And it's ready and being dedicated to God's glory today being the 24th of November 2018 after four years. To be followed is the 2018 edition of the yearly conference KPGWC

The roofing which was done by Popular American company GEOMETRICA stands tall on the auditorium which spans over 220m with no single pillar in between. The Roofing was done in 2018 at a cost of over 5 million dollars

Bishop David Oyedepo as well as Pastor Adeboye whom the host hold in high esteem as his fathers at different points visited the site

The church held two powerful events: the kingdom power and glory world conference Grand finale of both 2015 and 2016 in the yet to be rooted then auditorium

After the ground breaking ceremony, the building grew greatly

This thread Is to show some pictures of how the journey of four years ago came to an end today.
The new Dunamis International Gospel Centre Headquarters popularly known as The Glory Sanctuary in The Lord's Garden is being dedicated to the glory of God today.
Everyone should note that the building is not for show or for competition but a necessity as the church is always over flooded to the road side during their services hence the need for the new auditorium.
The journey started on the 14th of November 2014 after the church was just 18years old. The project started with the Ground breaking ceremony which was officiated by the host's Father in ministry, Bishop David Oyedepo.
Here are some pictures from the ground breaking ceremony and some pictures of overflows from their former headquarter's service where people had to stay in the cold of the night through to the morning worshipping God

This is quite commendable. Assuming there are 20,000 people who can comfortably pay 1000 in offerings, and another 20,000 offering 500, and another 20,000 offering 200 with the remaining congregation dropping a minimum of 50 every Sunday, that's 36 million Naira in offerings every Sunday apart from weekday, special prayer, singles programs, and vigils. Not to mention conventions such as the upcoming 7-day programme. Tithe collection is another story entirely.

Get your record straight, the first 100,000 seaters church was built by The Apostolic Church at Olorunda Ketu, Lagos and was commissioned by Ayo Oritsejafor years back.

even now one phillipine church is on record the largest with 55k capacity. That Apostolic Church may not be an auditorium but a temple(or tent)

There are a lot of problems with the Church of God in Nigeria. And sadly we are not facing the enemy within....we are busy facing the enemy outside.

In Nigeria today, many Christians are involved in looting, stealing, lying,supporting the corrupt, backbiting, tribalisim,hatred, murder, yahoo plus, etc. And our pastors are not saying anything about it.

Instead all they do is play aggresive tribal poltics so that their nests stay feathered.

Now,it is not the Church's job to build industries, to build roads, housing for the poor,etc.

No,it is the church's job to be the LIGHT....so that men can see their evil ,repent and turn around and change society.

Yet,I have not seen the Church change society.

Instead, the church has become so worldly wise....that we can no longer see good fromevil.

It is time to repent. God is not pleased with us. That is why herdsmen, boko,economic crisis, etc is disturbing us...it is chastisment for the refining of the Body so that we may be presented spotless and pure on the Last Day. Until we repent...God will not hear us.

go and listen to this man of God here. You can search on YouTube for messages like "the essence of Christianity" the matter of grace" "the tragedy of evil money" "the iniquity of sin" etc before you can say this. This church runs six over flooded services every Sunday, don't you think they need a larger hall? Go to area 1 church every last Friday and see how people overflow to the road seeking for fellowship with the brethren under harsh weather. What's wrong with getting a place to accommodate all if the means is available. Our problem is we judge from the outward. You see, this church has never posted any pictures of this building since its project began neither did they broadcast it online, this is done by other people who want to inform the society so what exactly will you say is the problem of the church here?

Along airport road. There needs to be a pedestrian bridge constructed close to that church to ease pedestrians crossing to the other side (towards Abuja city gate) to their various destinations.

What figures exactly are wrong? LFC is not even anywhere close to the Catholic church in terms of wealth if that is what you mean.One single Roman Catholic diocese in Germany, the diocese of Cologne(Note I didn't say the entire church in Germany) is Richer than the entire LFC and RCCG put together

There is no basis for comparison of both churches in terms of wealth, population, history or infrastructure.
