If sovereignty is granted to this set of agitators, the dream homeland will quickly descend into war and anarchy. The resultant situation will be worst than the present. The South Sudan example is still there.

PoliticsRe: PHOTOS: Man Burnt To Death In Imo State For Allegedly Stealing A Bike by Immatex(m): 9:03am On Jul 22, 2015
Its unforunate things degenerated to this point and the entire security outfits earshot distances to this incident did nothing to save the day.

I reside in Okigwe and in my less than a year residing here have been a victim of 3 different trumatising robbery incidents losing valuable properties and money.

In the recent past Okigwe was under the siege of amred robbers who robbed in broad daylight beginning from 6pm. The police did nothing until the the robbers called the

police authority and threathed to kill 10 police. It took the police just 48hours to round up this boys and for 1 month now, incidences of robbery and killing during robbery has drastically reduced.

This act by the market and Okada riders of Okigwe yesterday was their new resolve after those troubling times to scare criminals from the town. Whether this will work is yet to be seen

BusinessRe: CBN Probes Naira Depreciation In Parallel Market by Immatex(m): 9:13pm On Jul 17, 2015
GenOrumov:
Either you are plain ignorant of what basic economics is in a country like Nigeria where things are upside down (which is caused by greedy people) or you're just not knowledgeable in anything.

What is happening wasn't caused by northern BDC's just for the sole purpose of discrediting the CBN governor but by thieves and greedy people who want to make quick bucks by forcing the naira down by all means and knowing they can get away with it because its Nigeria.

Even if a foreigner heads the CBN, these crooks will do the same thing over again. They won't have a problem with any CBN governor notwithstanding wherever he's from so far he allows them have a field day against Nigeria's economy and the naira.
I will pretend not to have seen your insults.
The said theives, where do they come out, South, East, West or Northhuh.
Which Nigerian Ethnic nationality leads in the BDC business, South, East, West or Northhuh
Which of them buys the most dollars, South, East , West or Northhuh
I have no doubt that the answers vindicate my strongly held convinction that our fallen Naira rate is the result of deliberate attempts by the Northern Cabals to discredit a CBN man from the South.
At the fullness of time this cabal will visit the president and mount pressure on him to change this man which is what he will do without a second thought and replace him with a childhood retired 1970 banker.
Apologies to anyone who feels offended to hear this blunt truths.

This is the dumbest post ever on NL....Stop celebrating your ignorance publicly. If you don't have any sensible thing to say its more honourable you just take a walk.
You can say all you like, the choice is yours, its a free world.
But let me go on record to insist that this government of the North for the North will not make the most improverished Northerners any better than they are now.
They will only continue to play catch-up with the South, West and East because they little or no leverage on the Nigerian State hence their desperation.
BusinessRe: CBN Probes Naira Depreciation In Parallel Market by Immatex(m): 8:16pm On Jul 17, 2015
Aboki change my dollar
$1 for N242
Aboki refused but only to me at $1 for N185
But when I returned to buy same dollars I sold, I bought at N245 to $1
So, it goes to show that this dollar issue is only a sabotage by the Northern BDC operators against a South-eastern CBN governor.
It is the case of giving a dog a bad name so as to hang him.
Soon Mr. President will terminate the appointment of the governor. Then the coup would have succeeded.
Buhari can never be trusted if he continues his divisive governance.

njuwo:
one day four friends Anointed. Emmanuel.
Michael..and Sam went to the burial ceremonyu
of their friend in a certain village in ghana.
it is the custom and tradition of the village
that when a deceased is about to be buried,
his friends will put something in his/ her
casket.
Anointed had nothing to give at the moment
so he assisted the women in cooking and
serving foods and drinks to guests. that was
all he did.
Emmanuel put into the casket some expensive
wine worth of $3500. He said ''bros keep
shining your eyes till we meet again...good
bye''
Michael counted a reasonable amount of
money ($5,000) and put in the casket and
Said "my dear i could have given u more than
this, but due to economic crises in our
country , this is only what i can afford
now..use it to upkeep yourself till we meet
together once again''
The last person Sam wrote a cheque of $
15,000 put in the casket and collected
michael's $5000 and said. "nna you know that
the journey is too far, so i gave u the cheque
of fifteen thousand dollars, if you get to the
land of death, pls withdraw the whole
amount. my own ten thousand dollars plus
michael's five thousand dollars is fifteen
thousand dollars,,i have collected my change,
so all of the money is yours...try and be holy till
we meet again,,good bye''
The dead are conscious of nothing, Sam was the wise guy among them and lost nothing.

Peter Obi is a Non Executive Director and Equity Share Holder in South African Brewery -SAB Miller.
He is there on company assignment to protect SAB Miller interest in Nigeria by caring and pretending to care.
The truth though is that only the government can tame SA by sanctioning all SA citizens and business interest in Nigeria.
Peter Obi has refused this to happen hence his visit to try to calm Nigerians and the Nigerian Government.

Christianity EtcRe: Jehovah's Witness Dies After Rejecting Blood Transfusion by Immatex(m): 7:44pm On Nov 12, 2014
The living know they will die, but because if fear of death many have become slaves to God dishonoring practice.
As Witnesses, blood transfusion is and will remain an abstinence.
The Bible clearly indicates from Genesis to accounts of Acts why we must not eat blood and so not have it transfused into our veins.
She died in obedience to Bibilical commands because upon our dedication and baptism, we vowed to live the remainder of our lives for God. She's therefore sure of a resurrection, a remembrance from God, who will call her and she will raise.
Death is not end to life and dying is no sin.
