum talking to others for over a year. Confuse me again please, what are you doing here? Did Jesus Himself not say to go into ALL the world? Is a faceless forum with 2million members not part of the world? Why are you disobeying your explanation sef? cheesy cheesy

Where do you see song lyrics in the post you replied too, hmm?

I asked you, did you know that Oyedepo never ever paid a kobo, as landing charge or airport tax on his private jets throughout Jonathan presidency huh, that he got presidential waiver, hmm and you are telling me here that, on the other hand, Oyedepo has openly said that he has never begged anybody or being in debt to anybody. Pull the other leg.
Affording one of the best schools in the country is no mere task. Even not all the folks you perceive as mentally free can afford the luxury. But it's good you already accepted that they have money, wealth and fame. Your grouse is concerning their mental freedom, right?

So, mental freedom by your definition is to be made free by Jesus? Good. Free from what? You know christians are sheep by default sha.
If Oyedepo never paid tax or charge, like you said it was a PRESIDENTIAL WAIVER. He does not owe that, and it is possible he did not beg for it. Of course you know our political leaders and their romance with religion.

What do you expect me to do nau, especially when you dont believe that DOMI members are slaves. They are slaves who do not know so unable to free themselves from mental slavery or enslavement. They might have money, wealth and fame but it doesnt buy them mental freedom.

God bless Mary Slessor. This is no accusations nwanne, the (ab)use of import duty waivers in Nigeria is in public domain online and social media, tells for example, how religious organisation(s) exploited their close links with the Obasanjo government to get indiscriminate import duty waivers, like the N20 Billion Import Waiver Scandal. Did you know that Oyedepo never ever paid a kobo, as landing charge or airport tax on his Private Jets throughout Jonathan presidency huh, that he got presidential waiver, hmm?.

Siddon there, bin dey look, what kind of bubble are you living in sef? Well, you said, you arent his lawyer sha, so how would you know any of those then? I no blame you, so you therefore, are forgiven and excused

What I know too, is that the devil does same as well and does a better job than Oyedepo, whilst at it
So they have money, wealth and fame but no mental freedom? In this case, who mental freedom help? How do you define and identify mental freedom? Thanks for not bringing up yet another song lyrics, i really didn't know what to do with them, hehehehehehehene.
The devil doesn't add value to anyone. Most people are worse off after meeting or associating with the devil. Either they have no peace, or behave worse, or die. Maybe you refer to finance. Woeful tales are out there about the devil and his greek gifts. On the other hand, Oyedepo has openly said that he has never begged anybody or being in debt to anybody.

Makes me remember Fela's "suffering and smiling", another tune and with disconsolate lyrics again.

Suffering and smiling
How many many you go make
CHORUS: Many many

Open your eye everywhere
Archbishop na miliki
Pope na enjoyment
Imam na gbaladun

Archbishop dey enjoy (with chorus)
Pope self dey enjoy (with chorus)
Imam self dey enjoy (with chorus)
My brother wetin you say? (with chorus)
My brother wetin you say? (with chorus)

Please educate and tell, how David Oyedepo Ministry International (i.e. DOMI) that originally started from Kaduna before coming down to Lagos, like they always do, did not first, live off the backs of "slaves, monkeys, poor people" before getting to the position and finance to afford what now DOMI has done and is doing. Do you also want to tell about the behind door import tax break shady deals Oyedepo and others enjoyed during the OBJ and Jonathan governments, huh?
Lol, now you are backtracking on this Oyedepo issue. You said his members are enslaved, that they are slaves who do not know. Now, you are going to they were slaves. Don't worry my friend, you will still talk about mary Slessor after all these government and history lessons. From enslaving to shady deals and tax breaks, hmmmm. Your accusations pass my level, I'm not his lawyer. What i know is that the man has added value to millions of people, and they have become the better of after meeting him.

