Hello guys good job. Please I need recommendations. I want to to set up an inverter system basically for work. What's the best set up for 2 laptops, 2 rechargeable fans, and 1 energy saver bulb. I hardly watch TV or play music. Best setup in terms of inverter size, battery, and charger. How long can my fully charged system last just powering my fans and laptops? Thanks. Also, us there any good recommended seller in PH here? Thanks ceejay80s |
Nairalander01:Hello, Merry Christmas to you too. For free music, YouTube creative Commons can help. With regards to voiceover, you have to pay to get it done by professionals. You can get a good deal of $10 for 200 words with commercial rights. Or if you are a fluent speaker, get a unidirectional condenser mic (about 15k). I hope this helps. Regards. |
Where are you located in Ph? |
Lordtrillion:Hello my Oga, good morning sir. Unfortunately we don't at the moment - if it's in Lagos, yes. However, we are rebranding in other locations to better serve our clients. Regards, Clement S. |
Op did an extraordinary job. Customer service, approach, and understanding of the processes all exceeded my expectations. Needless to say, he has mouth-watering rates and offers instant payment. He comes highly recommended and I will be using him again and again. |
Wow, this is really heart breaking. We interacted on business levels and she was a very jovial person. RIP friend. |

carmag:Thanks but I said I WAS. I have a younger brother now. He came in quite late. Plus we don't really do lands in my place. |
Gentlesniper:Thanks chief. |
Yungwizzzy:Baba no be so oh. Relative or not, I made up my mind a long time ago to be a business person, even while in school. I improved on myself - I bought books, took paid professional courses. This wasn't because I had aims of working but I knew I was developing myself. I knew I had to sell myself to younger ones; be an inspiration, I knew I had to sell myself to investors, I knew I had to sell myself to customers. The only reason, I brought this up was because, being a soldier was a childhood dream. But since it can be combined with what I am doing now, I will gladly turn down the offer. |
Nobody has answered my question o. What benefits will I enjoy as a 2nd lieutenant? Or more precisely, what are the duties of a second lieutenant? Is it possible to combine it with business? |
Xbabangida:Biko, pardon my ignorance. I have absolutely no idea. I have done a bit of reading and I saw somewhere command troops/platoon of 16-20 or so. Aunty shine your light upon me, biko. |
Good morning guys, I am a graduate from the Premier University and recently passed out from NYSC programme. I have always been into business right from my university days because I crave independence. While serving, I was also into business. Before passing out, I launched my startup and currently have 2 employees. Although, I studied mechanical engineering, I have no plans to work in the industry, except as a business person utilizing my skills. Now for the purpose of this post. I have an uncle who has contacted me twice to join the armed forces - police and recently army. He is a politician and has a slot and wants someone from our family to fill the position. I outrightly turned down the police offer but recently army came in and I am having second thoughts. As a child I wanted to be a soldier but I was an only son. Hell no, there's no way my parents would have allowed me go to NDA. I am 23, ambitious, and still crave independence and financial buoyancy. I want to find out what the benefits of joining the army are. Specifically as a second lieutenant. Would I be commanding troops? Can I combine it with my business? The latter is my major concern, I don't have plans of touching the salary I get from NA. Basically, what is my job description, the demands of the job, and the time I get for myself. Thanks in anticipation. |
There are still 3 available slots for this position in Port Harcourt. |
cookey180:I may need you to create a hyper realistic work of someone. Whats your contact, please? |
cookey180:Where in PH are you at? |
Positioning yourself for the future. We live in a world that is constantly changing. What is relevant today will definitely lose its relevance tomorrow. What this means for us as humans is that we should be flexible and evolve constantly. If you want to succeed, and be exceptional, you need to be several steps ahead of the crowd. Work when others are sleeping, read when others are resting, make calls when others say it is not important, build worthy relationships when others seek just sexual and personal gains. And in few years, you'll reap the rewards. So far, I have interviewed 4 individuals and 1 which I didn't bother calling. Here's what I learnt and will like to share. 1. Patience: The two persons I interviewed came off as impatient. This is a toxic quality considering my line of business. 2. Take a step beyond: My second interview which was yesterday was in my opinion, perfect. First, the supposed employee actually sent a well constructed CV (Nobody else did this for the position). He then proceeded to like our social media pages. That in my opinion brokered the deal. During our interaction, he tried to connect and made vital recommendations. This is taking an extra step. 3. Even if it's about the money, it's never about the money: I am more of an old school person and prefer using cash than POS. Considering the nature of my business where I have to handle huge amount of cash, asking me about money few minutes to our discussion sends a bad signal. We all want to make money but don't let it drive you. So this was the case of my 3rd interviewee. His first question was how much I pay, then how much will he make on an average. Finally, he ended with "he will get back to me". That's my line. 4. You leave a trail everywhere: I am proud to say that in my 7 years of being a nairalander, I don't have a negative track record. So I went on to investigate someone who wanted to work for me. My man has his number all over nairaland looking for sugar mummy and people to have sex with. He reeks of desperation and this is deadly for my business. That's my experience so far and I pray to God to surround me with positive people with similar zeal, passion, drive, and commitment. |
More slots are still available for this position in Port Harcourt. |
Thank God for the gift of a new day. Found it difficult to sleep so I figured I should just work instead - already set for church. Yesterday I had the privilege of interviewing someone else. And I think he met my standards and expectations. I forgot to add this is my last posts or intentionally decided not to. After careful cost analysis, I figured it will be more profitable using bicycle riders as opposed to owning motorcycles. A few people opposed the idea and some commended it. So here;s my comparison. 1. With motorcycles, I am looking at about 200,000 Naira for a new bikes plus registrations. With bicycles, we are looking at an average of 25,000. That's 8 bicycles with shorter service areas. 2. Low maintenance costs 3. No need for fuel 4. No occasional police palava 5. I will be sacrificing speed and area of coverage So bicycles has it for me. With time we will also roll out bikes and cars. By Monday I will be getting a bicycle and operations with my new guy will start fully. Remain blessed. |

Only the commissioned officer (From Major , colonel , brigadier general, major general, General) command troops and sit inside AC dashing out orders . Your job as a lieutenant is to assisist a captain of a troop in organization and tactical approach during warfare.
