Brotherly, I was that person. You asked me what company I use for my shipping and I told you tranex. Honeslt, you were rude and the way you asked me actually pissed me off. I only asked for the recharge card because you sounded like someone who wouldn't understand the value of a favour. I've introduced lots of people to tranex and I've also helped lots of people set up their businesses online blah blah blah. Tranex is not rocket science. I'd advice you learn how to ask for favours.

As regards your product that I was displaying on my dp, let me explain something simple that you seem not to understand. I asked you for your prices you said N2,000 for instance, then I marketed them @ N2500. My client pays me, I deduct N500 and send you 2k while you deliver to the client. You make money, I make money, client gets product and we're all happy. You weren't doing a me a favour, we were doing business.

I have lots of people who do the same thing for my products. Not everyone has enough capital to invest and from the way I see it, I already have a list of clients who will be interested in products YOU have for sale, so I marketed it instead of importing myself.

When I was still importing, I needed contact for transporting items to other states. The supposed bbm contact I had asked me to send him money before he releases their phone number. Stupidly he gave me the name and refused giving me the number. Google is my friend; I got the number online.

So boss, what ever you do it face, don't relent to do good. You are building your future. Such guys don't last. I mean what can 1,000 or even 5,000 naira do for someone that hasn't been done?

It will help greatly if you have a defined objective and the market you want to reach.

For the purpose of emergencies, I think we should have a bbm or whatsapp group. For instance, I took a job around 7am and soon after something popped up. I am still out of the house with no access to a laptop and I have exceeded the deadline. All my writers are unavailable.
In such situations, we can easy give it out to whoever is available.
Or better still new guys may drop their contacts.

Let the testimony of others guide you. There's power in what you say and believe. If you are serious and the right people come your way, you can have something substantial in that time.
About how much time, say 12 hours on days when I have no lectures.
However, like I said don't substitute this for your books.

Mikky. My only regret is that I never knew about this earlier on. The potential is huge. If I was aware of this I would have bought a land and started building before I left school. However, it's been 3 months on freelancer and my target is getting a land at least. I have few weeks left in school. And don't get me wrong, the allowance I get from my parents is more than enough for me. I just love independence.
So my advice is plan your time very well. Read, attend lectures, do your assignments, let your employers know you are a student, books cordial relationship with them, and most of all give them excellent jobs.

What you do with the money you make is your choice, so I won't advice you on that.

Just incase you follow this advice, make sure you have a resonable amount of money in your purse b4 leaving the house.

The idea is that she knows basic driving rules. Plus it's for beating fear, not breaking the rules. As a matter of fact when I became a major I still went to driving school and drove my dad for 6 months before I started driving alone.

Madam leave your heart in your bag just for one day and take the car out, bearing in mind the worst that can happen is death.
May sound harsh though but I started driving as a minor without vehicle papers or a license. I jejely hang learner, make nobody disturb me.
Be bold and try it once, alone, not with anybody guiding you.

Please to what i want to know. I live in Abuja. I want to start a cab business. I want to do the normal taxi one not the Abuja leasing Company one. Though i dont have the complete funds on me, i am working towards it and By His Grace, it would happen.

Now when i made enquiries, a taxi driver suggested that i should not paint it. Another one suggested that i do to avoid VIO wahala. But according to him, he doesnt know the fate of painted Taxis in Abuja in the nearest future, judging by the way things are going in the FCT in terms of transportation.

Please i would appreciate if you could help me out, by way of advice cos i am a bit confused as to what to do. Thank you all.

If painting it now will be safer, do just that. You can always repaint to a normal car based on policy changes later.

I used to patronise etisalat for its speed. You should know their bb plan doesn't work on Android. So when I got to know about freelancer, I used glo for my modem but the trick was that I needed to activate it on my bb first. Some days I did this 4 to 5 times. Na so my bb take off o.

So what you are saying is that I can put my glo sim in my Android and that plan will work without any tweaks?

For me I run two plans simultaneously. Mtn 3gb night plan and etisalat 1gb plan.
Once I exhaust the 1.5gb data bonus in mtn, I switch to etisalat during the day and mtn at night. That's 4,000 naira monthly.

@favourume sorry for the late response about buying exams with credit. I had to go through the steps again.
1. Hover around Profile tab, from the drop down list click on my rewards.
2. Click Credit shops; you'll see a list of items you can purchase. You can even purchase used up bids.
3. Purchase the exam.
4. Refresh your internet browser.
5. Now click on my rewards. You'll see the exam you just bought at the top right-hand side of page. Click on it to activate it.
6. You can now go over to Exams and take 1 exam for free, depending on the level you bought.

In my opinion, forget data entry, a lot of the jobs there are fakes or you'll have to work offline.
