I urgently need help with my DSTV decoder.

It no longer has sound, it is inaudible and watching TV is no longer fun.

I tried doing some search online without success. Tried every trouble shooting trick without success.

Called DSTV and they got no Solution.

Has anyone faced similar challenge If yes, graciously help me.