MuttleyLaff:
Even, MuttleyLaff, has been known not to love MuttleyLaff sometimes

There is, and the fact remains that success is either a good success or a bad successs

Oyedepo has no known slaves you said, abi?. Isnt that because those enslaved, hardly know they are slaves? The act of being taken advantaged or exploited by someone else. The fruits of their endeavour goes to benefit someone else, makes me remember Fela's "Monkey dey work, baboon dey chop" tune and its disconsolate lyrics

"As we dey call am for area,
Oro ebe O sè lè.
Ra ra, aaaaa.

Na ma contry I tink sey I dey stay,
Na Afrika we dey O.
Na ma contry I tink sey I dey chop,
Na Afrika we dey O.
Every day, every day I dey hungry,
Na Afrika we dey O.
Every day, every day no house to stay,
Na Afrika we dey O.
Monkey dey work Baboon dey chop,
Na Afrika we dey O.
Baboon dey hold di key of store,
Na Afrika we dey O.
Monkey dey look, Baboon dey laugh,
Na Afrika we dey O.

Now, listen to me, now, now, now,

De day Monkey eye com open now,
Na Afrika we dey O.
"
So everyone is like Marmite in a sense. There's no monkey working and baboon eating in the analogy. Like i said, slaves, monkeys, poor people do not have the finance to afford what DOMI has done and is doing. Many of the active members are better off than when they came. The man has added value to their lives.

Still applicable to him, as just like Marmite, some loathe or love Oyedepo, whilst others are indifferent to him or even dont give a toss

Yes, of course, I've heard of a failed robbery operation quite a number of times, but we are talking of armed robber that came back with loot is a success too, still, werent we?

Ever heard of "‘I freed a thousand slaves. I could have freed a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves"
Love and hatred happens to everyone in that case. Is it everyone that loves MuttleyLaff?
If there are failed robberies, it implies that there will be successful robberies like you have stated. Is there no success in something that is successful? Lol.

I've not heard about a thousand slaves, i don't listen to him that much. But that means they're no more slaves if they are acclaimed by him to be freed. Even the bible pictures us as slaves that obtained freedom. So do cut him some slack in that case.

People either love or hate Marmite, so Oyedepo is like Marmite then.
That's a simile in literature.

Armed robber that came back with loot too is a success still, isnt it?
Ever heard of a failed robbery operation?

"For you bear it if someone makes slaves of you,
or devours you, or takes advantage of you,
or puts on airs, or strikes (i.e. slaps) you in the face.
"
- 2 Corinthians 11:20

Need I go on, need I say more?
please say more explicitly. Oyedepo has no known slaves. Slaves do not have the finance to build what DOMI has built and continues to build. i think he has added value to millions of lives, millions of which were previously "valueless".

Let me just touch briefly on it. Though the logical approach should be to deal one by one, but i already know that whether one by one or fourteen at once, there is no hope for dogs to read alphabets. But what i'm seeing here is a street of dogs laughing that humans cannot read the alphabet. That's why i decided to stroll down the street whistling abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz now i know my abc, all the dogs should go and sleep. cheesy cheesy cheesy

frosbel2:
Here's a list of bible verses that make one wonder just what sort of God Christians give their lives to in sincere patronage to what they call 'Holy'. If any readers have better examples (and I'm certain there must be) please be sure to add to the list. I know Christians will excuse the worst by saying 'Oh those are Old Testament" so I'll endeavour to try to quote liberally from the New.

1. God himself will kill tens of thousands if it pleases him: 1st Samuel 6:19 in the King James Version: “And he smote the men of Beth-shemesh, because they had looked into the ark of the LORD, even he smote of the people fifty thousand and threescore and ten men (50,070)”. Kill 50 000 men for looking at something?
God can kill billions if He chooses to. Remember in context that He owns the world and its inhabitants. When you own something, you decide what you want to do with it. If someone else does, that's where there is problem. i can decide to burn all my T-shirts, na me get them. And i can decide to give them out or iron them etc.

