Looool, I'm 9 months pp and my tummy is not quite there yet. I was told to use my pp belt when my stitches healed completely so I started before 3 months but no exercise till 3 months and light tummy exercises at that. You can gradually build up to hard core exercising by 6 months. I'm waiting to wean then I'll add dieting to it. With a CS delivery you have to be patient with yourself. For now enjoy the preggy benefits grin

This is not a good benefit as I'm not enjoying it at all, and I won't like it to still be this way by the time I resume I'm ready to do anything to achieve a flat tummy.....thanks

cheesycheesycheesy permit me to laugh small.

You can wear pp belt it helps, then gradually reduce your carb intake.

You mean I can start wearing that now, I thought it's meant for only those who had VD. OK I'll go in search of it

I can't help laughing. No vex u hear.
If your tummy was flat before pregnancy, it will go back, but you need to exercise your abdominal muscles consistently. A few sit ups every morning will achieve a lot in a matter of months.
A word of caution though, don't start exercising till about 3 months after your surgery. And don't be in a hurry. Don't overstress your abdomen and please don't tie your tummy.
Your sisi shape will return soon.

As in, you know that feeling when you think u're free from all the preggy wahala & just dress like a sisi dey go with shakara only to still be termed a preggy mama cry I feel sorry for myself! We're almost 2mths post partum so I have to wait until 3mths to start any exercise? World people will just kill me with their mouth

Good morning all mamas it's been a while. Congratulations to all mamas that has just delivered and to those still waddling, may He grant you a supernatural one, amen. To my October team, how vigilante grin

Pls mamas that had CS how did we get back our flat tummies & how long did it take to achieve that. Just when I thought my tummy is going down, I decided to go to the market one weekend & when I joined the brt queue on my way back. People I met on the queue asked me not to join the queue but rather go to the front and board since I'm preggy shocked & before I could explain myself others on the queue joined to say I don't need to stress myself by queing, I should just go straight to the front, I didn't even know whether to start crying or laughing sef but when they insisted i just accepted that i'm preggy & that was how i jumped queue that day o chai! Upon all the peppersoup & hot water I dey drink na ao my village people take embarass me that day o, abeg na only me waka come for this one, make una help una sis o

Holy trinity in Ikeja gives for 7.5k... I was told if I buy 1 dose and give twice it is as good as not taking it atall because I actually bought mine so I can administer by myself but I ended up spending much more

OK, thanks for the info, do I need to book ahead at holy trinity or how, i'm considering its proximity to me in case I decide to use them

I got one and administer twice, gave him half and the rest within 2wks interval I administer my self and no issues. I bought it for 7k and was given ice block to chill it. The pharmacy is at 2b alabi strt off toyin street ikeja. And I spent 7k in total
I hope that answer ur question. Yes one is a dose but I administer it twice (my doctors advice) and I never regretted it. The koko is to give ur baby twice so if u want to buy 2 no wahala

Yes,thanks but are u saying the one dose u administered was effective?sorry for my questions,I just want to rule out making any mistakes with it

33 OPEBI Road
Just beside Standard Chartered Bank. This is where I got mine but you have to inform them so they can get it for u... I bought to administer by myself but I later regretted it because I was later told that one I bought is one full dose.. So I gave all to my dd.. We have bougt another on for 11 weeks and given her so i advice you go to a hospital and take it... If u need a hospital where you can take it just let me know and I will direct u[/quote

Actually my hospital gives it, when I took it 2yrs ago it was 7.5k & the 2 doses was 15k but now I'm told it's 9k per dose. Honestly, I've already done the calculation & I wouldn't mind to administer it myself considering that I'm getting for 2 kids at once except you can direct me to hospital that's not pricey as such.....I'm trying to cut cost by all means

[quote author=olubankemi post=61957867]Hello great mothers.

My hubby and I are really irritated about our daughter's behaviour. She agrees anyone carry her. Even if visitors are not willing she wil start crying for them to carry her.

She doesn't have class, this one carry me that one carry me, we are irritated. How do we stop her without visitors getting angry over it?

Sunday before the last I took her out on a walk, hey you guys need to see how she was embrassing everyone we walk by, she will run to meet whoever she sees around with all smiles and hands up to be carried.

We wants to start stopping her by all means. But I need advise on how to do this without really making outsiders look stupid.[/quote

Lol @ she doesn't have class. How old is she? My dd was like this sometime back when she was around 2-3. She runs to meet everyone to carry her & once u don't let her she starts crying seriously,we got so pissed that we started talking to her. When we get home, i'll warn her never to try that again & so many talks until she stopped,I think she'll outgrow it but keep talking to her, that's the stage she is right now
