Dry Fast is the type that you commence without taking a sip of water till you break. Say you begin by 6a.m and break by 6p.m without water. But there's the wet fast where you take drops of water. these types goes on for a loner duration.

Say Oneweek without solid food, you can take water of light fruits.

so the dry fasting as said above is just the 6am to 6pm no food no water right? Then which one is the normal fasting(is it the one with water? Or the one till 12pm or 3pm?) That's why I was confused. I took the dry to be 21days of no food no water