2. You can kill a woman if she seizes a man's private parts without his permission: Deuteronomy 25:11-1: If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts, you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity.
Here is a lie told by a liar. The Bible did not say to kill the woman. It said to cut the hand. She grabbed, seized, FASTENED UPON the thing, OUCH. Who does that? i can imagine someone squeezing necks, not to mention the thing. That's murderous if not murderful.

3. Perversity and human trafficking condoned: "Slaves, be subject to your masters with all reverence, not only to those who are good and equitable but also to those who are perverse." (1 Peter 2:18)
Surbodinates should take orders from their superiors with respect, that should be commonsense, else there will be anarchy.

4. Sex slavery condoned: "When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are. If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again."
Exodus 21: 7-8
Again, the writer here deceitfully cuts out a part of the quoted text to suit his agenda. This is the opposite of sex slavery. Here is the beauty of how surbodinates were fairly treated under their jewish masters. IF the master liked a female servant to the point to being betrothed i.e MARRIED/promised marriage. IF a master marries a servant, is that bad for the servant or good? So where is the sex slavery here? If the master decides to divorce the lady, she cannot be a slave again or sold as a servant but redeemed/freed. Here's the rest of the passage in Goodnews.
Exo 21:8  If she is sold to someone who intends to make her his wife, but he doesn't like her, then she is to be sold back to her father; her master cannot sell her to foreigners, because he has treated her unfairly.
Exo 21:9  If a man buys a female slave to give to his son, he is to treat her like a daughter.
Exo 21:10  If a man takes a second wife, he must continue to give his first wife the same amount of food and clothing and the same rights that she had before.
Exo 21:11  If he does not fulfill these duties to her, he must set her free and not receive any payment.

5. Divorce akin to debauchery: "Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery." (Luke 16:18)
Divorce is immoral, deal with it. Who decided that it is not immoral, you? The Bible says that God authored marriage, so in that case He has proprietary to call it what He likes.

6. Cannibalism: "And the king said unto her, What aileth thee? And she answered, This woman said unto me, Give thy son, that we may eat him to day, and we will eat my son to morrow. So we boiled my son, and did eat him: and I said unto her on the next day, Give thy son, that we may eat him: and she hath hid her son...." (II Kings 6:28-29)
And God said you should do likewise or what exactly?

7. If your genitals have been damaged, stay out of church: "He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord."(Deuteronomy 23:1)
Mentioning church here is another lie because in that case, any Bible reader knows that this is not the case in the Bible. The New Testament church is 'all inclusive'. God Himself told Philip to go meet the Eunuch in the wilderness.

8. Incest and getting drunk with dad is no problem if the world is running thin on suitable DNA donors: And the elder said to the younger Our father is old, and there is no man left on the earth, to come in unto us after the manner of the whole earth. Come, let us make him drunk with wine, and let us lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father. And they made their father drink wine that night: and the elder went in and lay with her father: but he perceived not neither when his daughter lay down, nor when she rose up. And the next day the elder said to the younger: Behold I lay last night with my father, let us make him drink wine also to night, and thou shalt lie with him, that we may save seed of our father. They made their father drink wine that night also, and the younger daughter went in, and lay with him: and neither then did he perceive when she lay down, nor when she rose up. So the two daughters of Lot were with child by their father. [Genesis 19:31-36]
Again, God told you to do likewise, right?

9. Looking at a woman with desire is akin to adultery: "But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart." (Matthew 5:28)
For people who do not believe in adultery, you should not be the one to define adultery. Make sense please, oh you cannot.

10. But incestuous rape is cool: And when she had presented him the meat, he took hold of her, and said: Come lie with me, my sister. She answered him: Do not so, my brother, do not force me: for no such thing must be done in Israel. Do not thou this folly. [II Kings 13:8-12] But he would not hearken to her prayers, but being stronger overpowered her and lay with her. [II Kings 13:14]
Same as some of the above. God did not tell you to do likewise.

