This is comparing apples to oranges really. The Bible refers to using the world without abusing it. Nairaland or any forum is for discussion, reaching out to people etc. Anyone can do these. It's now left for you, what you want to discuss or who you want to reach out to, just like in the real physical world. You don't commit suicide because your neighbours are atheist or thieves. 1)The violence narrated in the book Songs Of Ice and Fire(which was filmed as GoT) is smaller to the violence narrated in the Bible.

2) The sexual activities narrated in GoT is inferior to the sexual immorality narrated by the bible. In GoT a brother and Sister had sex which was the OP's point. But in the bible it was narrated of how two sisters raped their father.

So if GoT and Old Testament narrate both alarming scenes then where is the issue with GoT?

The issue with GoT comes from the explicitness of these scenes when it was converted into a film. Sometimes they showed what was more than necessary. You could easily decide to fastforward those scenes. Simple!

3) Are those sex Scenes good for a Christian? No, they aren't, I stated that earlier. And if you choose to avoid the movie for that reason then I respect your choice.

Is this TV show inspired by God or for doctrine, instructions or corrections? When you read the Bible, it does not promote evil or lead people to practice the evil. On the other way, the movie industry i know promotes and 'glamourise' evil without indictment or shame or remorse. History is different from entertainment sir. Most of the place you are referring to in the Bible are history and not for entertainment. No normal person has an orgasm or new resolve to sin after reading them. You really can't say the same for the TV show. Even sinners here have compared it to pornography.
