Kudos to you all.
have joined a gym,now looking to eat healthy.
I was told my body fat is way too high.Dunno if its my buns or front that contributed to it cos i have those.
Main thing is i have disgusting cellulite,and i'm not even that big oo,just about 62kg.
Was very depressed yesterday,but i'm swinging back with a vengance.
Big show in may so have to be in tiptop shape by april.Was not soo serious before.
  School taking up my whole life.

Breakfast; 3 small cuts of chicken bosom with sorrel(no more sorrel for me)
  The gym instructor was telling me to do like 30 minutes of weight lifting then the normal classes(1hour 30 mins of steps or pilates,or dance,depends on the lady instructor)

Just saw something on not mixing cardio (heavy) with weights,point taken.