11. Pray in private, and if you do so in church, do so quietly: Matt 6:5 "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others."
You don't pray, you don't think God answers prayers. But you have a problem with how to pray? Can you be wise a bit?

12. If you offend God he will kill you: "And Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of the LORD; and the LORD slew him. And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother. And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother. And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also." (Genesis 38:7-10)
Sure, He owns you as the Bible said. So He can do what He wants with you. Same way i can kill my chicken that is disturbing me anytime and anyhow i like. i can put salt if i want, the pepper i feel like, i can boil it with bottled water, or roast it, or fry it with coconut oil. IT IS MINE. i can even give you. It would be criminal and will make you sleep in police net if you tried any of this. i really do not expect dogs to learn the alphabets, do i?

13. God smites women, children and often animals with equal gusto, he seems to equal evil and wrong doing by association, rather than by being guilty of the personal, individual act: "Behold with a great plague will the LORD smite thy people and thy children, and thy wives, and all thy goods: And thou shalt have great sickness by disease of thy bowels, until thy bowels fall out by reason of the sickness day by day." (II Chronicles 21:14-15)
In another case, you would whine that women are lower than men in the Bible. Now it is time to whine that they are treated equal or what exactly are you barking? There are consequences for people's actions, face the reality. Do you think that our President's actions and inactions will only affect men, or only the president? Some will even argue that it will not affect him at all. Who suffers the most? Is not the poor women and children? Is that not the reality? When leadership does bad, the consequences do not only happen to them. This is the reality of life. If you think otherwise, you must be more ignorant than i thought. If you are not okay with it, you can go and build your own planet then.

14. Rev 21: 8 "liars--their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death." Eternal damnation for lying? In South Africa murderers and rapists often get released for good behaviur, lying is politics.

And speaking of lying, the bible ends with one. It calls its message 'the good news' and concludes, "I am coming soon." Wrong on the 'soon' bit, and unless we've missed something, no one has come. But I get it, if 2000 years pass, soon after such a length of time must be VERY soon. If 10 000 years pass, soon must be very VERY soon.
A criminal wants to determine his own fate, lol. Is that how you people do it in southern afrique?

The summary remains this. Love Him or hate Him, God is real and cannot be ignored. The Bible remains the most powerful book on earth, you are free to write a better book as intelligent dogs should be able to. It is one thing to hate God and think He did not do right. But it remains absurd to say God di not do right, therefore He does not/cannot exist. It is that absurdity that befalls the majority of dogs in the street unfortunately.

Stop criticising what you don't understand
Explain what you think is not understood. A man came out to tell us that his home failed. i guess that is a deep spiritual mystery.

Not like Marmite, like Oyedepo. smiley

Ah well, I do know there are two kinds of successes, there is good success and bad success. I also know that someone may seem to be successful, but that's not a guarantee that, it is at all good success. Probably then, it could, in the real sense, be bad success. I am just saying ni ooo Image123.
The Bishop is a success still.

It pays to serve Jesus with a conscience
The man no get conscience ni?

Thank God for the oyinbo's internet.
Four years gone, barawo bubu and the 40 thieves presidency cabal of the Association of Propaganda Crooks, APC have proved our predictions of their failure and looting right,
You obviously have a problem to think so joyfully that Nigeria is not doing good just to say "I told you so". While Nigeria is not doing good, it is better than being in the hands of the previous government that ran it to the ground. President Buhari has not lived up to many's expection, that is agreed. And my point from the get-go has always been that he is not the 'messiah', but a better option than Jonathan. It remains the same. GEJ left the country in shambles and borrowing to pay salaries at around $64/barrel of crude oil. This went down to as low as $30. The price has not come close to that but lower until around October last year. If you think that is not relevant, maybe you can try halving your primary source of income and live better. Try it for just one year sir. Your accusations of looting remain mere allegations and suspicions not even close to what GEJ and his team did. Or you have any concrete evidence better than what GEJ and his team were accused of?
